What a phenomenal resort! We hosted a corporate retreat here and everyone was blown away by the experience. The resort has a very quiet, private feel to it, despite being nearly fully booked.
We used plenty of the amenities with our group, including the gym, meeting areas, golf course, and dining options. Everything made for a great stay for our active group, but we had plenty of opportunities to relax on site.
The spa is next level. Several from our group booked massages and said it was the best they've ever had. The rest of us just enjoyed the included spa area with sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, and pools. It was such a cool environment to unwind and socialize (private areas separated by gender).
I have to give a special shoutout to Samantha, one of the staff members here. She was one of the first I met on site. From the beginning, she was friendly, attentive, and constantly looking for ways to make us more comfortable and improve our experience. A couple examples: we saw on the agenda that there was some pickleball play (with instruction) scheduled. When we showed up to the court, we couldn't find the instructor. Samantha was nearby, and quickly tracked down the right person to contact and had the instructor there very quickly! Another example was when I was looking to swim laps in their amazing lap pool. I wanted to track the workout, but wasn't sure about the exact length of the pool. I asked Samantha, and she wasn't sure, so she disappeared for a couple minutes before returning to confirm the official length (25 meters).
These are small examples, but they indicate a higher level of service the Four Seasons upholds across the property and team. Thanks for the amazing stay, and we hope to be back again soon!
