At the phone they told us a price and we made a reservation. When we arrived the price was higher. When we asked why, the owner said that we should have done an online reservation. I asked why did he said another price on the phone. He said that everyone wants to hide his kids on the bag( I was there with 2 children), to pay less, that was so rude, giving the fact that wasn't the case. After that, he said that he doesn't want to give us the room anymore.
