Highly Recommend this lovely family ran hotel in Livigno. We’ve stayed here many times over the years. |Rooms are comfortable, well presented with excellent facilities. Standard of cleanliness is superb. |Breakfast offers a good choice of hot and cold buffet style food. Excellent quality well replenished in a nice environment. |Free car parking on site. |Good boot room with lockers available. |Bar area lovely with excellent choice of drinks at a very reasonable price. |Lovely spa area with pool, outside hot tub and sauna area. Also treatments available. |Overall a great find and no doubt we will be back soon. |Many thanks x

A highly recommended hotel for visitors to Livigno. Close to the ski lift, cozy interiors. Delicious breakfasts with fresh orange juice and prosecco.

This hotel is truly exceptional! The rooms are modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure guests have a memorable stay. A standout moment for us was on a heavy snow day when we decided to stay indoors. Although the spa was scheduled to open at 3 pm, we were initially disappointed—until the owner personally stepped in and offered to open it early just for us. That level of care and dedication is what defines outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Outstanding family run small hotel. The facilities such as the indoor pool, wellness center and gym are top notch. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel is well located, very close to the the ski slopes, restaurants and shopping. Our stay which included breakfast was most enjoyable and the breakfasts were 10 out of 10, amazing! Thank you to to Hotel Francesin who made our holiday so enjoyable. We will GUARANTEED be back!

Review is slightly overdue. Our stay was in Sep. But I did not forget our stay. Great hotel with every detail in all areas of the hotel. Services was gentle professional and very discreet and not cold. |We found this hotel by chance. No advance booking contacted the hotel directly one day before and book our room. No additional charge for brining our dog which was great.|Hotel was prefect. Rooms was a good size with all the details to attention from room lights and bathroom amenities.|The hotel has a pool and a spa. It is small but beautiful. The pool has an internal area and a automatic sliding door which leads to the external part of the pool. Really cool !|Tried the massage at the hotel which was good price acceptable.|Breakfast was the best. Very high quality with hot and cold choices. Fresh orange juice available with the orange juice presser and a superb coffee machine which make prefect cappuccino.|Really enjoyed our stay. Hotel was small but it has every luxury of a big hotel which I find even better and more cosy.|Will definitely recommend this hotel. |

We have come to this hotel for a long time, and were always happy to be here, tho rooms are clean, the location is really good, being close to the ski areas, good restaurants and more. The hotel has a good lobby and a cozy bar. The service is really good for the small amount of people they have. Overall its an amazing hotel.

Great hotel with quiet and pleasant atmosphere. Swimming pool, gym and sauna included in the room rate. Really good breakfast.
