Hotel Francia

Its a lovely hotel, feels like a home stay. The couple that run the place are lovely - very warm and very helpful. Had a wonderful experience despite the fact that I dont speak Spanish at all. Breakfast is simple but filling. There is free wifi, but the connectivity on laptops is not very reliable in the rooms. Wifi for phones and tablets is fine. But if you dont need to be online on a laptop all day, this is definitely a great place to stay while in San Rafael. The location is fabulous, its very close to the city center but in a quiet lane.

We stayed here on two different occasions- first visit was perfect. Great staff, clean room, good wifi, hot shower, good coffee. Second visit we were in a different room and there was about 2 minutes of hot water each morning and the wifi did not work at all in the room. |All and all it is a nice place to stay... Quiet and close to everything, I just think some of the rooms need some upkeep.

The Hotel Francia was very pleasant. Catered by the owners it offers good location, good services and that "home" feeling. The owners are always there to take care of their guests with a smile. Also in the room (which is very spacious) they have a list of food delivery services like Pizza and empanadas which is a wonderful idea since you might come back late and tired from the excursions. They also will let you use their kitchen and barbacue. We loved it!!!! Hopefully coming back soon!!

Nice apartment, clean bathroom and bedrooms, with kitchen and refrigerator. Breakfast included includedand garage for the car. The people are very welcoming and helpful. Super recommended.

Excelente trato. Muy amables, siempre dispuestos a ayudar al turista. El lugar es muy amplio, camas cómodas y excelente atención. Por la noche silencio absoluto ! Ideal para descansar

Hola qué tal no es para nada grave mi opinión solo es un comentario para que puedan mejorar un poco más.. porque siempre es mejorar para crecer.. me tocó una habitación sin aire acondicionado igual refresca el ventilador de techo pero bueno es lo único que medio que no soporte por el motivo que uno sale a disfrutar de la ciudad y de sus puntos turísticos y al regresar estaría bueno refrescarte con una ducha y la habitación fresca.. es solo eso Después La ducha de 10👌🏽 La habitación 10 👌🏽 El servició 10👌🏽 Muy amable la recepcionista Muy lindo parque Muy bueno el desayuno bastante completo Volvería a ir
