My friend and I stay here while in town for a concert and the hotel was very nice. Staff was superb, and rooms were great. We had a hard time with the interior design, but the beds were comfy, the room very clean and had everything we needed. The next day we wanted to hang out at the pool, but check out was 11am. The front had no problem watching our luggage and letting keep our key to enjoy the pool area, which was so nice, very pretty, great staff serving drinks and food. We did have to Uber everywhere (downtown, Ascend Amphitheater, etc... as this properly is on the outside of I40 near Vanderbilt U.

The check-in staff were consummate professionals and very accommodating. The restaurant had many options, a great ambiance and reasonable prices. |Our only complaint was the pool bar bartender who definitely had a bit of an attitude, with not only us, but also people we watched her interact with throughout the day. Not terrible, but could use some customer service training. |All-in-all, the Fraye is beautiful and we had a great experience.

Stylish, chic, and full of character, Hotel Fraye was designed with impeccable taste and a touch of elegance. Our room had a unique, eclectic vibe that felt modern yet cozy. I especially loved the bathroom perfect lighting and aesthetic for selfies (you’ll definitely want to capture the moment!). The real highlight? The 7th floor on the weekend… it’s a whole vibe lively, fun, and the perfect spot to unwind or socialize. Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience Nashville in style!

Stayed at the hotel the weekend of 7/11/25 - 7/13/25 after coming to the Libby bar for drinks a few years ago. Rooms are nice, slept very well in the comfy beds. My room faces the east so was nice to have floor to ceiling windows and enjoyed that view. I enjoyed the breakfast restaurant at the hotel and the pool bars. Pool scene was lively and had good snacks and drinks on the pool deck. Had an issue with one of the valet guys but they hotel was quick to resolve my issue. I wish the hotel would give themed room keys rather than the stand and keys at other Hilton properties. Looking forward to another weekend in Nashville at this property!

Google
Room was so clean and sanitary, and WELL STOCKED! The pillows were heavenly. There is a beautiful roof top pool and lounge. Service was warm and friendly. Valet was very quick. Food was delicious and decently priced. We used the room rate that included breakfast and the portions were huge. Recommend you pay for valet ahead of time, it will save you $4. Good location.

Google
Nice hotel close to Vandy and music row. The valet area is a little tight but the hotel is modern and fresh. Rooms are a little small, and decor seems a bit forced. But like other Curios they over emphasize the style rather than materials. The shared pool with the apartment complex was a bit odd. Noticed they did not clean up towels and such from the pool overnight.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Fraye! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was modern, stylish, and welcoming — definitely not your average hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and the service felt personal and genuine. The rooms are beautifully designed — sleek, clean, and super comfortable. Great lighting, luxurious bedding, and thoughtful details everywhere. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night, despite being in a prime location right near all the action in Midtown. The rooftop bar is a total highlight — amazing views of Nashville, delicious cocktails, and a fun, upscale atmosphere. It’s the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring or meetings. Loved the little extras too — great gym, cozy lobby areas to relax or work, and easy valet parking. You can tell a lot of thought went into every detail of this hotel. Highly recommend Hotel Fraye for anyone visiting Nashville. Whether it’s for work or play, this place delivers a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be back!

I stayed at The Hotel Fraye the week of June 22, 2025, and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated the daily text check-ins asking about my stay; small touch, big impact! What truly made the difference was the people. The PMC valet, Chris, was professional, friendly, and made every arrival and departure smooth. And Marco, the hotel manager, was incredibly helpful, not only did he assist with my bags, but he gave me a clear, helpful overview of the area that made exploring Nashville easy and stress-free. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like a VIP. This is exactly how a hotel stay should feel; welcoming, efficient, and thoughtful. Highly recommend and looking forward to coming back!

Yelp
Very nice hotel over all, located at one end of Broadway. I was here for a work meeting and can't say enough nice things about the staff. The rooms include robes and very nice lighting under the bed that comes on if you get up in the middle of the night. Beautiful floor to ceiling window has a great skyline view and I enjoyed leaving the curtains open at night to sleep. The bed was comfy, the air in the room worked well. Nice bathroom amenities. The only cons I would say was very, very low water pressure in the shower. (Good luck washing your hair ladies.) The room also smelled a bit heavy on a cleaning perfume smell, like they had to deodorize because someone smoked in the room or something. Can't be helped most likely given how many come to Nashville to party. The food at the hotel was great as well. Beautiful bar with outdoor seating by the pool. Lovely hotel overall.

Yelp
An eclectic hotel that didn't disappoint. Good location - walkable to the action but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. Lots of restaurants right outside. Was here for work and spent a lot of time in the hotel. Would recommend staying here.

Yelp
We stayed at two hotels in Nashville and loving this hotel a little bits more considering both hotels are in the same area just a block away. I love that they have an on site restaurant, a bar and live music Friday and Saturday nights. They also have more restaurants around this hotel, Hattie b's is just right next to it. The hotel itself pretty luxury...the pool was very nice but unfortunately it's so cold that we were not able to use it.

Yelp
This was a really gorgeous hotel. It was my first time staying here and I would definitely stay again. Downside is valet is only parking option and it's $58 a night. The rooms are really cool. The pool looked awesome, though we didn't hang out there. They do have a restaurant that looked really good as well. They had live music in the evening.

Yelp
Great boutique hotel in Nashville - super close to Broadway, 5th & Broadway shopping, Vanderbilt/Belmont/Lipscomb, Music Row, 12 South, etc. The service was phenomenal - everyone went out of their way to make our stay great. The decor is cool, the rooms are thoughtfully appointed, and the dining options are great. We will definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Yelp
Located in tge heart of midtown Nashville, in walking distance to Vanderbilt if visiting students. An abundance of restaurants nearby. The hotel includes a coffee bar with wonderful batista. I learned to make my matcha a little differently during my stay here. The breakfast was good, rooms really clean and comfy. The parking is valet only at about 50 per night. The pool area is Moreno for adults and has a bar attached. Beautiful evening views. I'd stay here again for sure.

Yelp
This hotel impressed for sure! The decor is very swanky, and I would definitely expect it to be more expensive than it is. Location-wise, it's within walking distance of some quality restaurants and bars. It's at the other end of Broadway away from the bright lights and hubbub, which is a good thing. Still within walking distance of some quality (and quieter) restaurants and bars, and within a half hour walk/15 min drive of the more touristy parts. There's a driveway out front that's super convenient for rideshares to pull into. Like I said, the furnishings are very aesthetic. The fitness room and pull are sleek and absolutely gorgeous. The rooms were spacious and well-decorated, and the beds were super comfortable. The staff is SO hospitable. Literally EVERY employee I encountered was friendly and accommodating. They were especially patient considering that I had a bunch of boxes shipped to the hotel for arrival. We came on a company retreat and spent most of our days in the conference rooms. Temps were chilly, that's the only downside! (Or upside? The AC is STRONG, almost too strong.) We had lunches catered, and everything was delicious. Again, the service of the staff is unbeatable. I wish I had more time to enjoy the amenities. Gathre, the restaurant downstairs looked nice, and I wish I had time to hang out by the pool. Usually I like to explore the city as much as possible, but I feel like if I ever came back to Nashville I'd be totally ok hanging around this hotel for hours instead of bopping around downtown. Highly recommend staying here! I hope all of our future company retreats are at digs so nice.

Yelp
Absolutely love this hotel. I could live here forever. I love the way. The rooms are designed. Such beautiful choices on decor. The way the hotel is curated. You have little lights everywhere they could be useful. I wish I had it at my house. It's beautiful and useful. My room has a giant mirror having the giant mirror where I can see myself head to toe. I definitely recommend it. I would say it's one of the favorites of all time. Also, I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. People are extra kind. We are kind of gregarious and I love when staff is enjoying us. Makes me happy when they are smiling. In general people seem very genuine. Maybe it's the city. Thank you for having us here. We love it.

Yelp
Nice place to stay in the heart of midtown. Close proximity to several bars and late night eateries. Rooms were clean and equipped a little bit of everything. The bellmen were so accommodating and willing to assist with loading and unloading of the cart. Be sure to tip them for their hard work. I would definitely stay here again.

Yelp
This hotel has such great vibes. The dj's in the lobby restaurant bar are were constantly creating a fun hip hop type environment and then the same energy on the 7th floor with the pool area which was packed with fun people and employees with great service. Rooms were comfy and cool and enjoyed ever thing about this property. They brought in a wonderfully talented live band on Saturday night that we enjoyed talking to between sets. Love this place and will be back!

Yelp
I had high hopes for this hotel. I really did-but sadly I was disappointed. The value you get is NOT worth the cost. Let me start by saying the rooms are clean. The decor is unique. The doors need to be adjusted to soft close because they shut loudly behind you. The ladies at the front desk are friendly and welcoming. The valet is informative and helpful. The lobby greeter Jean-Paul is an absolute delight but the assistant GM, oh lord that man is overdue for a vacation. We requested to speak with the manager because we booked these rooms through Paisly and Jose Rodriguez did NOT want to hear it. First off he comes out bothered and annoyed because 'we took him out of a meeting'-we were told he was in a meeting but we did not insist he leave his meeting to speak with us. When we begin to explain the issue he basically just brushes it off as 'oh well that's your problem' type of attitude. So we returned all 4 breakfast voychers because we're not leavibg the 5th person out of breakfast. I booked 2 rooms through Paisly for $282 a night for 2 people in each room. So with taxes, fees, $48 valet per day that's about $1400. I wasn't able to add my 17 year old due to a glitch in Paisly's system (see photos) so with this offer, we get daily breakfast vouchers (see pics). We were given vouchers for 4 people so when we asked for a voucher for our 17 year old daughter, we were denied. When we asked to pay for said voucher we were told they couldn't do that. The bottom line is the amount in question is literally $9 per day totalling $18. Imagine paying $1400 for 2 rooms, 2 days and being denied the request to purchase a measly breakfast voucher valued at $18. Pay close attention, there are so many hotels in Nashville over $60 per night cheaper-and I bet they won't nickle and dime you over $18.

Yelp
This is a beautiful new property that is in a good location for music and food near Vanderbilt. I stayed here while on a business trip, which gave me a good experience with the property. Valet parking was done by a new company and they were very polite. Pricing in my photos. The lobby and whole hotel has beautiful artwork and everything was super clean. The gym is medium-sized with good equipment. The pool area is nice, and there is a pool bar with food and beverages all day long. There is also a very nice outdoor sitting area to do some work away from home. The rooms have all the modern lighting features, and the beds and pillows were some of the best on earth. The only weird thing is the industrial ceilings that are rough and unfinished. Everything else was great. The bathrooms are quite large and also very modern with sliding glass doors for the huge shower. I would definitely stay here again as it was close to some restaurants and bars and only a 15-minute walk to Broadway.

Yelp
Such a great hotel. Great location and the rooftop area was awesome. They had a wonderful artist, Johnny Cochran who was amazing. Can't wait to come back

Yelp
Hotel Fraye is a super trendy hotel with beautiful decor! We stayed two night for a quick weekend trip and wish we could have stayed longer. Our flight got in around 8am and they held our bags while we went to breakfast. While we were at breakfast I received a text our room was ready around 10am so we greatly appreciated that after our early morning flight. Our room was spacious and the king bed super comfy. There were robes that we loved lounging in. The bathroom was beautiful with great lighting and nice toiletries including makeup wipes and nail polish remover. The AC was nice and cold, quiet and not noticeable at all. We spent some time enjoying the pool which was small but has a nice view and a poolside bar. Another nice feature in the room was a motion sensor under the bed for when you get up in the middle of the night! It did not have a microwave which we always miss in hotels, but didn't ask if they have one available for use. The walls were also thin and were awaken by loud neighbors and slamming doors. The biggest downfall for us was how far of a walk it is from the downtown area, especially in the Nashville heat. The area between the hotel and busy downtown area has nothing much to see while walking towards downtown. It was easy and cheap however to use Uber. In the other direction away from downtown, it was also within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants that the front desk worker said is where the locals hang. If you're looking for a close restaurant, we loved Inchin's on the next block over. Also close by was Vanderbilt and a bit farther the Parthenon. We did not have a car but saw that valet parking was a pricey $48 a night! Overall we would recommend if you're looking for a spot away from the busy downtown area for a nice comfy stay!

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Had a stay booked and cancelled the room 24 hours prior to the check in. And they still charged me for both rooms a night. Tried calling and talking to a manager and the manager didn't care about refunding me. You would think as a Gold status through Hilton they would be a little understanding.

Yelp
I'm in love!!!!! I love Nashville and I love every hotel I've ever stayed in when visiting but Hotel Fraye is better than best!!!! The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, modern, smells fresh and uniquely decorated..There isn't a corner that you turn that doesn't exceed hotel expectation. The pool and gym are nice and clean!! You can literally sit pool side even when the temps are too cold for the water! My only wish is that the Pelotons in the gym had foot steps because I did not have my shoes to clip in.. I still managed to get a quick ride in because I couldn't pass the opportunity! This will be my go to place in Nashville for lodging now!
google avatar

Gabriella K.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Has a nice rustic glamour. Location is ideal. Breakfast is a la carte. Really enjoyed their rooftop bar. The live music is fantastic. They have very talented musicians playing. I really liked how the room had motion sensor lights under the bedside table. I thought that was a great safety feature. Self parking is not available. EV charging is available.
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
Hotel so new, my ride share driver didn't know it was there. You can check in online and down load a virtual key. Room keys are available but I'm a tech person. The interior decorating is sexy, glam and rustic. Your name is on the TV screen welcoming you to your room. My King size room on the 15th floor had about 20 ft ceiling height, Large bathroom, the fan is loud but if your sharing a room it's perfect. You can't hear it in the bedroom. Lots of details in the interior design. The staff is EXCELLENT. I requested a surprise birthday breakfast via room service. The restaurant manger and a staff member brought it to the room. That has never happened. Make sure you hang out at the bar and take some antler pics. Two restaurants on premise. Rooftop pool Fire pits Large gym 10-15 minute drive to Downtown. I highly recommend staying here during your visit.

Yelp
4.5 We had a late flight in and kept the hotel updated and every time the front desk was super sweet ! The room was very nice, but it was the bathroom for me! I know that's weird but the mirror light was nice, shower was great( not sure if it's meant for it but that little bar at the bottom is a great idea for shaving hahaha if it's not meant for that uhm it should be in every shower), the little tin had a mini sewing kit( never seen that in a hotel before) My only complaint was the pillows. They are super soft soooo no support! Wasn't a fan of that, but great hotel for the time I stayed!

Yelp
I recently visited this fairly new hotel in Nashville and enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and everyone we came across greeted us, held doors open and opened elevator. I stayed in a room with a city view. I would not recommend as there is nothing spectacular about the view or the size of the room. The decor added a nice touch, which was a plus. As far a room turnover goes, I had to request this be done during my stay as housekeeping never came into my room. After requesting it was completed in a timely manner. The hotel is located very central to many restaurants and shopping. Many places are in locations where it is convenient enough to walk or have a fairly inexpensive rideshare. There is a pool, bar, and gym available to all guests. Also there is a bar and restaurant on site. I did order a cinnamon roll which did not seem fresh, was quite hard and less than warm when it arrived to my table. My coffee was the same way, not hot at all. Outside of those few things, my stay was ok. I'd like to see those areas improved prior to another stay. There are many hotels in the area, but Fraye is worth experiencing at least once.

Christine S.

Yelp
False promises of non existent Amex and Hilton Honors perks to attract guests and they never come to fruition. No water bottles or cups at the gym. No upgrades of any kind even with status. Simple room for the high price. Nothing special. There are better options in Nashville.
google avatar

Ray S.

Yelp
Have stayed here multiple times when visiting Nashville. Staff is always friendly, outgoing, and courteous. It's a dog friendly property which is a large contributing factor in staying here. Check-in was seamless starting with Valet. However, once I arrived at the 7th Floor bar (pool) to order my first cocktail of the day, I was greeted by a rather (what I consider rude) female bartender. All other members of Staff in the bar area were overly accommodating (offering love and rubs for my Puppers). Once I got through her attitude and received my cocktail, I walked back to the bar to ask for water for my Pup. She grabbed a plastic container and filled it with warm water. The male bartender working alongside her mentioned they have dog bowls. Her response was "it's the best I can do right now". If the bar was packed and people were in line waiting, I could understand her attitude/reply. However, the bar had no one waiting. I hope whomever is in charge of food service/servers takes note of this review and understands that this particular bartender is not doing Fraye or its patrons any favors working here.

Yelp
Amazing hotel with a great room, beautiful pool / rooftop bar area. Valet parking was super efficient. All staff were helpful and great. We enjoyed the location, the view and overall service. Rooms have unique features that make it worth the extra cost. Would definitely stay here again.
google avatar

Amanda D.

Yelp
I stayed here this week on a work trip and we utilized the entire hotel from the lobby, to the rooms, 7th floor bar, conference rooms, and breakfast and lunch. I was surprised our rooms were ready when we arrived at 9am. That was amazing. The rooms were gorgeous, super clean, and very comfortable. I personally really like the decor of the hotel. It's so different and unique! All of our food was delicious, hot, and on time. The drinks served were delicious and quality. The room was extremely quiet and you can't hear people around you. My only complaint is that the common areas need stocked more. Luckily during our meetings the cleaning cart was left in front of the bathroom because it was out of paper towels and toilet paper so we just grabbed it from the cart that sat there for 6 hours. They're new. They're working to make it even better so just wait for it!

Tara W.

Yelp
I have had the pleasure of staying at a few different hotels in Nashville and this one is my new favorites! Why? Service! Every person I encountered from the front desk to the bellman, Jean-Paul, some of the loviest people I have met. Thank you so much Hotel Fraye!
google avatar

C G.

Yelp
I wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Such a fun hotel! It is beautifully decorated, well maintained, clean, and the customer service is outstanding! The restaurant on the first floor had a very tasty breakfast and delicious coffee! We enjoyed drinks at the pool bar and there are a bunch of comfy couches to lounge on. There is always upbeat music playing in the lobby and it makes such a difference. We cannot say enough good things about our stay!
google avatar

Yelp
Love this place! Rooms are great! Service is terrific! Ambiance is amazing. Only downside is that their rooftop bar could be better.
google avatar

Aushiana R.

Yelp
Highly recommend the staff was amazing! The location amazing. Everything was clean and the rooms are great. I like the ascetic of the hotel, they definitely decorated it well. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Nashville
google avatar

Melissa G.

Yelp
Visited the Fraye this past December for a work tip. The aesthetics were beautiful, Rooms were clean and staff was extremely nice. Highly recommend starting here if it's your first time in Nashville as it's a short walking distance to Broadway.
google avatar

Tyrone B.

Yelp
Make this Curio Collection your hotel of choice located on the Historic Broadway Avenue in downtown Nashville. This Hilton property offers live music nightly after 5 with some food items to satisfy your desires.

James L.

Yelp
We booked this hotel for the pool which is displayed all over the website. The pool is shared with a massive condo complex. We were here for three days and it was impossible to get near the pool. Bar tenders on the pool floor were extremely slow. Rooms were great, very clean, very nice. No microwaves in room. If you are just looking for a room this is a great option.
google avatar

Lya H.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Rooms were very clean, spacious and in working order. Would highly recommend.
google avatar

Clive W.

Yelp
Nice, new, and away from crazy. Room design was good, clean and unlike some of the new hotels that barely leave you room for your suitcases....this was plenty spacious. Not much activity in the downstairs bar and restaurant. 7th floor has a pool bar but service Wednesday 7th was horrific. I left , you lost money on me. Also there is no food service after 10 , so plan that if you come back from someplace don't wait to grab a bite here, there is none. I'd stay again because it's chill.
google avatar

Russ W.

Yelp
My wife and I stayed here and loved it. The staff was very friendly. The views from our room were fantastic. The pool has a great vibe. The fitness center is state of the art. Quick Uber to any restaurant near Broadway or the Gulch. We will 100% be back
google avatar

Charlea G.

Yelp
The first night was great, everyone was nice. The last two nights, it was not great at all. The front desk was terrible the last two nights. I had to come down out of my room 3 or more times to get assistance. I called once and she (the front desk concierge) got us confused with someone else, had us on hold forever and then hung up. And every time, I came down, she was doing NOTHING. They need to get that together. Otherwise, the hotel was ok.

Matthew F.

Yelp
Do not stay here!!!! The hotel staff has zero spine and does not care about their guests what so ever!! The p.o.s. at the front desk denied room access to two guests who had already booked a room. He did not care about the well-being of the guests and neglected care for them. I don't know what kind of heartless person makes their guest sleep in the hall but hell is hot. After calling the hotel, the front desk refused to even try to help and could not care less about the situation. The man working the front desk is a heartless, careless, horrible human being and karma will come around for him. Shame on this hotel and the service that they neglect guests. NEVER stay here or give them your money.

Drew A.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel! Great location, stuff to do around the hotel and a quick walk or Uber to anything else. Staff is exceptional, Alexis at the desk made me and the groomsman for my bachelor party feel like VIP guests. Will be back to Nashville, and will certainly be staying here again. Great property.

Charmaine D.

Yelp
Good location. Far enough away from the frenzy of Broadway but close enough to get there quickly. One complaint on the weekends they have a DJ playing in the lobby and the music was very very loud.

Megan B.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor and have brunch here. Delicious food, amazing drinks, Tyler is a fantastic bartender!!!

Cody P.

Yelp
The location is fine with a couple close restaurants to eat at. The in-house restaurant is good and the staff was excellent. The rooms on the other hand are small, the ceiling in our room and our guest's room was not finished, wasn't even an industrial look as there was still sharpe marks from measuring, both our keurig and our guest keurig needed to be replaced, we all needed to replace our room keys multiple times which was very inconvenient because you need them for basically any area. The lounge on the 7th floor is very nice and the live music was a great touch. Overall I would say the room was fairly disappointing and would not recommend paying extra for a city view because it was not worth it at all. If I could move the staff and lounge to a bigger and more finished hotel then I would stay again but do not plan on staying at the place in the future. Too small and too many small issues that add up.
