So to be transparent, we started off in a problematic way. The hotel is a boutique hotel and has a sister hotel across the street. There are no receptionist at this hotel. We had to walk to the other hotel to check in. This was a bit odd, in my opinion. The room that was assigned to us , 305, had many issues. The AC did not work, so the room was hot for a day in November. the mini fridge for our meds was broke and the water pressure in the shower was poor. After going back and forth, we were given another room and it was so much better. The room is a typical European size and very minimal, which I don’t mind. It was clean and modern. The beds are very hard and the pillows are flat. The bathroom is comfortable, a stand in shower and a towel warmer , which was a plus. We did have the shower head changed because it was spraying all Over the place. The staff have been attentive. I want to thank Javier for his kindness in assisting my husband the first night. He was having a hypoglycemic episode at 130|Am and Javier got him a croissant and a coke. We were very appreciative. Parking is offsite and is 15euros per night. If you are in a budget but still have strict standards, this is a decent hotel.

It's a nice hotel in a great location. The check-in across the street from the actual hotel was inconvenient. There is no lobby to relax in during the stay or after check in/out. The bed was uncomfortable.

This hotel is certainly in a great location and convenient for all the sights to be seen in this nice city. A few notes (wr have just checked out).||The reception is base's at a sister hotel across the road, and so there is no one present when you enter the foyer. There is a small lift to reach all 5 floors. Rooms are small for two people, although the bathroom was spacious enough and well appointed with good towels and soaps. The shower, however, spills out over the floor soaking the bathmat no matter how careful you are. The BIG problem we had was with the original room allocated on the 5th floor. Even though it was late May and only about.20° during the day, the heat in the room was insufferable ! 5th floor rooms are basically in the attic space and the only window is in roof area. We tried opening this (inviting in bugs ) and lowering temp on AC thermostat to no success. We reckon it.was close to 30° at midnight. Following a call to reception, someone came to check it out, but even with no english we could tell it was a lost cause. Reception advised us we could.move to the other hotel, at a.cost! We stuck it out despite bites from mosquito and lack of sleep due to the heat. We moved to 3rd floor front facing.room the following day which was a big improvement. However, even though we left the AC at 10° for 2 full days, the temp remained at about 20°. Apparently management do not adjust the overall levels as weather changes and so AC cannot do its job. We were offered a complimentary breakfast on 1 day as acknowledgement of our experience. Staff on reception couldn't have been nicer, it seems this was beyond their control. Beds very comfortable, front room had shutters. |

We stayed here 5 nights and it was a great stay! The hotel is in a great location and on a quiet street. The air conditioning is great and kept us cool in the Summer. They have blackout curtains which kept out the sun and kept the room cool. The room had a hair dryer and fridge. Taxis are right out front so very convenient getting to and from the airport. Will stay here again!

It’s a great hotel. It’s situated in the heart of the old town of Oviedo. The room is cozy and the size is quite big and comfortable. The decoration makes you feel at home. The optional parking is a great idea, so you can stay in the centre of the city. The personal attentive and very professional. We’ ll go back

The room was nice and clean. Staff helpful and lovely. We would go back in a minute. ||||Just ashort drive away was Gijon which is also a lovely city. We enjoyed our stay. The old city was short walk from||hotel. There are places to eat and drink very near the hotel.

Hotel is located near the historical part of the city, which is a big plus. The room was clean and decent size, breakfast very good, parking available with valet. Staff was nice. As downsides, the mattress was really hard and all night there were either people speaking loudly at the bars down the street, or cars, motorcycles, garbage trucks, street cleaning vehicles etc. passing by, so it was a constant noise from evening into the next day. In total ok, though.
