Central location to San Antonio. Been a regular tourist/worker in Ibiza for 10+ years & this was the worst hotel have stayed in. Totally understand Ibiza is a party island but the noise here was extreme. Wouldn’t recommend staying here if you like to sleep as the walls are like paper & partying in most rooms. Wasn’t clean & cockroaches & bugs on the floors & beds in our room. Balcony’s are not private at all & didn’t feel safe as 3 girls next to 2 rooms of lads shouting at us on balcony’s that are connected. Shame because the staff were lovely but hotel overall isn’t one we would ever go back too. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but honesty the best policy. 💔

Time capsule 70s hotel with many original features intact. Funky and interesting. Room had a renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed. Great aircon and water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful

We booked Galera very last minute after extending a stay and unhappy with previous hotel. Hotel Galera staff were super friendly, helpful and always happy. Rooms and hotel areas were super clean. Room is in the perfect location. Great stay will definitely be back. Thanks Galera

I was a bit anxious having read some of the other reviews, but in all honesty I really can’t fault the hotel. Really lovely staff - including the guy who works at night! Really helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Great location as well. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Cute and clean. Nice little breakfast cafe attached to it for purchase. Our room had two wonderful balconies which was good. We got a room with air conditioning but it never worked so the balconies came in handy. It is a little off the beaten path for all the partying in town but not too far off.

One of the front desk boys insulted us, calling us “sluts.” He banged on our door at 6am for no reason and even opened the door while I was without my short. It was disturbing and traumatic. I don’t know why he hasn’t been fired. We checked the reviews and we’re not the only ones who had a bad experience with him. He clearly shouldn’t be working there. I don’t recommend this place, especially for women.

I’ll start off by saying the staff were lovely and super friendly, the cleaners also were extra helpful as we kept missing the days we wanted our room cleaned but we asked if they would and they always went back to do it so I’ve given service 5 stars. The rooms themselves are fine, very basic and get the job done if you’re trying to get a cheap hotel but the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything going on. The bathroom was kinda iffy, the toilet was loose and when you sat on it, it tipped forward which was a bit uncomfortable to use then, there was also a damp smell that came out of the toilet after flushing. The location is perfect though, you’re just outside the city enough to not be kept up all night by clubs and people but also a five minute walk away from the beach and anything else in san Antoni. Theres a Lidl and also a mercadona 10 mins away too which saved us so much money. The only slight downside is there’s a football club right outside the hotel so at 9am on the weekend, there’s large groups of kids obviously doing training but it wasn’t bad at all unless you were on the balcony. They play after school during the week. Really convenient though, the bus station for San Antonio is like 2 minutes away from the hotel which was handy for travel. The pool is fine but the bar was never open, I’m not sure if I was confused or misled about it but it was open once in our 7 day stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, about a 5-10 minute walk to the harbour where there are bars and restaurants. A further little walk leads you to the sunset strip. Comments about the pool being over the road - it’s the most smallest road between the hotel and pool and is not a busy or main road at all. Hotel staff very helpful and accommodating. Our rooms are fairly basic but cleaned and fresh towels daily. The pool bar opens from 11 until about 6ish and there are snacks, drinks, bar food and ice cream - The young barman at the pool bar was quite moody though!! The pool is fairly small but just what needed and plenty of sun beds. Where the hotel is situated, the pool does shade over about 4.30. You do sometimes hear people coming in throughout the night but as expected given then area! Great place and great value of money especially given that we went in august summer holidays.
