Hotel Galija

It is truly a peaceful and cozy place with a maritime inspired environment. Growing up with boats and sailing, we loved the pictures on the walls and in the rooms. Staff that was super helpful and made our first stay on Croatia comfortable. Beds,rooms, and showers were nice. We slept great. It's not the biggest breakfast buffet but made us satisfied and ready for exploring pula. Would recommend to stay here

Very bad experience, the sliding door of the shower cabin fell, broke and cut me, the rooms have no terraces and the use of the common terrace is prohibited. The only thing is that the location is exceptional, the staff is arrogant and unapproachable for cooperation.

Our room was very small especially for 2 people who had 2 large suitcases. However it was clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast that was served was delicious with a variety of selections that suit would suit anyone. The hotel is within an easy waling distance to the main area in Pula.

Nice hotel in the city center. Small but very charming and cozy. It is located in the city center and has a great location. The breakfast was very tasty. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Of particular note was the nice young lady at the front desk who was very helpful and customer oriented. The hotel has a parking lot where we could safely park our bikes. We had to check out a day early due to personal circumstances, but this was straightforward and hassle free. The whole team is very professional and deserves special thanks. All in all it was very pleasant and we will be happy to come back. Thank you very much!

Small 3star hotel. Good breakfast. No parking. Good location.

From the minute we arrived Dever (hotel owner) was so helpful. He not only carried our bags to our room but as we were late arriving he also arranged for us to stay in the bar opposite for as long as we needed. |The room we had was on the top floor. It was in excellent condition and had a superb bathroom with huge bathtub.

There is two different buildings under the same name and we had bad luck to get room in bad one. After the person at the front desk refused to help us to switch room because of the noise we been forced to leave "the hotel" and now we have to open a claim with the bank to get our money back. The walls are so thin that is very hard to explain but you can hear everything and we had party next door. So there is no customer service here in this fake place. Be careful here and be ready for bad surprises.
