very basic & simple:|good location (close to town center and train station) ; the staff is friendly ; the breakfast had fresh bread and the choices were ok ; the single room was tiny but with a balcony and a great view, it was clean and well-kept; even though facing the street and the railway, the room was quiet (most noise came from other guests in the hallway)||good to know: the elevator is very tiny and the stairs to the top floor are many

Basic hotel. Staywd there while visiting family.Rooms clean, small tv and simple shower. They say toiletries are provided but soap and shower gel are poor quality. Great location for train and bus station. Next door pizza restaurant was good. If you have a car there is ample parking at rear of hotel Would stay again

Like a hostel, wardrobe door handle fell off, no accessible round European power points to charge devices, no air-conditioning, very small rooms, very hot and oppressive breakfast area, no sheets for bed which is unsupported in the middle, no plug in basin. Do your research and find a better place to stay in Bellinzona !!

Location and breakfast are the only good things about this place. Sleeping comfort shouldn't be expected. Went on a hot summer day, with no air-conditioning in the room. But not even a fan was provided. Not really what I expected from the hotel where you pay a premium price. Beds aren't very comfortable either. It is a very simple room.

We used this town centre hotel as a one night stop gap, great location bed prone to sticking you in the middle

There is no air-conditioning so I am waking up in unbelievable fits of sweat. I have the windows open, nothing on me and the bed covers off but am still forming puddles of sweat just from standing. I do sweat more than the average person which is a consideration but not by much, maybe 15% more. The price is ridiculous for what you get. Easily the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The only saving grace is the breakfast. But yeah for the price they’re asking, I have to write this review.

Probably the worlds tinyest Elevator in the world? Nice Hotel with tiny rooms in tiny Switzerland. Prices are also tiny - If you are used to the prices in suisse. If you are Not... I had a short stay of one night and enjoyed the really good breakfast. All was fine - but the mattresses.

Hotel is very clean. Room was typical style very basic. Bed was comfortable. Ample towels. The staff was very helpful. But I had to ask for the Ticino card, which provides free town transportation. Breakfast was fine. Dinner was a disappointment. I had gnocchi with mushroom sauce. Very few mushrooms and normally the sauce is cream based this had a lot of tomato sauce gnocchi was a bit stodgy.
