Hotel Garni Chesa Mulin

We loved the Chesa Mulin from the friendly helpful reception on arrival to departure after 4 nights. The standard room was spacious, nicely decorated and spotless. The beds were good and it was quiet at night even with a window open. Good shower. There were many light wood and stone touches to give a clean stripped down feel. Breakfast choice was extensive with many locally sourced or homemade items. With plentiful hangers in the wardrobe though shoehorns to an efficient drying room, what was there not to like. This is a superb hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel you Garni Chesa Mulin very much! This is a beautiful, modern building, just off the main street. Our room was quite and comfortable, with windows that overlooked a small park like area. The room was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The bathroom was large enough, with plenty of room to keep my personal belongings . Breakfast was good with plenty of choices, breads, boiled eggs, yogurt, cereal, sliced meats and cheese. The staff was helpful and attentive. I would certainly stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others! As an extra perk, if you stay at least 2 nights they offer a city travel pass that covers the lifts in the area. We used it for a free ride up on the funicular at Muottas Muragl. Unfortunately, it was raining and cloudy, but the funicular ride was fun!

The team at Hotel Chesa Mulin makes you feel right at home, no matter who you are or where you’re from. We were pleasantly surprised when they offered to prepare an early breakfast for us due to our travel needs. Only one night here was too short in this lovely and scenic town. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The hotel is lovely with beautiful views. Breakfast had quite a variety and was displayed in such an inviting way. Our room was perfect and the location just right. Best of all, the staff AND the owner himself were more than accommodating in every aspect of our visit. Above and beyond!

The hotel staff were super helpful, both before we came and during our stay. They lent me hiking poles, suggested dinner places and made us reservations, helped us with the train and bus systems, and generally met every need. The local pass they gave us got us onto gondolas, chairlifts, buses, and trains for a substantial distance with no cost. They also had free spa passes, but I ran out of time to use it because there were so many other great things to do in the area. The breakfast options were hearty and delicious.

We enjoyed our three nights here. The hotel is conveniently located in town, with a grocery right next door and the bus stop right around the corner. The staff were all very friendly and helpful with our questions. The room was very comfortable with a fun mural of the Alps on the wall above the bed. The continental breakfast had many breads, cheeses, and meats to choose from.

We enjoyed our stay here. Our room was very nice, and the hotel was beautiful and serene. We especially enjoyed the elaborate breakfasts and the evening refreshments. We ate light meals on several evenings, which was very convenient and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful boutique hotel with a cool atmosphere and convenient location. This was our final destination after the spectacular Bernina Express. The room was a little odd but very comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were generally helpful. We would stay here again.
