This place is definitely way too expensive for what you get.||||- rooms in dire need of renovation (and a style change!)||- the bed is uncomfortable: one thin pillow, and what reminds me a LOT of army style blankets: a woolen blanket "wrapped" in a bed sheet||- sheet metal army lockers all over the hallways||- free wifi almost unusably slow; only one access point in the whole building.||- breakfast *not* included||- when you pay extra for breakfast you get to sit in a little room with little tables, that doubles as the receptionist's office. The food choices at breakfast are buns, two or three kinds of jam, two or three kinds of cereal, two kinds of cold cuts, two kinds of sliced cheese, coffee or tea from tea bags.||||on the plus side, the guy who was manning the reception when i arrived was friendly and helpful, as was the girl who was doing reception ext morning when I needed a cab.||||All this combined with the way too expensive price per night reduces the total to one out of five, even though the single categories rate higher than that.

En route to France from Austria this hotel was in a very convenient place close to the motorway but without any noise. It was not obvious when we started searching for it but our sat nav did take us there. The hotel staff were very helpful - the room was very basic with a shower and rather small towels no extra's like soap or shampoo only a soap dispenser on the wall. An empty mini bar and and an antiquated television were the only things in the room other than a bed and and a hanging rail. There is no restaurant in the hotel however, we were given good advice about where to eat in the local area and chose a very nice bar/restaurant about 3 minutes walk from the hotel.The bed was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. The room and breakfast came to £104 which seemed rather steep for the quality of room and the breakfast. There was a secure car park with a barrier and you have to have a getone to get out which the hotel provide.

Réception un peu lugubre mais l'accueil reste tout de même chaleureux. Salle du petit-déjeuner est dans la même pièce que la réception et n'est pas très spacieuse. |Les chambres quant à elles sont propres,spacieuse, la salle de bain est suffisamment grande. Il manque néanmoins une armoire à habits mais il y a quand même deux tablars ainsi qu'une tringle de suspension. Chambre simple avec lit de 140cm suffise largement pour un couple. Situé à 300m d'un arrêt de bus, d'une Migros et d'une Coop.

Dieses Hotel sollte man am besten nie von innen sehen:||Alles ist seit -zig Jahrzehnten nicht erneuert worden, angefangen bei dem kl. Bad mit alten Handtüchern und Duschvorhang, weiter zu den durchgelegenen Matrazzen bis hin zu dem runtergelassenen (!) Rolladen, wozu es keine Stange zum Hochziehen gibt, weshalb wir uns auch im Dunkeln morgens schnell fertig machten, um NIE WIEDER HERZUKOMMEN. Unser 3-Bett-Zimmer kostete 142 CHF - ohne Frühstück, versteht sich. Jede Jugendherberge hat mehr Komfort.

De passage une nuit à Winterthur nous avons pris une chambre dans cet hôtel sordide. Pas de réception, prix de la chambre 109.- pour 2 personnes. Nous avons commis l'erreur, étant pressés de ne pas entrer dans la chambre de suite: à notre arrivée à minuit, un seul oreiller, un seul duvet, un seul jeu de linges très douteux sentant le moisi. Moquette sale meubles usagé carrément arrachés du mur par endroit. Dans la salle de bain les joints du carrelage sont inexistant, cheveux dans l'écoulement de la douche, lunette WC tachée. Odeur de moisi très forte! Le lendemain matin à 5:30 nous avons été réveillé par une course poursuite dans les corridors! Hurlements à la clé... Propriétaire très désagréable, prétendant qu'on a réservé pour une seule personne! Bref un CAUCHEMAR à éviter à tout prix et déshonorant l'hôtellerie suisse! Si notre fils nous avait accompagné on n'aurait jamais dormi là quitte à perdre les 109.-!!!

Tolle Wohnung, Ist heute kein öffentliches Hotel mehr. Parterre und 1. Stock sind Zimmer für Sozialfälle. 2. +3. normale Wohnungen und 1 Büro. Nähe 🚌 und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Migros, Coop, Apotheke, Drogerie, Tabakladen, Beck Lyner usw.sowie 1 🏤 Poststelle vorhanden.

Ideal zum RUHE suchen und Liebe geniessen. Sehr freundliche hilfsbereite Chefin die für Komfort sorgt. Nur das Frühstück (Garni) wird nicht mehr angeboten. Dafür zu Fuss in 4 Minuten bei Migros, Bus, Kiosk, Landbeizen etc etc. Drum super dass ein Kühlschrank in jedem Zimmer vorhanden ist. Für Liebespaare sind die EINZEL Zimmer (1 Bett 180/140) ein wunderbar diskreter Rückzugsort. Per se sehr zu empfehlen.

Kein WLAN kein Buffet oder Essbereich keine Möglichkeit zum Kochen,außer man kauft sich Herdplatte oder Mikrowelle
