The hotel exceeded my expectations with its modern decor and exceptional service. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a peaceful environment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth stay. Convenient location near key attractions, and the breakfast spread was impressive. Highly recommend!

I had a lovely stay at this hotel! It’s an older building with a lot of character, but it still feels fresh and well-maintained. It’s like stepping back in time, in the best way. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast was great – I really liked that they offer bio products. The breakfast team was especially nice and made the experience even better.

A family run hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. We have stayed three times, now. A wide variety of items for breakfast and always being replenished (accompanied by some great music in the background). The staff can guide you on local attractions and very near the town center, local lakes and country walks, a short walk to the bus and train station, for great adventures. Great grounds also to explore. We will return again; in fact, it is booked.

Lovely hotel. Staff was very helpful and it was fun to see them all getting along together. A good sign of a good place to work. Lovely rooms. The decor was over the top wonderful and kept me busy finding new things to look at.

Stayed as part of bike tour in July 2023. Somewhat dated and not pro guest in terms of service. Indeed the member of staff on reception when we arrived bordered on hostile. Perhaps doing well enough in the absence of local competition but would advise staying here unless no other better options nearby.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Easy to walk to city center, harbor, and many restaurants. Clean and comfortable room. Fantastic breakfast. Friendly and efficient staff. Owner was very personable and checked in with all guests one-on-one. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would 100% recommend!

You're surrounded by history in this quiet, pastoral region of Germany, and the Hotel Schlossgarten is the perfect base for exploring the town as well as the lakes and forests nearby. Neustrelitz is a quick train ride or a couple hours by car from Berlin. It's worth an overnight to visit. The hotel is less than 10 minutes by foot from the train station, and the town center is equally accessible.||||Unlike a lot of hotels in western Europe adopting modern decor and amenities, this property embraces its rich heritage by showcasing antiques and art, especially from the 18th and 19th centuries, The reception area and dining rooms are a veritable history lesson. The rooms are modest and comfortable. The gardens are a wonderful place to reflect or read.||||The staff make you feel right at home. Breakfast has plenty of variety of cold meats, cheeses, and breads. An iron and ironing board are available in the laundry room near the entrance. Directions to local attractions are at hand.
