Generally an ok place to stay, but nothing out of the ordinary and I’m not sure it is worth the high rating. Gym: 0/5 stars There is one treadmill, one bike and a few dumbbells. The other equipment does not work. Breakfast: 2.5/5 stars Pretty basic and nothing out of the ordinary. Generally a boring selection for the price. Room: 4/5 stars Bathroom is very nice. Beds are nice. Could need an upgrade on the pillows. Staff and service: 5/5 stars Kind, helpful and service minded staff. Cleanliness: 4/5 stars I noticed the floor in our room was sticky and had some stains that could and should have been cleaned with a mop (not only hoover). Bali spa treatment: 5/5 stars Nice facilities, professional staff and good treatments.

We stopped by on the terrace for a snack: Goats cheese/beetroot salad and a blueberry tart with ice-cream - both delicious!|We were served by Andrew - very helpful. He was very attentive although he was very busy. We felt the other members of his team needed to take a "leaf out of his book"... a smile would have been nice!|Would recommend!

This hotel deserves 5 stars. The hotel is very easy to find and once you find it, there is very friendly check it. The man who checked us in was nice and polite. The rooms are very nice, especially in the new part of the hotel. The hotel is very clean, including the rooms and the bathrooms. All in all a nice place to stay in a very central part of Gdansk.

Manage your expectations- this is not a true five star hotel experience. The staff is nice but the rooms are loud, the pillows could be replaced, the towels and bath amenities are more in line with a basic stay than a luxury experience. Only instant coffee available in the rooms. The old|Building is very cool and they have done a nice job keeping old features, but if you are a light sleeper this may be tough as you can hear every footstep in the rooms above. AC works great. Breakfast is typical buffet. The staff is helpful when you need something, but do not compare this to other five star properties. The price is appropriate for what you get, but if you want a luxury feel to your stay keep looking.

Excellent hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant and bar are also great with the microbrewery offering some really good beers.

A terrific hotel in a great location. Absolutely wonderful staff. The food and built in brewery are both fantastic. Special shoutout to Karol at the front desk - a true gem to this establishment. He even fixed my frozen I phone and made me coffee at 3 AM while waiting for my departure. Would highly recommend.

Recently stayed for a city break, fantastic location and the beautiful hotel. Breakfast was excellent and the bar with their own brewery was superb.||Big thanks to Anna and Piotr who organised some gifts in our room for our 10th Wedding Anniversary.||Highly recommend and we are already planning our next trip.

Wow what an amazing hotel in a central location. Just a short few minutes stroll to the old town and main tourist areas.|We had booked a long weekend and on arrival we were greeted by Adam the concierge person, who took our cases and he also gave us loads of information on the area and tourist maps and books. Adam was exceptional the whole weekend, always helpful and cheerful.|We checked into our room early, it was spotless and in the new part of the hotel on the fourth floor, plenty of space and overlooking the waterside. With it being my birthday a bottle of wine and some sweets were left in the room with a card, such a nice touch, |Breakfast at the hotel was plentiful with croissants, cakes, Smoked salmon, fruit, yogurts, bacon, eggs, sausages etc. We were able to order poached eggs, pancakes which were absolutely delicious.| I hope to comeback one day as a few days in Gdansk was not enough.|I would highly recommend this hotel and the great location, quiet at the hotel but just a stroll into the old town of Gdansk with its many attractions, bars and restaurants.

Yelp
Amazing hotel. If you get a room on the fifth floor you have to walk up one flight. Centrally located old world charm. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat
