The hotel is great. We were on the third floor and this is the reason I only gave the room a four star. The hotel being so old meant that the floor noise from both above and below was quite bad, as you could hear every footstep, from above and conversation from below. Great staff and beer though.

I had an accessible single room in the granary part of the hotel, so it was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The robe and slippers were a wonderful addition and I liked the scent of the shampoo and bath gel. I also received a voucher for a small beer at the brewery restaurant on site, which I really appreciated. The beer was excellent and the bar/restaurant was very convivial. Because there is only one bridge to the granary island from the hotel's side of the river, it was a bit of a circuitous route to get to the old town, but I didn't mind. I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful hotel, very comfortable bed. The spa was great I had booked an indian head massage, an hour of bliss. Hotel seemed to have a traditional side and a modern side. We had a beautiful traditional room with a view over the river. It was walking distance to central city. We walked everywhere we needed to to from hotel.

Fantastic experience and well deserved five stars. Exceptional service, fabulous rooms (we've got to stay in the old granary building) with loads of character, great beds, brilliant food and the location is absolutely perfect

This hotel is one of the best I’ve stayed at. From the moment we walked in we felt taken care of. The reception staff was excellent. We made an error when we made the booking but the staff did everything they could to correct it at no extra cost. ||The large rooms were very clean and had a view of the Marina.|The breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice and not busy at all. The staff was very efficient. They kept tidying and replenishing food all the time. ||The only thing we can complain about was the staff in the Brovarnia Gdansk restaurant. Our waiter didn’t seem to want to serve us at all. It was a bit surprising since everyone else in the hotel went above and beyond to help. ||Despite the staff in the restaurant we had a wonderful stay and would return if we’re ever back in Gdansk

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, just a stroll across the river to the oldtown area. We paid a little extra for a river view and had a gorgeous, spacious, clean room. Hotel staff were really friendly and very efficient. The hotel is very tastefully decorated. We did not eat in the hotel so cannot comment on the food, but the food in all the restaurants is top quality.

A very nice and welcoming hotel with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. We lived in one of the football player rooms which is a mix of the nice main boat theme mixed with little football. From our balcony we had nice view over the marina. The breakfast had a large variety of things and all was well cooked. The staff were very polite, friendly and did their best to make our visit even better. We will for sure get back!

We were given a room on a top floor, then told that lift is out of service and asked to take our luggage up by ourselves - in a practically empty hotel. Reception staff rather inexperienced. plenty of other, nicer hotels around so won't be staying here again.
