Amazing hotel, the location is good. Adam welcomed us in a very special way, he is such a nice guy. He made all the difference for a best stay. I don’t really understand why all hotels have separate sheets but its ok.

We visited Gdansk and stayed at the hotel Gdansk boutique hotel on our 10 year anniversary and it was brilliant! We had an early flight and the staff were so helpful and managed to check us in early as room was available already. We stayed in the yachting section which is 4* and our room was lovely and clean with a big bed and bath as well! We tried breakfast once and it was nice with a lot of selection, although we would say the fried eggs and some other hot items were cold. The spa was included with a steam room and saunas to relax in which were easily bookable at reception, this was included in our stay. The location was perfect being right by one of the harbours in old town and everything was an easy walk away.

Superb hotel in the heart of Gdansk. On our arrival out room was still being cleaned but the helpful receptionist offered us a beautiful room on the fourth floor of the converted granary which was built in 1690.|We enjoyed a pleasant afternoon in the micro brewery/restaurant attached to the hotel. Super attentive barman Konrad advised us on the food and drink selections which were first class.|The Breakfast in the first floor restaurant was one of the best I have had with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes.|The hotel was close to all the major attractions, bars and restaurants etc,so there was no need for taxis.|Would thoroughly recommend Hotel Gdansk Boutique and the whole Gdansk experience.

If there was a 6 out of 5 star I would choose it. My favorite hotel out of all 7 we visited during our 18 day trip across Poland Lithuania and Finland! The service was excellent. There was a sweet old man at the hotel who was just so passionate and friendly. I wish him all the best as he made all the difference! They had an infra red sauna as well as a dry sauna. It's unisex, but there's robes in the room and towels. I also love that they had mineral water in the sauna. And the mineral water is good! The hotel is value for the money given the service, facilities, and ambiance. I highly highly recommend!!

We had an ok experience in this hotel but not enough to make us want to return on our next trip. My husband booked it on the strength of its 5 star rating but we were in the modern yachting annex which is actually 4 stars. While serviceable and designed as if you were on board a large yacht or cruise ship the hotel itself is devoid of personality and charm. The room or suite we had was not well designed. A huge living area yet a tiny bathroom with no bath. There was a large balcony but the door to access it was so awkward and hard to operate that we very rarely ventured out. The housekeeping left something to be desired. On the first day I found a dirty pair of men's underpants in the closet. When I told reception of this they simply laughed and agreed that I could put them in the bin. Where the room really fell down was the quality of the bedding. The synthetic pillows need replaced and even with an extra one - which I had to ask for at reception, they made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. The bed was two singles joined together but inexplicably was made up using two single quilts instead of a Super King quilt. This was very strange and uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet was ok but flies surrounded the meat/fish and there was no variation which made it boring after a couple of days. All in all it was fine - but not memorable. The main asset is its convenient location along the marina area.

The guy upon check out was really rude and unproffessional. We also changed room twice, first because our room had extremely loud music until very late, louder than just some buzz from the street. The second room was smelly and I could not stand it. I stayed here some years ago and was really happy then, so it is sad that coming back was such a big disappointment. NOT value for money.

Everything was great! Good location, nice big room, friendly staff, lovely restaurant and a huge breakfast. We would loved a pool or jacuzzi at the relaxarea but that was the only thing we could have asked for.

We're curious as to what comports to a five star hotel in Poland as certainly this one does not. Rooms in the old part of this hotel are incredibly small. Our tiny room had steeply sloped ceilings which were fantastic for smashing your head repeatedly. Also, no iron or ironing board for our clothes, no minibar, burned out light bulbs, and minimal amenities. The elevator does not go above the fourth floor, meaning you have to schlep your luggage to the fifth and sixth floors if you're unlucky enough to get a room up there. There are no ice or vending machines. We did not get fresh towels. For breakfast, the one and only source of coffee was a single machine which had long lines when it worked, but then needed service twice, rendering it essentially useless. Worst of all, the staff's attitude ranges from indifferent at best to surly and even rude at worst. We absolutely love the Polish people but this establishment does them a disserve.

Yelp
Amazing hotel. If you get a room on the fifth floor you have to walk up one flight. Centrally located old world charm. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat
