Hotel Genova

Great location, fairly priced and everyone who worked there is friendly and accommodating. Forgot to take photos but would highly recommend. The included breakfast was good also.

Clean rooms, great location and friendly staff. I felt like I had the privacy and service of a hotel with the helpfulness and inclusion of a hostel. Andres and his team are super helpful and willing to take the extra step to help you in all of your travel needs.

Clean, good size room, comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom, friendly staff. Didn't eat breakfast so cannot comment on the food. Central location in Los Andes with a supermarket and the main shopping mall only minutes walk away.||||Excellent value for money and would certainly recommend..

Very good place for the value. Good location, private parking lot, good beds and hot water. Very friendly staff and the owner makes sure everything is ok. They will accommodate their resources for your needs. Breakfast is included.

We felt very welcome at the Hotel Genova, I would say the best point of this adress.||Rooms are big and confortable, maybe some of them might be a bit noisy but that was not for us a big problem. Breakfeast could be a bit more consistent. Will go back again in this adress if visiting los andes one more time.

I enjoyed this small hotel. The people were very friendly. The water was hot and the breakfast was good - important things to us. The location was excellent - close to the town plaza. The private parking behind a gate was a bonus.

When I found out that our flight to Santiago had been delayed for 10 hours, I immediately called the hotel to notify them that we were still coming, but really late and please hold our room. I told them we would be there between 11pm and midnight. The man on the other end of the line stated that would not be a problem. We arrived at 11:20pm only to be told they had a TINY problem... they had given away not only our room, but the room of another guest as well. Thankfully the other guest insisted that the hotel book us a room at a nearby hotel. - which by the way will get 3 stars... maybe 4.

Really nice people running this small hotel at the base of the Andes... loved our few days in Los Andes.
