The Hôtel Georgette is such a great hotel, being in a fantastic location with lively bars and restaurants. The hotel is beautiful and is also a cafe. It can be pretty loud here at night with great night life in the area. This is something I personally love to hear when I’m travelling, so this is a positive for me.

A good hotel. The staff are very helpful, we arrived very early and the room is not ready, but she took our luggage and even took our luggage into our room when we got back. The room is small, like any other hotels in Paris. Very clean and comfortable. It has a very good restaurant attached and there is no reason to go anywhere for a good local breakfast!

From the start of my experience, I felt welcomed and taken care of by our host at the lobby. The room was squeaky clean and well stock with towels and toiletries. The staff were friendly and professional, always attentive to make our stay comfortable. I felt hotel Georgette has a unique human touch that I’ve never seen anywhere else. I also loved the decorative flowers on the facade which makes it easy to recognize from afar. Thank you for making our stay as pleasant as it was. I will come back for sure.

Alexei the young man who works the reception desk has gone above and beyond to assist me with various requests this past weekend during my stay. He is absolutely excellent and I am beyond appreciative for his help and service. I had the #62 top floor suite which was big and spacious, but I should note that the AC situation is not even remotely close to American standards, so just a warning to any US tourists visiting during summer months who require a cold room to sleep. Location is excellent and having the on-site restaurant for room service is also super helpful.

We stayed at Hotel Georgette for a night after arriving in Paris on a Red Eye flight. I was feeling quite ill from the travel, and the Hotel Manager was absolutely fantastic in helping us get settled in our room several hours before check in. She was incredibly accommodating, helped us with luggage, and went out of her way to ensure I could get some rest and that we had a pleasant stay. The space itself was beautiful and it was a great location within walking distance of some great restaurants as well as the Louvre and Notre Dame. We were roomed right by the sign so I got a great picture as a memento. On check out I was able to thank the Hotel Manager again (I was woefully terrible at pronouncing her name, sorry!), and she was good humored and very enjoyable to converse with. While our stay this time was short, next time I'm in Paris it would be first on my list.

Google
Closer to a 2 star than a 4 star hotel. You are paying for the location. The good: staff is super friendly and nice and the location is amazing The bad: tiny room, not soundproof/quite noisy, no black out shades for 5am summer sunrise, quite expensive.

The rooms are small but very well appointed and very clean. The staff is exceptional and the location is excellent, lots of restaurants, and a 30-minute walk to places like Notre Dame, I'll Louis, the Louvre etc.

Yelp
Hotel Georgette is a lovely boutique hotel-restaurant walking distance to the Metro, market, restaurants and shops. Yes, the hotel room itself is small but the staff, cleanliness, safety and location more than make up for it. Do not be surprised if they request you leave your room key with the front desk when you leave for the day. If you lose your key, it has the hotel name and room number on it. We left ours with the hotel and it was a non-issue. There are reviews complaining about the noise. You are in Paris. In Le Marais. In a hotel that has a restaurant. Our room had two windows and we were on the 5th floor (hotel only goes up five floors). The buzz of energy from the city lulled us to sleep. You will love Hotel Georgette.

Yelp
We like to avoid the big chain hotels when we travel in Europe, preferring more intimate sized and styled unique establishments. Hotel Georgette fit the bill perfectly. The staff was consistently inconsistent vacillating between the stereotypical Parisian rude and wonderfully delightful and helpful. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. The location was metro close and within walking distance to a number of museums including the Pompidou. If you like big giant generic, characterless corporate hotels because you want to feel like you never left home, you won't like this place.

Yelp
This is an adorable boutique hotel that we were happy we found on hotels.com. Each room is unique, but they're all art focused, which I love. The lobby is small, but oh so cute. There's free wifi too. Upon check in, they just ask you how many devices you have and print out individual codes for each device. We were so delighted that when we arrived at 10:30 am after a long red eye flight that our room was ready and they let us check in! Hooray!! We fell fast asleep, so this was an amazing perk! Plus, we were offered a free glass of champagne which the hotelier said we could come back later in evening to enjoy. The room was small and cute, but functional. There's a giant graffiti mural on one wall which was cool. The bed was very comfortable, the flat screen tv was large, and the shower was big and modern with a rain shower head and small twinkle lights on the shower walls. The shower is very cool! I'd say the only minor gripe was that there really wasn't any place for our luggage. We each have a suitcase and a small carryon roller. There isn't much floor space and the tiny closet was very small with also no floor space inside (there's a stocked mini fridge and a safe taking up the space). If you are traveling light with one bag, you'd be fine; you can put in on top of the safe, but multiple travelers or multiple bags will be a squeeze. I am so impressed with the service of this hotel though, plus the rooms are so cute and it's very centrally located. I'd definitely stay here again!

Yelp
In a city with such expensive hotels, this was an excellent choice in a medium price range (about 150 Euro) and for an excellent location. As with many Parisian hotels, the rooms are tiny, so you need to know that going in. It's going to be 4 walls, a bed, and a tiny bathroom. So the question is what do you do with that small space to make people feel they aren't staying in a box. The answer is decor is everything. Each of the 19 rooms at the Hotel Georgette is uniquely designed with themes of pop and contemporary art. You can tell someone has really thought out how to best use the space, and designed it around their vision. We had 2 rooms right next to each other on the 5th floor. Each was laid out differently depending on the slightly different shape to the room. I'm guessing you won't find the same two things in any room. Chairs, wallpaper design, light fixtures, bed spreads, art on the wall; all completely different. Although both showers used the same neat pin hole back light behind the black tile (giving a starlight effect) the glass door design was completely different as well as the sink, tap fixtures, etc... You get the idea. It seems like each room had their own interior decorator from start to finish. The quality of the bed and linens were excellent and I absolutely loved the shower head hanging from the ceiling of the shower that was 1 foot squared. It was like showering in the rain. Both rooms did have this shower head, but I can't vouch for the 17 other rooms. The hotel staff was very friendly and spoke English well. They were happy to hold our bags on the day we checked in and the day we left. That way we could maximize our days out without worrying about luggage. We didn't partake in the morning breakfast, however it looked nicely presented with croissants and jams. They also have an interesting make it yourself cocktail bar set up. It's on the honesty system. You pour yourself a drink from their bar and just write down what you had on one of their notepad check off sheet. Hand it in at check out, and they add it to the bill. Free wi fi in the room was very helpful. The location of the Hotel Georgette is very good in the 3rd arrondisment. Only a 5 min walk to Notre Dame Cathedral. There is a metro station also on their block, from which you can get anywhere else in the city. Plenty of food options nearby as well. I was going to take my own photos, but everything looked exactly like the photos on their own website, so I'm just going to post a few of theirs.

Yelp
Great location, friendly English speaking staff, cozy rooms, comfy bed, clean, free champagne... Need I say more? This boutique hotel was exactly what my husband and I were looking for. We were on the 5th floor with a window overlooking the beautiful neighboring buildings and cobblestone streets. Each day we would walk to wherever we wanted to go and then bike taxi it back. The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful and it was a breath of fresh air to have someone speak English and help us learn some French. As it can get slightly noisy in the later morning with cars going by I do recommend a sound machine which we always travel with. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a friendly, modern, boutique feel in a great location!

Yelp
Very nice boutique hotel in Paris. Easy walking distance to Notre Dame, metro stations and lots of restaurants. The room we enjoyed was indeed smaller as most reviews state, but that's to be expected and it was very comfortable, quiet, and had the necessities. The shower was superb and the fiber optic lighting was cool. Having an elevator to use after walking so many flights of stairs was nice. We didn't make use of the breakfast as there are so many other places to eat & explore but all the staff members we spoke with were friendly & very helpful. High marks for having a front desk person there throughout the evening, since our flight arrived late but we were still able to check-in with no issues. Would stay again, no doubt.

Yelp
We loved our stay at Hotel Georgette! The hotel is very hip, modern and has the perfect location to enjoy the Marais district of Paris. It is also quite close to the main attractions like the Louvre (20 min walk) and Notre Dame (20 min walk). The hotel has very cold A/C in the off chance you are in Paris when it is extremely hot. The breakfast was delicious and was one of the best spreads we had the entire trip. The best part of the hotel for us was the wonderful staff like Marjorie and Francois. They were extremely helpful in picking out attractions and helping us figure out the Metro lines. They also spoke perfect English as our French isnt that great. Would definitely stay at again and recommend to others.

Yelp
Our first time in Paris and so happy we chose this location. Clean fun rooms, friendly staff. Ideal for walking to shops, museums, cafes, etc. Plenty of gay bars near by which was great for us. We'd would stay here again on our next stay.

Yelp
This place was going to be five stars until we checked out this morning and was told we got a whiskey...we did not...and got charged 30 euro extra than what was agreed upon. When talking to the front desk person about this he told me word for word - "there is rarely ever a mistake and I'm sure you were wrong." When I told him the customer is usually always right, he responded "the customer is never right!!!" When I asked to get me his manager or his name he told me that's not how things work and they will refund me if they made a mistake. Rooms were great and they were very accommodating to our changing plans. The location is superb. I really really loved this hotel but bad service can ruin an entire stay. That's what the front desk guy did this morning as we checked out around 7 am.

Yelp
Such a cute hotel in a great neighborhood! As I am exploring the city of Paris for my first time, I could not picture a hotel that I would rather be at. The room is small, however I believe that is normal. The people who work here could not be more kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and feels very safe.

Yelp
First time in Paris and this hotel was spectacular. Booked the day of when we flew in to CDG and we were able to easily find the place. The staff is amazing!!! Vincent and Audrey were so helpful in everything from transportation to food recommendations. Audrey even tracked down an item that we left behind and made sure it was returned. They were sure to help with everything and it was extremely appreciated. The room was very nice, we had Chambre 21 with an extremely comfortable bed. The bathroom is extremely large for Paris and has a nice tub and large shower(no door). The location is outstanding. Steps from the Pompidou, and metros to get you around easily. Nearby is the best Chinese/Sizchuan food at Trois Fois plus de piment. Try the potstickers! Overall, our Paris experience would not have been the same without booking the Hotel Georgette, and I am so glad we did! Cheers to the staff, we will be returning and recommending to anyone traveling to Paris!

Yelp
We went to Hotel Georgette in Paris as our first stop on our honeymoon. It was a very quaint modern boutique hotel. We had a beautiful room with a large king bed that was very comfortable, a soaking tub, and sky lights. The shower had LED lights that were positioned almost like stars, the wall near the desk had them too. Very cool. Room was spacious. They provided a bottle of champagne and a sweet note congratulating us on our honeymoon. The front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay at Hotel Georgette very much.

Yelp
I stayed here last year when traveling for work, and really loved this hotel! It's a European hotel, so the rooms are smaller than a Marriot off an interstate. I did not find them significantly smaller than hotels I've stayed at in large American cities, and the rooms were well-appointed and clean. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful in giving us directions and calling taxis. They indulged my friend-colleague and I in practicing French and were super friendly while we were having breakfast in the mornings. The breakfast spread was on the small side compared to other European hotels, but everything was delicious, and it wasn't very expensive. The location of this hotel is great- it is walkable to many different attractions and there's lots of nice restaurants/shops/patisseries in the 3rd Arrondissement. Not to mention the CAT CAFE just down the street! It is also easy walking distance to Chatelet les Halles, which offers connections to both the Metro and the RER trains. We stayed in a room on the top floor with a king sized bed and a pull-out couch. It was actually pretty large and there was room for three people (we were three people the first night, then our friend departed and we stayed three additional nights). The bathroom was not ideally placed- there was a separate room with a toilet but the bathtub was placed about 3 feet from the bed, and the shower had a glass door but was not separate from the sleeping area. This would be a better set up for a couple than for friends sharing a room, but it was not a problem and I would stay in the room again. One wall in the room was painted with artistic graffiti, and since we were on the top floor, we also had two skylights that were positioned directly on top of the bed. Don't be like us- close them before you go to sleep if you think it might rain, or you will wake up to little water droplets on your face. Wifi is free, but you need the front desk to print out a code for you. If you have a phone and a laptop, you'll need two separate codes. Don't be shy about asking, they were really nice when we asked for 4 codes for two people. (In our defense, this was a work trip!)

Yelp
I stayed here with my cousin a while ago. I didn't like the manger here who was rude and condescending. The hotel itself was ok and the location was not too far from the metro stops. Big points off though for the manger. If good customer service is at the top of your priorities list, I would consider elsewhere.
