Pretty decent hotel overall. Positives were it was clean, staff were helpful and the buffet food was good. There was variety and not too many queues. We had struggled to find somewhere with air con so this at least had it and it meant sleep was possible at night. Bathroom was great, room nice enough. We didn’t have a pool view, sadly. Location was great for Fenals and not bad for central Lloret. |Negatives were no tea or coffee in the room (they did have kettles to hire) and not enough sun loungers. People put their towels on them at 9am and just left them there all day. Also the pool area was quite tight so you were all on top of each other. Rather too many kids with inflatables jumping in for my liking. There was a covered pool which was quieter. Bar was okay, entertainment a bit flat and kid-centred. Our fault for not booking adults only like we usually do. The hotel had a lot of French and Spanish guests so it was nice not to have too many Brits. Not sure we would go again, not sure it’s 4 stars, but actually all the hotels in Lloret appear to be 4 stars.

We just came back from this amazing hotel. It was definitely value for money. We were full board, the food was excellent always a lot to choose from, you do get an hour slot when you check in and it is same for your stay. Entertainment was great day&evening too. Overall a quiet hotel but it is a walking distance to everyone really. Shops, restaurants and bars are literally on your doorstep. Beach is a 5 minutes walk, worth visiting and watching the sunrise. Hotel staff very friendly, rooms are comfortable and clean. There is a mini fridge and a safe but there isn’t a kettle so I took a travel kettle with me but you can rent one for €20. You can rest towels for €10 deposit which you get back. Drinks are not badly prices, a glass of wine is €3, coffee €2 so not expensive. Cocktails are €10. We have stayed with two children 8/14 and we all found something to do. Indoor spa is lovely too but adults only 18 plus and costs €10 per hour, worth a chill though. If you are using a transfer company be prepared they will drop you off round the corner and pick you up from there, only 3 minutes walk from the hotel, it isn’t a big issue. |Overall we had a lovely stay and I would definitely book again.

We really enjoyed out week at this hotel. The food was really good with something for everyone and even though you had to pay for drinks with the evening meal you could ask for free water and the drinks were not too expensive anyway. Some reviews had said they felt rushed at mealtimes but we didn't at all,yes they were very quick to take your plates but there is nothing stopping you going back for another one. The staff were friendly all week and when we did have an issue with a leaky shower it was dealt with quite quickly. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely return.

Very good hotel. Clean and nice place, the hotel staff is kind. Breakfast is very good, and there were at least two types of fish for dinner. First night we arrived very late (11pm) and we received a very nice cold supper, not just some sad sandwiches. Mostly older couples and families with kids, but I am sure during our visit the hotel was not full.|The hotel is located a bit far from the beach (5-10 minutes of walking), but closer to grocery stores and the apartments of the local residents. Nice and quiet area, we did not meet large groups of youngsters coming for the party. Not directly next to the highway, so relatively quiet. This part of Lloret is also quieter, no big discos in the proximity. But this hotel is a bit far from discos, so if you are looking for the nightlife, then this might not be the best choice for you.|Our room was standard size (enough for two), the bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, the cleaning ladies provided an extra towel when I asked for it. I especially loved the mini towel hanger on the balcony, ideal for the wet swimsuits. The mini bar was empty, but the mini fridge worked so we could keep our water bottles there.|Positive: I learned 'espresso with oat milk' in Spanish (maybe similar in Catalan), and the bar staff were really happy for it.|Negative: they should offer more soups/broths (only gaspacho and one cream soup per evening) for dinner, but otherwise our accommodation was all right.

Great experience, expectations met. A welcoming, clean hotel with friendly staff. The two pools, gym, and spa make the hotel experience even better. The entertainment staff also organize activities for children, and there's an evening show every day. The food is excellent and offers a wide variety of choices. There are, however, some things that could be improved: the cleanliness of the plates and glasses in the dining area, excessive air conditioning in the dining area with the risk of getting a cold, and the gym equipment, which is too old and often broken, in addition the smell of dampness and mold in the gym caused by the near spa area.

Just got back from a week here. Booked with TUI and transfer etc were fine. Arrived early and was able to store luggage.||The room itself was pretty good. Shower and bathroom facilities were great. TV with English channels. Was well cleaned during the week. Beds comfortable and enough space. There was no bin in the room though and no kettle- we had to rent one for €20 for the week. I thought the air con was a bit hot and miss. It was still quite warm even with the air con on full blast.||Food was very good. Great variety of selection at breakfast and main meals. We were lucky with the dinner slot 19.30-20.30, as we would not have wanted to have been any later. Staff in the dining room were polite. There wasn’t much of a system though and queues were all over the place.||The pool was very good- entertainment provided by staff. The indoor pool was a real hit with us. We did struggle to find space on a few occasions though with people putting their towels down very early and not using the beds for the day.||Pool bar was very good and at very good prices. We only used the bar once at night. Entertainment seemed non existent or catered for children.||Location is very good. 15 minute walk into the main center of Lloret and 10 minutes to the beach. There is enough cheap bars and restaurants next to the hotel. Although you do actually have to go into town if you want to soak up the atmosphere of Lloret.||Overall a good stay at the hotel and we had a fantastic holiday,

Staff lovely, friendly and helpful, pool is nice, close to lively town with plenty of restaurants and shops. Hotel itself is clean. Shampoo, shower gel, Hand and bath towels provide rooms are cleaned to high standard daily. Pool is cleaned each morning. ||No hot tub that can be used unless you go to the wellness spa and this is not available for under 18s. |Food is standard. Booked full board but ate out most the time. |Restaurants very very busy. Got pushed and shoved by other guests each time I used it. |Gym sign says no 0-16 but have to be 18 to enter part of building it’s in.|No kettle but there is a mini fridge. |In-door pool is more pool under canopy which has rusting frame work |Bar is very nice |Games room has 2 pool tables and air hockey. ||With the lack of coffee making facilities and hot tub I do question the star rating.

1st time in Fenals lloret 4 Adults 2 children 10/5 Hotel clean staff friendly food standard buffet but with plenty of choice, only thing can be quite busy .Iff you are all inclusive you can get tubs of ice cream at certain times does not include ice lolly .Cans of sprite/coke beers start.3.50/5 euros .Hotel needs to change queing system as you stand in a line where the deserts are so makes it a bit chaotic collecting plates and deserts.Late bfast does not start until 8 and they have no where for coffee before hand also no facilities in the room for it but you have a fridge which is helpful.Again late evening meal starts ,7.30 .not good iff little ones are used to normally being in bed at this time . Entertainment again does not start until 9 .. starts with children then adults not particularly good but acceptable.Nothing much going on round pool .odd aqua robics and walking the mat throwing ball into net .tiny little shuffle board ,but must say the lad who engages everyone was absolutely brilliant he did a quiz one night and was so funny ..The main life guard on the pool was excellent he never missed anything was so alert, watched him a few times jump up to help . Certainly did a better job than the parents .Other life guard lad on his phone all day ..Pool not crowded and no SUNBED wars ,always a bonus .Theres an indoor/ outdoor pool under cover but open so you can sit on deck chairs round it or put beds on the grass has also a little corner with Jacuzzi bit.We were all inclusive and was given 2 ,1 hour sessions in the indoor spa .very nice, heated pool ,steam room, hot beds ,water jets Jacuzzi gym .no children aloud . Walk to lloret de mar was about 15/20 mins ,walk to the beach about 10 .Life guard on beach tiny stone beach take your trainers . Sea had quite a pull behind it with the waves and you have to come up a little steep bit .which was hilarious getting out . little ones could only stand and watch as not flat to sit in .The sea ferry comes right in which we took to Tossa de mar again stone beach but highly recommend . lovely up the castle little restaurants lots of gift shops .Trip to Barcelona was fabulous we took the bus which you have to book on line or walk to bus station .All in all no complaints apart from the weather 😎 2/3 days of rain cloud thunderstorms ..
