An hour from Barcelona airport this hotel is fantastic!! A fifteen minute walk into town or you can walk around the coastal path. Shop owners were lovely & one lady spoke great English & couldn’t help enough!! ||Staff are wonderful & friendly, drinks at the bar are cheap & you can even get coffee. The hotel is absolutely spotless & cleaners are around for most of the day. Food is good & the choice is varied with something for everyone even for the pickiest eaters. We did bed & breakfast but had the option of purchasing a lunch or dinner - we had dinner one night & again, there was a very varied choice & the puddings were light & delicious. ||Poolside was lovely & the Spa consisted of a hot tub, steam room & showers. You can book things in advance like a massage but this is a paid extra. ||The only downside was that the mattresses are quite solid & after a week we were ready for our own beds. Cleaners start early in a morning & if you are out in a room opposite the cleaners storage room, then you will hear them banging the door shut which is actually quite annoying at 6am in a morning. These couple of issues however have not stopped us booking for next year!!||We had a great week at the hotel - thank you 😊 See you next year!!

We stayed at the Oasis Hotel in September 2025. On September 21st we experienced a very unpleasant situation. Our room, as well as the room next to ours, was robbed during dinner. The thiefs were entering through the door. We were “lucky” because although they stole three phones, a laptop, and money from us, we still fared better than the guests in the room next door whose suitcases were taken as well. It was as if someone had warned the thieves that we were coming back, so they ran away. That aside, we are aware that the hotel is not responsible for valuables left in the rooms, but their reaction was, to say the least, shocking. No one from the hotel reception came up to the room to check, to send housekeeping to help us with the room that had been turned upside down, no one made any effort to make things easier for us… they simply informed us that we had to go to the police ourselves to report the theft. Rock bottom. I am attaching a photo of the room, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Upon arrival, I noticed that the room floor was not carpeted and there were no slippers provided. We were told that the hotel has no rooms with double beds, so they gave us a room with three single beds and simply pushed two of them together, which did not feel comfortable at all. The mattress was very poor quality and completely worn out — it had a deep sag in the middle. As a result, I woke up with back pain for several nights and eventually had to put a blanket underneath me to fill the dip. The room ventilation was good, but the hotel’s internet was below average. The shower was terrible — the shower head was clogged with limescale, so the water flow was completely uneven and it was nearly impossible to take a proper shower. As for the restaurant, the quality of the food was excellent. However, because the hotel didn’t provide wristbands for categorizing guests, every meal required a 20-minute wait in line while the staff manually checked each guest’s service package. At first, I thought it was due to a lack of tables, but once inside, I saw many empty ones. The swimming pool was average — not really clean, but not extremely dirty either. Since there was only one staff member responsible for the pool, he was overwhelmed trying to watch the swimmers’ safety and maintain the pool water at the same time. The staff in all departments were very polite and respectful. However, when I asked the reception once about directions, ticket prices, and transportation options, they simply told me they didn’t know because they always travel with their personal car. In the end, I would say the hotel management was very poor, the pool was average, but the food quality and the staff’s attitude toward guests were excellent.

The hotel is nice, but unfortunately I have to give it only one star due to the level of service. A reported air conditioning malfunction was logged in the system only twice out of four times we reported it. Did anyone come to fix it? No. Were we offered another room? Also no. The hotel is completely overwhelmed by the number of guests – when more people arrived, there were shortages at meals, and the staff couldn’t keep up with frying eggs, making pancakes, etc. There were even queues to get into the restaurant, as I mentioned earlier. From their side, there is zero flexibility – it was not possible to check out an hour later due to full occupancy, and the receptionist didn’t even ask which room we were in to check if someone was coming in immediately after us.

(downsides at the bottom) Just got home from a great trip here. I was so worried about the bad reviews I was reading, but I definitely didn't need to be worried. The staff were so friendly and did a great job. Drinks at the all inclusive bar were fast and the snacks were great. The rooms were always clean and tidied every day. A tiny bit dated furniture, but that wasn't a problem. The pool was nice, plenty of sun throughout the day. Of course there was an issue with sunbeds sometimes, but this is the same for most hotels. Staff would take photos of sunbeds with towels to keep an eye on people hogging the sunbeds all day without being there. The buffet was great, the family were very happy. There was so much to choose from with every meal. Modern and clean dining area and well organised. Plates were quickly clearned. The lines were a little long, but it took no time to get to the front. The seafood paella was a particular favourite, even better than a near-by restaurant. There are many souvenir shops near by, and the beach is just a short walk away. The downsides... This one was actually a pretty big issue for my son. Some of the food items had nuts. He has a nut allergy and it wasn't always clear what had nuts. There would be moose pots with peanuts at the bottom, or cakes with crushed nuts. So beware if you have allergies. The beds were a bit on the hard side. I recommend using the stairs where possible, at busy times it can be difficult to get a lift. Apart from the nut issue, everything else was pretty mild. Overall we are very happy and glad we didn't change hotels.

I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). The plates definitely need to be cleaned better as on a daily basis I had to go through about 6 different plates before finding a clean one. Another thing is people leaving towels at 9am and disappearing for 2 hours...... Apart from that I would give it 6/10

Average hotel which was clean but with basic rooms. Outdated and needs modernising. Bed was very comfortable though. All inclusive drinks are local but not the best the drinks from the pool area are not very fizzy, water is usually warm or hot. But in the dining room upstairs fizzy pop is fizzy and cold. Food in the buffets is good but simple food after a few days all taste the same. Plain and boring. The entertainment is not the best but they do try. Overall a good experience staff were very friendly and good at their jobs.
