I must say the food surprised me with how nice it was however after a few days it does get a little bit repetitive if you're staying there for 7 days +. Rooms were always cleaned well. Things I would improve is leaving non slippery mats next to the pools as many kids slipped over and bumped the heads (even whilst walking so it wasn't the case of children running). The plates definitely need to be cleaned better as on a daily basis I had to go through about 6 different plates before finding a clean one. Another thing is people leaving towels at 9am and disappearing for 2 hours...... Apart from that I would give it 6/10

Avoid this hotel! |Absoute chaos. Had to set an alarm for 8.15am each morning to join a lengthy queue for a sunbed. Doors out the pool open at 9am and people were running and grabbing umbrellas etc. It was so stressful. Now....the hotel seem to pride themselves on the 'spa' facilities and one of these facilities is the luxurious sun loungers which cost between 30-80 euros a day. There are around 12 of them. If the hotel weren't so greedy, and remove half of them and invest in more ordinary sun loungers for paying customers. there would be enough space for everyone to have a sun lounger. A lot of people just sat on plastic seats. Not a nice way to spend the day in the sun. |I enjoyed the water zumba and pool activities, staff were good at this.|Restaurant. Staff were lovely but the management of this hotel need to wake up....not acceptable to have to queue around 40 minutes each evening to get into the restaurant. Dinner starts at 7.30pm and the queue is just like something I've never seen before. Unacceptable. Absoute choas inside at each meal. Food was good but the experience just spoiled it.|Rooms. A joke. Don't me wrong, cleaning staff, fab etc, and they are basic, that's not my complaint, but we booked for a family of 4 in one room.and an additional person I another. We got 2 rooms, each holding 3 per room. We had to.take turn about sleeping on a mattress on the floor. Staff just refused to help.|Reception staff. Nice but unhelpful. Asked them to book us a taxi. Took about an hour (not their fault) but reluctant to try and find out why or when a taxi would arrive. FYI...not a taxi about the town..you're better just walking.|Not a great holiday. When I go on holiday I don't want stress or have to set an alarm, I want the pace to be slower. You just don't get it at this hotel. Avoid and go to Ibiza.....far better!! I 100% won't be back.

We started our family holiday of 6 with no issues getting here, until we reach the hotel, we arrived about 1.30 checking in was delayed till 3pm and then began a 2 hour consultation with reception and travel agent as to why we couldn’t have the interconnecting rooms we booked and asked for! All reception staff are rude and unhelpful it’s a case of take your room and fend for the week, After about 2 hours we had to give up as the reception staff member I dealt with was completely not interested that we had small kids oldest 10 and youngest was 1 and we had planed kids in one room and mom and dad have the other but now we are going to end up all in one room! Which he told me wasn’t allowed as max 4 per room! We ignored him and spent the week in one room! Unfortunately the week was spent in a room with very poor aircon! Cleaning of the rooms very poor if an item was left on a bed it wouldn’t be made up I did try each day to see if my theory was right! We had breakfast included and was told our slot was 8-8:45 so was everyone else in the hotel! An absolute disaster only thing kids had for the week was chocolate pancakes which the was a case only the strongest survived the queue system I witnessed on serval occasions adults jumping in front of kids very hard to watch small kids wait in line and then see an adult jump in front and staff say nothing, breakfast finishes dead on 10 they turn off all machines so don’t be fooled thinking you’ll leave it till last minute you’ll get nothing! ||Now for entertainment the first night was great we a magician and I think one other night we had wheels of fortune little circus act the rest of week was rubbish and it showed no crowd turned up to listen to what was on. ||One reason we booked here was it had a kids club if you can call it a kids club ok for older kids that like ping pong and football smaller kids only got to color pictures,, our done 2 mornings they rather been in the pool which was a better idea as they had more fun! ||All balcony lights out at just before 12 I guess they expect you to go to bed. ||We did however meet some friendly 3 in particular behind the bar.||In our opinion the only saving grace on this hotel is the heated pool. But if you’re looking for the best experience I’d go somewhere else!

We recently stayed at GHT Oasis Park and overall had a pleasant experience. The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with a good level of care taken to ensure that common areas and rooms are kept tidy and orderly. While the rooms themselves are not newly renovated, they were comfortable and functional. The hotel was quite full during our stay, creating a lively and energetic atmosphere. The food was tasty and satisfying, though more on the simple side — not particularly gourmet, but definitely enjoyable with a good variety to choose from. There was some animation and entertainment provided, which is a nice touch, but we found it rather average and not especially engaging. All in all, GHT Oasis Park offers good value for a relaxed stay, especially if you're looking for cleanliness, decent food, and a vibrant environment.

Our stay in may 25 was simply amazing. Check in was lovely the front desk staff were very kind to me. The rooms were a bit basic but they were clean and room service was lovely. Bring your own travel kettle as there is no tea/coffee in the room. The pools were a bit nippy but the indoor one was heated. It was so hot we preferred the outdoor pools anyway. Plenty of loungers as well so that's great. The spa was brilliant special thanks to Gloria for my massage totally relaxed me. The food was brilliant wide selection at each meal time. We left significantly heavier than we arrived. The staff in the restaurant were incredible and very polite with my family. My son very much enjoyed his friends at dinner"

(downsides at the bottom) Just got home from a great trip here. I was so worried about the bad reviews I was reading, but I definitely didn't need to be worried. The staff were so friendly and did a great job. Drinks at the all inclusive bar were fast and the snacks were great. The rooms were always clean and tidied every day. A tiny bit dated furniture, but that wasn't a problem. The pool was nice, plenty of sun throughout the day. Of course there was an issue with sunbeds sometimes, but this is the same for most hotels. Staff would take photos of sunbeds with towels to keep an eye on people hogging the sunbeds all day without being there. The buffet was great, the family were very happy. There was so much to choose from with every meal. Modern and clean dining area and well organised. Plates were quickly clearned. The lines were a little long, but it took no time to get to the front. The seafood paella was a particular favourite, even better than a near-by restaurant. There are many souvenir shops near by, and the beach is just a short walk away. The downsides... This one was actually a pretty big issue for my son. Some of the food items had nuts. He has a nut allergy and it wasn't always clear what had nuts. There would be moose pots with peanuts at the bottom, or cakes with crushed nuts. So beware if you have allergies. The beds were a bit on the hard side. I recommend using the stairs where possible, at busy times it can be difficult to get a lift. Apart from the nut issue, everything else was pretty mild. Overall we are very happy and glad we didn't change hotels.

Nice pool area, most guest reserve chair in thé morning with towel, so almost never free chair... Nice and clean restaurant, only it has not enough capacity for all thé guests so in thé evening there is a long line waiting... Rooms are ok but they need modernisation. Other guests are very noisy and don't care about other People( noisy rus.) even in thé night.|Staff is friendly and helpfull.|Food is ok and fresh.

Average hotel which was clean but with basic rooms. Outdated and needs modernising. Bed was very comfortable though. All inclusive drinks are local but not the best the drinks from the pool area are not very fizzy, water is usually warm or hot. But in the dining room upstairs fizzy pop is fizzy and cold. Food in the buffets is good but simple food after a few days all taste the same. Plain and boring. The entertainment is not the best but they do try. Overall a good experience staff were very friendly and good at their jobs.
