Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume

The hotel is very well located and the breakfast was lovely. I had some great massages and would spend some time on the roof by the pool which always had lots of space despite it being small. What really made it different however was the staff who made it such a lovely experience. I will definitely return.

An outstanding hotel with exceptional staff. So much so that I have booked again to return with my husband in September. Daniel and his team went above and beyond. 5 stars simply don’t do justice to the incredible experience we had at this hotel. This hotel redefines hospitality with its incredibly thoughtful and attentive staff. Their attention to detail was nothing short of extraordinary — it’s truly their superpower. They took care of every simple thing with great attention, like every morning and evening, our favorite tea would arrive within minutes of calling, without us having to repeat our preferences even once. They even remembered the cereal my son preferred and made sure it was always sent to our room. These may seem like small things, but they made a huge difference and showed how much they truly care. The team was incredibly helpful with the valet parking and went out of their way to help us plan our stay at Mallorca. Every interaction was warm, sincere, and left us feeling incredibly well cared for. We’ve stayed at many places, but this was by far the best. It wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience we’ll always remember. If you’re thinking about booking here, don’t hesitate. You’ll be in the best hands.

A beautiful place to stay in the heart of of Palma. Incredible amenities, and very calm, cool (AC was merciful in the middle of summer) atmosphere. Service was exceptional from the minute we stepped into the place to the minute we left. Nuria especially was an amazing host and looked after us both inside the hotel and helping to organise things to do in the city. Will definitely be staying again.

Exceptional Service – Beyond Expectations! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We experienced the best service we’ve ever had, especially during a medical emergency. Every single staff member knew us by name and went above and beyond to help us, booking doctors and even offering to go to pharmacies on our behalf. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. Beyond the outstanding service, the hotel itself is idyllic. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the breakfast is truly second to none. We cannot wait to return and would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay!!

Great location in the heart of the old town. The hotel itself is beautiful, in a large spacious old building, yet with only a small number of rooms so you feel the personal touch. The facilities are all excellent - rooftop pool, underground spa, bar and restaurant. The staff are what made our stay truly wonderful though - frequently going above and beyond whether it be unloading the car of all our stuff; the free welcome cocktail at the bar; helping us book restaurant recommendations and calling the restaurant to explain when we were late; booking taxis; sorting out the wifi connection so we could connect our baby monitor; the little teddy bear gift for our son; and just generally being so friendly and super attentive the whole time.

My recent stay at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is located on quiet street in the centre of old town - it's spotless, with a lovely breakfast each morning, a stunning spa/pool area, and beautiful features like mosaic floors and high, wood-beamed ceilings. The bar and restaurant are super. However, it's the staff who made this one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. They can't do enough to help you - from the introductory tour, the daily recommendations on places to visit and eat, the little biscuirs left in the room each evening. They go out of their way to give each guest their undivided attention. You won't regret staying here, five star luxury.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in around the world. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble for the staff. We were offered welcome drinks as the reception manager arranged table bookings for us in the hotel restaurant, in Palma, and in Port de Soller. The dinner, breakfasts, and snacks were delicious and freshly prepared. The food was a high standard. The room was immaculately clean, the bed was extremely comfortable, we were given tea, and there was a lovely Nespresso coffee machine. On our second day, we came back to the room to find a complementary bottle of wine on ice waiting. All of the staff, from the cleaners, the bar , restaurant, and front desk staff were exceptional.
