Hotel Gloriana and Spa

I love the old school feel of the place,food is cooked to order and seasoned very well. Not salty at all. The staff were very nice and I had a very good 2 day stay here. Planning another trip back in 2 months. The pool was a blessing.

The room was beautiful will stay there again. The food from the restaurant was awesome. The staff was very accommodating and made the stay pleasant.

Very good service. Very polite staff, excellent cleaning service, fully stocked pool with a super bar.

If you are black, DON'T STAY HERE. When you leave to go do something and come back to the hotel, they WON'T let you back into this place you paid to stay at! You'll be stopped at the gate and questioned by security, and will watch the white people people be able to walk back in without issue or questions. This is behaviour they've been doing FOR YEARS. This first happened to me in 2014, and I never went back. I heard from someone else THAT THEY ARE STILL DOING THIS. HORRIBLE HOTEL, THEY DON'T DESERVE ANYONE'S MONEY.

Hotel is very good for your money ,the rooms are spacious,the food is very good ,only waiting time is too long.staff are very friendly,the owner is very hospitable,she goes above and beyond for her customers,which i will applaud her.kids friendly.

Was not a bad experience. People were down-to-earth. The securities were helpful and staffs were great. The Owner needs to approachable though.

THE WORST!!!! The owner is soooo RUDE and unreasonable! The FF&E is outdated. I stayed for one day and I had issues with my room. I was told to leave the property once I expressed I was dissatisfied with the hotel equipment in the room they assigned! It’s convenient, but the service isn’t worth the stay!

Thus hotel gloriana is very outrageous and everything looks cheap the kitchen lady offered us food but we said no and the owner seem like he had an attitude because our flight wasn't until Monday evening so we had this hotel or the Toby's hotel to stay at I will never stay at hotel gloriana ever never again there's also not a proper shower head the window next to the door doesn't open the balcony door doesn't lock this is a cheap hotel for poor people
