Hotel Gloriana and Spa

the bed was horrible it was all but spring , my neck felt as if it was sprained when I got up in the morning,I say or lay in the bed an ended up in a huge hole . the bed made this horrible noise . The bathroom door cannot closed an the toilet doesnt flush an there was no splunger in there. The ac apparently want to clean as there were things coming from it that was itching me. the lady at the front desk left early so we had no one to complain to so we were stuck with the spingy sinking hole bed . U have video but apparently it does not allow to upload videos

The cleaning folks are out to lunch and forget everything like towels and tips and mopping This hotel is disgusting in every aspect physically and mentally. Grow up. Mop the floors wash the sheets put chemicals in the pool Vent the indoor areas properly so you don’t cause carbon dioxide poisoning which caused my panic attack first ever. Good luck morons. Law suits pending…

“I stayed for just one night and half a day, and the experience was beyond disappointing. When we arrived, the room we were given had an old, noisy mattress. We asked to switch rooms, and they accommodated us, but the new room wasn’t much better— the TV only had one channel. That wasn’t even the worst part. I had some liquor and reached for one of their cups, only to find it stained and dirty, like it hadn’t been washed after someone else used it. When I finally decided to take a nap, I grabbed a pillow and was horrified to see huge dirt marks on it 🤮. I immediately went to the front desk to report it. The security guard working there responded with, ‘This isn’t a 5-star hotel.’ 😬 I gave him a quick lesson on customer service and requested a clean sheet set and pillowcase. He handed me one pillowcase and one sheet. I then had to track down another security guard to get an additional sheet to cover with. I barely slept. I kept waking up throughout the night, which is unusual for me. Interestingly, I overheard someone else at breakfast saying they had the same issue. Speaking of breakfast, I ordered ackee and saltfish, but before I even finished five spoonfuls, my stomach started hurting 🤦🏽‍♀️. I’ll include a picture of the plate because I’m beyond frustrated. To make it worse, the orange juice tasted like dishwashing liquid. So, I essentially spent $1,800 on food I had to throw away. I’m so pissed right now.

My best friend, who ℹ referred there, not knowing about them, was very dissatisfied,no hot water, rooms were dirty, they never clean the rooms the days that she and her husband, plus her father and wife was there, their excuses were they didn’t have a extra key,they did leave the keys, they still didn’t clean it,, they have to go buy towels in order to have clean ones,the only thing the bed was comfortable,,, very disappointed in her stay, this place deserves no star,

I would never recommend this establishment to anyone, it maybe the cheatest place to stay when you miss your flight and just want a one night stay but I would tell you to make your bed on airport floor. It may not be comfortable but atleast you won't get a poor customer service. The customer service is very poor and the management is even worst. For a hotel establishment they are dishonest and thief. I hope that no one will never have to ever stay at this establishment.

Staff was great at the bar, receptionist area, my dad and daughter love there very much see me and family soon.

I love this place. Food is great. Staff is great! Miss Gloriana is an incredible host. Great place to hide.

Gloriana hotel is one for the worse hotel in montego bay. The room duties on the bathroom. I will not recommend nobody to go there
