HOTEL GODWIN 3 STAR HOTEL

The staff was very attentive. Everything I asked for was handled quickly and with genuine care. The place is clean and well maintained. They have a high level of service awareness. It’s located close to everything, within walking distance. I truly enjoyed my time there.

The room photos are visually enhanced. Rooms are okay and vintage. The hotel has very old construction and not properly maintained/upgraded with time. This might be a luxury hotel in the 90s or 00s but now its an average hotel with above average fare. This hotel still has that sliding windows which are broken. So you can't lock them and air from outside keeps coming in even when they are closed. Also there are rooms in hotel which are very very old, congested and dusty. It gives a straight 80s feel but feels like hell hole instead of vintage. I had got this room and asked to change. The staff is polite and good who obliged with my request and gave better room but I'm still traumatized with the first room that they gave me. Posting pictures of this room.

The place is found in a really nice location of Mumbai and also the best service....... totally worth it for ........ Very chill and quite a nice standard. It comes with very good hospitality and tolerance........and nice terrace view. I enjoyed my stay honestly...... thanks

Very good location, just off Colaba Causeway. Exit the peace and quiet of the lane and you're in the hustle and bustle immediately.

Overpriced hotel, Room size was tooooo small for a family of 3 people, it was not cleaned properly. Continuously stinking badly when we entered into the room. Weird thing was, when We asked to refill the shampoo, the attendant literally came with a bislery water bottle having shampoo in it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Shampoo Containers were also rusted. Breakfast menu and taste was really very bad, useless. Breakfast time was 8 to10:30 am by the time went everything was finished (we went around 8:45 am). It took too long to refill the food items. Overall bad experience. But the LOCATION is AWESOME, COLABA CAUSEWAY, GATE WAY OF INDIA is just few steps away from the Hotel. HOTEL SERIOUSLY NEED TO UPGRADE EVERYTHING.

I stayed at this hotel last night and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spotlessly clean, which made a great first impression. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. However, the food was a bit of a letdown. While the service was excellent, the quality and taste of the meals didn’t quite meet expectations. Despite this, the overall experience was still positive, and I would consider staying here again, hoping for an improvement in the dining options.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The food was excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were fully prepared and had everything set up perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at home. It was an awesome experience, and I look forward to coming back with my family. Also, Mr. Singh at the reception was fantastic—his hospitality was top-notch! 😎
