Hotel Golden Tower

I recently visited a hotel with my family. Upon check-in at 9 pm, I was quoted ₹3200 per room after a discount. However, when we checked out the next morning, I was informed that another room was actually ₹4200. The reception didn't disclose this price difference earlier, and I'm unhappy with the lack of transparency."

1) WiFi Is not working 2) Socket is not good 3) Little bit overpriced Location : Top class Nearby golden temple 2-3 min walk McDonald 1min walk Subway 1min walk If you don’t need wifi then you can book this hotel I booked this in 3000 rupees offline in a weekdays time I guess the fair value is 2k-2.5k

This is my 3rd stay in this very hotel...i love the ambience....i would like to stay here whenever i will visit to amritsar...

I had a family stay for 3 nights at this hotel, although the location was perfect as selected but the room being a super deluxe was actually not worth as paid. The room has seapage on walls and smelly when you enter the room from outside (few room inside pictures uploaded below). The room was not changed even on request on the day of check -in. It was literally a very bad experience of this hotel. The reception person even misbehaved on the day of check out as well.

Despite of prior booking, Receptionist harassing about number of people not mentioning and settlement was done by pay extra more money. Unnecessary harrsment while reaching this place. No tea/breakfast available till 9am as their chef not available early morning. Worst place ever to visit this hotel in Amritsar near golden temple.

Our stay at hotel Golden tower was awesome,superb.We really enjoyed our stay. Room were superb ,spacious and all other facilities like wifi ,tv, hot water were excellent. It is near to Golden temple which is unique point and is near by market areas. This hotel has exceeded our expectations and we really had an awesome stay experience. The managers, front desk managers,staffs all are very polite and decent in their behaviour, it feels like they believe on principle Atithi devo bhav. They always carry a pleasant smile on their face making the environment more positive.I have never seen in any hotel managers leaving their chair and standing up in front of their guests which they do.highly appreciate it.May you keep doing and maintaining this service.May you keep growing as well. Food were also superb and the hotel is very clean.2 days stay in this hotel had made our stay and vacation more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and would like to stay in this hotel only during our next visit to Amritsar.

Worst staff of the hotel. Manager is very disrespectful. Promissed me to give premium room and when i paid for the room, he told me that i was talking about the deluxe room. Broken dustbins untidy room. Rotten smell in the rooms. Water bottle was already opened and toilet was untidy and smelly. Overall worst stay this time at amritsar
