Best rooftop.... I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions with group of 5 families, and the overall experience was inconsistent. During our first visit, the service quality and staff behaviour were satisfactory. However, during second stay, the staff’s behaviour was noticeably poor, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the rooms and attached toilets lack proper ventilation, as there is no exhaust system installed. This results in discomfort and an unpleasant atmosphere inside the room. The hotel should focus on maintaining consistent service standards and improving basic facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for guests. However the location of the hotel is so good that it makes me to give 4 star..

Actual rooms are different than showed in the google. Rooms are too simple, but in images it is something like Royal but it was too simple. Even rooms were not clean. Food was worst. Service was also not good. Staff are so rude & even not in mood of talk. It’s fake 3 star hotel. Totally not recommend for family stay.

The Room was very dusty and there was no ac remote and there was no jet in washroom and the light switch was outside the room.and the food was ok ok and the rooftop view was good and on the side of hotel there was jaisalmer photo.

Clean sheets, quiet fan and a good view of the fort. not much else to recommend...

Rooms are clean and the service are also good and food is delicious. Must visit...

Wish there was an option for zero stars, we went through a group tour, but the hotel was one of the worst from all the other rooms we stayed in the entire tour. The rooms were not at all clean. None of the rooms given to the entire group was clean. Bed sheets or pillowcases were not changed. Toilet was very very dirty. No jet spray in toilet still in old fashioned style only one bucket and mug for both bath and toilet. Entire building stinking like toilet. Very dusty in every possible corner. Any healthy person will fall sick if they stay here for even few hours. When told the hotel manager that the rooms were dirty he kept arguing that the rooms very clean. But I am sure rooms were not cleaned for ages. Overall worst experience.

Ganpat Singh is a wonderful administrator of this hotel who is extremely careful to the customers. The price of the rooms is considerable. Very clean, soft bed. Amazing designer wall, lift facility, water supply, AC and non AC available. The manager is helping customers to visit Sam sand dunes, Kuldhara escape village at a very reasonable price. This hotel has standard car parking space for their guest's car or bus. Water quality is very nice and they have rooftop restaurant which is fast and tasty food server. We were very satisfied with this hotel. We strongly recommend this hotel for family and single tourist too.
