The highlight of this hotel is the staff. Always friendly, helpful and effective. ||We had booked two rooms in the Theodel building. One was refurbished (superior Garden Room), one was not (superior Double Room). Both were clean and comfortable, but the older style one was less practical. Housekeeping was good.||Breakfast and evening salad bar were excellent, but the half board evening meals were a bit disappointing. Choice limited and quality mediocre. That said, when we mentioned this they asked what we would like, and made this for us. Much appreciated.||Spa and pools lovely.||The only negative, was the layout across the three buildings, which is a bit confusing. For us, staying in the furthest building, it was lots of steps, corridors and (initially) getting lost when trying to find the restaurants, venues we needed to get to.||To summarise, this hotel is hard to fault, we enjoyed our stay, and would be pleased to stay there again.

I stayed at the Gotthard Hotel during my last ski vacation and had the most amazing time. We were truly spoiled by the incredibly kind staff and the fantastic facilities. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Team Gotthard! Best wishes Quinty Mirjam

We had a very nice stay at the Hotel Gotthard in Lech and would go back again. Pros - very friendly staff, especially the breakfast staff. Nice to have a good German/Austria restaurant in the hotel and a bakery too. Clean and large rooms (we had a double with a separate seating area). Convenient location for walking to the ski lifts and to other restaurants and shops in town. Cons - depending on where you are in the buildings, you may not have good WiFi. We didn't have great (sometimes any) WiFi in our room. Parking is off premises, which is ok if you're not using your car for anything.

Dreamy is how I would describe my experience. All the different activities that are offered, the nice and welcoming atmosphere of the hotel and the staff, to the dining options in the hotel all come together to create a fantastic time for you and your loved ones.

What a lovely stay we had at the Hotel Gotthard! It's a really charming family hotel, well run and with excellent amenities and lovely owners. We have two teenage sons, and every day after skiing, we enjoyed use of their two swimming pools, the sauna, snooker and darts room and ping pong room. Also the food was delicious - fresh breads from their onsite bakery, 5 course meals in the restaurant in the evenings as we were Half Board guests. Highly recommended.

As I say goodbye to this splendid hotel after 13 delightful days, I can't help but reflect on the exceptional experience it has provided me. This family hotel ranks among the finest accommodations I've encountered in Lech. The warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly Gorana, who greeted us each morning with smile, elevated our breakfasts to moments of pure enjoyment through her attentive service and genuine care.||The hotel provides a lot of great amenities for both adults and children. From ping pong and billiards to a spacious TV room and dartboard, there's no shortage of entertainment options. The dedicated kids' playroom, coupled with two impeccably maintained spas and a charming swimming pool, ensure that every member of the family is catered to.||Throughout the premises, one can find cozy corners to read or simply just relax. The diverse dining options, complemented by live music performances once a week, add to the hotel's vibrant ambiance. While the staff excels in attending to every imaginable need, I believe there is room for improvement in the selection and quality of main dishes offered during dinner.||Nevertheless, the hotel's cleanliness, grandeur, and tasteful decor leave an indelible impression. Without hesitation, I recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking an unforgettable stay in Lech.

We stayed in the Hotel Gotthard at the end of January 2024 and had a wonderful time. On our way out, our flight from Edinburgh to Innsbruck was delayed by 3 hours and we were very late for our evening meal, however, on arrival at the hotel, we were met and shown straight into the restaurant and managed to get a lovely dinner even although the kitchen was closing. While we were eating, our bags were also taken straight up to our room and our skies to the boot room. The Hotel held an inaugural ‘Burns Night’ while we were there and even though we were not part of the event, and had booked to eat elsewhere that evening, being Scottish guests staying in the hotel, we were invited along for drinks and made to feel very welcome. Our bedroom was extremely comfortable and the breakfast, bar, patisserie and leisure facilities were all top notch. Another fantastic stay! Thank you Nicole - we will be back! Highly recommended.
