Hotel Graçanica

Cozy little boutique hotel at the gates of Prishtina. The architecture of the building is beautiful. My room was spacious and aesthetically furnished. The furnishings could be modernized on occasion. The TV was very small and not a smart TV. The internet was quite slow. The outdoor pool is not heated. Therefore, it cannot be used in winter. The dinner was delicious. The breakfast buffet was not large, but completely sufficient. The price level was fair. I would particularly like to emphasize the friendly and professional team.

Amazing friendly staff! Stayed on one of the motorhome pitches but we actually showed up with a punctured tyre, the staff were so helpful and got someone to come out and change the tyre for us as well as being super hospitable bringing us coffee and biscuits. Exceptional service, definitely recommend!! Very dog friendly too.

Incredible staff, so welcoming and friendly. Wonderful food, every meal was delicious and they cater brilliantly for vegetarians and vegans. Rooms are spacious and spotless, very comfortable. Lovely hotel with 3 very friendly dogs that will happily greet you. The staff even cobbled together 5 double rooms for our large group at the last minute when our flight was cancelled!! I could not fault the place it has been the most fabulous stay and we will definitely be returning in the near future 😊

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with my daughter as part of a volunteering trip from the UK to a local dog shelter. Close to the airport, check in really easy even after midnight. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic, the flavours were so good! Pool was lovely and the rooms were clean and had everything you needed. Loved the decor and ambiance of the hotel. What makes the hotel is the staff though, they were brilliant with my daughter and nothing is too much trouble, so friendly and just fantastic customer service no matter which staff member you spoke too. I’ll certainly be back soon. Thank you for the fantastic stay!

I came to Kosovo for a volunteer trip to help Pristina dog shelter through the charity “underdog international” |All I can say is “amazing!!!” The rooms were clean, the bed so comfortable, the food was home cooked and so delicious and the staff were the most welcoming, helpful and polite people I’ve come across. It was such an amazing stay that I’m already looking for dates to come back! 10000% recommend this hotel.

What a beautiful find! This hotel is like the perfect oasis in Prishtina. The staff are amazing, they really made our stay. Truly welcoming. The rooms are all cosy, simple yet still beautifully laid out. The pool is also a highlight, with a gorgeous view over fields of sunflowers and a large field with lots of spots to lounge and read your books. They are dog friendly and they have two wonderful ‘street dogs’ who are often spotted hanging by the pool. Highly recommend.

Incredibly perfect place to stay! Wonderful friendly and supportive staff, beatifically cooked homemade food, lovely environment to relax, stylish clean rooms, and a couple of adorable street dogs which are carted food by the hotel. All round 10/10 experience. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Fantastic stay! Hotel is clean and has everything you need. We stayed half board and the food was fantastic! Particularly the vegetarian options. Overall a great stay with lovely friendly staff. Highly recommend, will be returning soon.
