Hotel Grace

Our stay at Grace was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of major attractions and very near to the Railway Station. Overall, a wonderful experience and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gwalior.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and exceptional hospitality. The location is ideal, close to major attractions like the Gwalior Fort and railway station, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful environment. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all modern amenities. The attention to detail in the room's design and comfort was impressive, making it feel like a home away from home. The dining experience was equally delightful. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, each prepared with fresh ingredients. One thing that stood out was the staff's readiness to go above and beyond. They were always available to assist with any requests and even offered excellent tips on local sightseeing. I also appreciated the hotel's cleanliness and safety measures, which made the stay even more reassuring. Th front desk staff are miserable and do little to make you feel welcome, as if checking in guests is a burden. Surely one of the three receptionists in this quiet hotel lobby could have shared a smile? Having said that the room was nice and the service staff were always courteous and pleasant. The location was suspect and be careful with the tuk tuk drivers as they rarely know the address of hotel grace and will try to extort money from you during the confusion, while some are actually driving drunk.

The rooms were decent but could use some updates. Service was excellent, with staff being attentive and polite. The location is highly convenient. Walking distance from railway station. Overall, a solid stay but improvements in room quality would make it better. I was shifted to a good room after complaint. Overall pleasant Stay

Location is near to station, they gives complementary pick up facility from Gwalior railway station. Rooms need maintenance, washrooms not upto the mark, deficiency of light in room. Best thing of this hotel is it's food, awesome food quality and staffs are very polite.

Good service, good food but there were a few cockroaches in the room. No ventilation in bathroom.

The rooms were not clean and shabby. The bathroom was not having proper water supply on the jet spray. The food we ordered was pathetic. We ordered Chicken Biryani, it was smelling of raw spices and spicy like hell even though we asked not to make it spicy. They charged full amount for it though we were not able to eat half of it. Overall the stay was not a nice one. They charged us 2000 for the shabby room infront of the kitchen. Not worth it. Not recommended.
