Everything about this hotel was comfortable and carefully considered. |Close to station that was on the direct line from Haneda airport. Easy and quick check in. Stayed in a corner room and it had a comfortable seating area, giant bed and everything we needed for six nights. Room was cleaned and refreshed every day. Comfortable slippers, pjs and gowns provided. Also hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothbrush, razor, facial care products, earbuds, razor etc. Bed was perfect. Shower was amazing. Service was great. Room had good soundproofing. |Only thing we didn’t like was the breakfast buffet in the downstairs restaurant- overpriced, tiny quantities on display in tiny serving sizes and not much range. |Easy walk to many restaurants, and shops. Easy to get a cab. Easy to travel by train/subway.|Temperature in late August was unbearable… but room air conditioning was quiet and fully adjustable and comfortable.

Great hotel! Super comfortable. Very clean. Shower and bath are awesome. Has a bidet and nice toilet, separate from shower and bath. Two sinks. Nice beds, slightly smaller than American ones, but comfortable. Staff is wonderful, polite, accommodating, and speak English. There is a concierge who can help as well. Breakfast is really cute, like a mini buffet, in the sense that there is a good deal of variety, but also the portions are small, but keep you from overindulging. You can still take as much as you want. They have the little drinks and small bites and even a tea time, along with a regular service restaurant and a bar that also serves some food. Classical music plays in the lobby and elevator, which is soothing, and creates a nice ambiance. The prices are reasonable for Tokyo and Ginza is very centrally located. Booking this was a clear win. We got lucky.

First time visiting Tokyo and stayed here for a few nights. The location is very convenient, only a few minutes of walking distance from the Ginza main street. We arrived a little early so paid a bit of extra for early check in, the hotel did tell us prior to our arrival so we had no issue with that. The service was good, reception speaks good English. Room was nice and tidy. Breakfast portion is a bit small, none of us was full but I think this is just pretty standard for Japan. And finally I have to say the quilt they use is super conformable, I had really good sleep with that quilt.

I am a frequent visitor to Tokyo and it was the first time I stayed in GrandBach. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The hotel lobby and guest room are nicely decorated. Bach’s music was playing when you unlocked the door to the room, which is spacious ( and comfortable) by Tokyo’s standard. The front desk staff were very helpful. In particular, I wish to thank Ms. Ohashi for making good efforts and made several phone calls to the post office on the day of my checking out to track my parcel which was stopped from delivery to HK. Without her great help, I would not have managed to retrieve the parcel from the post office and took it home with me before I headed to the airport! I will definitely stay in GrandBach again on my future trips to Tokyo!

Staff should be more welcoming. They were not flexible to let us check in 1h earlier even though we had a long flight back from home. Rooms are good and well maintained, but small. Breakfast should have much more options for this price. They have only 3 meals, no fresh orange juice. Location was great and that area is full of fancy shops and restaurants.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The room was laid out efficiently to maximise use of the space. The view overlooking a main Street in Ginza was actually enjoyable. Staff were exceptionally friendly, we felt very welcomed. The location was amazing, it's a 5 min walk to the closest subway station and about a 5 min walk to Ginza 6.

This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Conveniently located steps from subway stops and tons of shopping and dining. The rooms are very nice and well appointed with great black out window covers. The staff were very polite and professional and housekeeping did an excellent job every day. The only down side was the breakfast. Not up to standards for a hotel this nice. Nothing you wouldn't get at a lower level hotels continental breakfast.

We stayed in a corner suite and really appreciated the large windows that wrap around the room, giving it a bright and open feel. The space is generous by Tokyo standards, with a comfortable couch and a large bed—though I did find the mattress a bit too soft for longer stays, which can be tough on the back. This was my second stay at the hotel, and I continue to love the location. It’s incredibly convenient, with three metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city. Plus, it’s perfectly situated for breakfast at Tsukiji and dinner in Ginza.
