Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza

We just checked out now after staying for 4 nights in this hotel. I cannot recommend it enough! It’s so clean, new, has everything you could ever need. The rooms are a bit small but I think that’s normal for hotels in the center of Tokyo. The location is just perfection, close to everything in Ginza. I would like to take a moment to talk about the staff! They are so kind, so polite, so helpful, so lovely and always greeting us with a smile, we really felt welcomed here. We would definitely be coming back to this hotel in the near future.

A well-appointed and well-run boutique hotel perfectly situated in the center of Ginza. The location couldn't be beat: near major subway stops, Tsujiki fish market, and all the shops of Ginza. It was super easy to get around: no problem catching the subway to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and other areas, but could come back to quieter, more relaxed neighborhood. Was worried that the room would be too small, since the larger rooms wee not available when I booked. However, the room was generously sized and even included a small sofa. Service was very good and attentive. The concierge was extremely helpful in making dinner reservations for a large group. ||||Don't quite get the overall Bach theme or the wellness theme in the restaurant, wasn't consistently executed. However, the food was good and we had a great stay.

We recently stayed at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza and we wanted to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed.The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the quality of the bedding. The breakfast was good. There was a wide variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, and everything was delicious. The location of the hotel was also perfect . Overall, We had a fantastic experience at Hotel Grand Bach Tokyo Ginza and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. We will definitely return in the future!

Conveniently located, with nearby access to Higashi-Ginza subway station and limousine bus drop off available nearby from/to Narita airport. Service was very warm, friendly, and efficient. Included breakfast delicious, if somewhat repetitive. Kids options were limited at breakfast. Bed was comfortable, pillows were not 100% to my liking with no other options.Noise level was good and bathroom and other amenities were good.They had complimentary snacks in the evening but we didn't get the opportunity to try as we were too tired/not hungry.

As a tour organizer, I encounter many hotels. Hotel Grand Bach Ginza has been exception for both of our 4-night stays. The location is perfect with many subway and train stations within walking distance. It is close to many things but not so close that it is noisy at night. Our plan included breakfast which had many to-order options. Some of our people had early flights, so the staff organized nice cold breakfast trays for them. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The lovely hotel was made even better by exceptional staff. Each and every person we encountered during our two stays were exceedingly helpful, friendly and professional. Special thank you to Ms M and Ms T who helped me with special requests from my group. I hope to return in the future.

We spent four nights in this property . Initial impression is quite good for a four star hotel the reception is small but well presented , checkin and checkout is efficient and friendly but there are not any baggage porters so you have to manhandle your own luggage .our room(1007) was again quite small as you would expect in a city centre hotel but was reasonably appointed with good connectivity sleep quality was good and the room and hotel are very quiet . The bathroom reflects the room and has a superb rain shower with pump action toiletries which offer a very nice fragrance. Housekeeping is excellent and our room and the hotel generally are sparkling clean . We had vouchers for breakfast which is ala carte Japanese or American and in both cases was terrible taste and quality were poor and quality was minuscule. To the point of being ridiculous for example a smoothie served in a shot glass only one fifth full , a salads served in a small soup bowl with four pieces of lettuce one half of a cherry tomato and one slice of cucumber, scrambled egg running in an unidentifiable liquid and of course the American staple breakfast fare vegetable soup!!!!! we ate in the restaurant twice which was more than enough ther were only one or two other customers it was obvious why there was of course the option of a health breakfast which was an extra $25 per person . To be fair we returned our unused vouchers and the hotel refunded us .in short a hotel with a great location but avoid the restaurant

Believe only the negative reviews. Stay with reputable, well-known establishments only. Don't believe the images in Google. Don't trust the high, possibly sponsored, reviews. This is a 3 star at best. Rooms are incredibly small and bathroom stank. A/C didn't work properly. Staff are average at best. Avoid.

It’s my first time visiting Japan and I decided to stay at the Hotel Grand Bach - everything was just perfection! It’s a short stroll to the metro (with elevator) access which is important with luggage in tow , and conveniently located by the luxury department store / designer flagships for shopping. There are many restaurants (both frequent by locals + tourists) around the area so food isn’t an issue. Lastly, there’s convenient stores such as 7-11 and Lawson around the corner should you want to grab any quick snacks/food.||Great Staff - nice, attentive and very professional||Housekeeping - replenishes all toiletries, coffee, tea, bottled water daily ||Room Size - decent size especially for Japan standards||Shower - water pressure is phenomenal!!||Bed - literally the dreamiest mattress I’ve ever slept on, I even looked up the model number so I can purchase when I’m back home !! ||Pajamas - very soft waffle pjs, felt amazing on! ||I will definitely stay at Hotel Grand Bach if I visit Tokyo again!!
