Hotel Grand Central

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Grand Central Singapore, deserving of a 5-star rating. I was given a room on a high floor with an impressive view, which made the experience even better. The room itself was spacious, very clean, and housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining it daily. The bathroom was also in great condition.||The location of the hotel is fantastic—it’s conveniently close to many key attractions. There are plenty of shopping centers and restaurants nearby, making it easy to explore and find dining options.||Overall, I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of throughout my stay. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and offered all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a pleasant experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Location is convenient but the surrounding area is quite seedy. Room had a musty smell, but is still clean.We specified for a king sized bed during booking but we were told there are only single rooms left when we checked it which is not accpetable. There is also no bottled water provided.Will not return.

Hotel located at good strategic location within walking distance to Orchard and nearby to MRT / bus stop that serves multiple destinations within Singapore. Cleanliness and room size is acceptable with ref to price point. The only downside is the room bathtub can be safety hazard due to easily to slip when climb out from tub after bathing, this is due to the design of the tub height and narrow tub width. The gripping mat doesn’t help much either. Would advise those senior citizen to be careful when check in to this hotel room. Also the hotel doesn’t have its own carpark but need to park at nearby chancellor hotel and you need to pay coupon $10 per day. Other than that, this hotel is good and tick all the traveler’s requirements.

Staff was helpful and responsive to our request during our stay. Location is convenient few minutes walk to plaza Sing/ Somerset Staff cleans the room everyday, everything was clean and dust free. We do notice some dust particles on the bedside table every morning, even on our phone screen. Not sure if it came from the air conditioning.

(Hotel Grand Central) was very disappointing with below average . One of our room did not even have a bath curtain which segregates bath space. In another room the fittings were loose. Also the bathroom door has a huge gap preventing privacy in both rooms. Rooms were too small, just enter the room you will find the bed laid. Not queen size or king size, but two single cot separated. Food was average. The AC was not be able to lower the temperature with controls in room

The hotel has strong smell that smell fruity and cigarettes. Thought it is but is not but the smell does not make me comfortable these 2 days. Furnitures quite old and picture saw in trip not depict like real stay. The fridge are dirty with some left over juice. Got to clean up personally. Staff ok but I not going back. Location are good with bus and food and hao supermarket nearby.
