This hotel was a complete disappointment. The rooms were full of mold and dust, with broken plumbing, rusty and dirty toilets, and no proper cleaning. The place had an unbearable smell, no air conditioning, and the windows had no shutters. The balconies were covered in bird droppings, and the whole property looked like it hasn’t been renovated or properly cleaned since it was built. Avoid this place at all costs.

This hotel is a health risk If you or your tour operator book this, take into account that it is full of mold, it stinks, it has no potable water, and cleaning is not done in the rooms: bath towels smell like mold! And don't even think about sleeping: there is an infernal sound starting every 1 hour non stop, probably some fan or pump. I was in this hotel with a group of 50 other tourists and everybody else had the same problems.

This hotel was a nightmaire. It has dirty rooms, with a mold smell. The bed sheets weren't clean and everything smells like mold, the sheets and towels too. The water is not potable and the sink and the bathtub also very dirty. During the night it was a strange noise from the pipes. I was here with a group of 50 people, we where in a vacation, and the agency choose this hotel. Surley it was a very bad choice.

We got dropped off here by TUI after our flight got cancelled at Tivat due to a technical failure. The check in was quite fast, however, when we got to our rooms, we were disappointed. The beds were clean, as were the towels. The rest of the hotel room was worn and dusty. The bathroom was very tiny and our water wasn’t running properly, I could spot fungus in several corners and creases of the bathroom as well. Wiring in the entire room looked incredibly unsafe too. When we had our dinner there, the staff (probably understaffed) were working their butts off to satisfy the unexpected 180+ guests. The dinner food was ok. The hotel itself looks like it came straight out of Communist Eastern Europe, more so, it probably was built during those times. The breakfast was decent, however instead of fruit juice, Fanta came out of the ‘fruit juice’ machine. We would not be visiting again. The reception hall looked nice, if you’re into Communist-looking architecture.

We were sent to this hotel after a flight cancellation from Tivat. Nothing 'Grand' about this hotel. Our room was clean, bedding and towels were clean, and we had free toiletries. The balcony was really tiny, no furniture on it, door onto the balcony had no catch or lock on it, just swung open. There was a fridge in the room that was very dilapidated, as was the furniture in the room. No hairdryer, no air conditioning, but had a very strange array of ottoman type stools around one of the walls. Breakfast was a mish mash of food, from hot dog sausages, which some of the guests who had them, couldn't cut through the skin, to cake which was almost like a Black Forest gateau. On arrival we were given dinner, this was a very bland unappetising dish of mashed potato, breaded pork escalope, with a side salad of coleslaw and cucumber. Dessert was a banana. I realise it must have been difficult to try and cater for around 100 people at probably short notice, but they might have been better to have held their hands up and said they were not able to do it. It looked like the hotel had just opened purely to accommodate the stranded passengers....a fellow traveller referred to it as 'Bates's Motel'. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, all of which I would return to, this is the only one that I certainly wouldn't visit again. It is also miles from anywhere, the one consolation is that we didn't pay for it.

Location of the hotel is excellent. Hotel building is very special and representative of Yugoslavia architecture which makes it interesting to explore. Rooms are ok, sheets were clean, glasses n bathroom were very dirty but they had DISINFECTED sign on them. Food was eatable but not delicious at all. The worst thing about this hotel is stuff that is not kind or polite at all. They are even yelling on the guests and they acted so bad to us. But, I have to say that young girls and boys who are working in Hotel's Bar are very kind, helpful and polite. As well one of the receptionist and few of the restaurant stuff. Overall impression- bad. I will never come back.

It should not function. Small bugs crawl in the wall cracks, the taps cough up murky, milky water and spurt it everywhere (warm water only in the evenings). The tub and sink are clogged. The rusty pipes and some huge device are making noise, waking us up, and the walls are paper thin. The towels and blankets smell like mold.

Why does this place still function? It's an absolute mess, you know from the moment you take your first step here, the smell of mold, the old furniture, the bathroom is disgusting. I honestly didn't wanna touch anything. There were also incredibly dirty windows, spider webs, the TV didn't work... The light was very low, there was no heat, nor warm water... So as I was saying, why is it still open to tourists???
