The restaurant serves quality food, and I liked that there are also many local food places nearby. Its location is central, so moving around Barisal is very convenient. I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel Grand Park, Barisal during an official visit, and my overall experience was excellent from start to finish. The hotel maintains a very clean, well-organized, and welcoming environment. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities for both business and leisure stays. The housekeeping team does a great job of keeping everything spotless. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. The taste, quality, and portion size are absolutely worth the money. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was fresh and well-prepared. We even arrived very late at night—around 2:00 AM—and still managed to get freshly prepared food delivered to our room within just 20 minutes of ordering. That level of service is truly impressive and shows how dedicated the staff are to guest satisfaction. Customer service is truly top-notch here. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I interacted with was polite, helpful, and genuinely eager to make my stay comfortable. They were quick to respond to any request and always greeted me with a smile. Even though this visit was for work, I enjoyed my time so much that I am already planning to return—next time with my family—so that they can also experience the warm hospitality, relaxing atmosphere, and great food that Hotel Grand Park offers. Excellent hotel, with great facilities and service. I also made use of the gym and night swims in the pool were a pleasure. Also enjoyed Barishal...great food choices. Enjoyed evening Rickshaw rides, walks in Bells Park and by the river for some local tea and conversation. Shout out to Md Fahim for their warm welcome.

We ordered food 1 hour in advance as we were in a rush and then after an hour they said they would take 30 more minutes and then when my uncle took a look in the kitchen, he saw the workers were all chatting and then we instantly got our food when the manager came in. On our last day, I was in the restaurant during breakfast and some waiter or whatever insisted me to write a good review which I had posted previously (now deleted). He told me to write everything based my opinion but shamelessly selected 5 stars, although I brushed it off as a joke at first, he continued repeatedly telling me to compliment him which made it obvious he was blatantly cheesing.

Amazing & excellent. specially I was Amazed when saw the panta rice real Bengali food with others sophisticated Indian, Chinese and baked breakfast mene. Room quality is highly standard and also the amenities. Pool side is so nice. Hospitality of the reception Mr.Neamul Islam and Mr Mehedi also very very nice. only the superior quality at barisal

The rooms are big enojgh and well furnishec. Good matres, pillows etc. The rokm is clean. I am impressed with the service, staff are friendly and welcoming. Excellent breakfast with multiple options. Location is also in a good area and close to the river

The housekeeping service was prompt, consistent, and incredibly professional. Rooms were cleaned thoroughly each day with fresh towels, restocked amenities, and everything returned to perfect order without ever disturbing my personal belongings. The turndown service in the evening added an extra touch of class and relaxation. Room amenities were always fully stocked and high quality—everything from toiletries and water bottles to coffee and snacks. The minibar was well-organized and reasonably curated. I also appreciated how responsive room service and maintenance were; any request was handled quickly and courteously, showing excellent coordination between departments. In short, the hotel’s room management reflects true excellence. They maintain a perfect balance of cleanliness, comfort, attention to detail, and efficiency. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a seamless, luxury stay.
