Hotel Grand Park

Really enjoyed the stay in this hotel ,Buffet style breakfast has good options for the price,place is super clean and staff is very Friendly, security 24 hrs , Walking distance to lots of activities including the Serró the Monserrate and meeting point for tours, they have a curve for all Ride Platforms in a safe area such as Uber or InDrive which is pretty nice , Ramp for your luggage as well and a heated pool that opens until 10 pm with a Bar, the only two things that personally didn’t like was not having an A/C and the Showers do run out of hot water in the morning but if they don’t affect you than this is the perfect place for you to stay.

My experience was great at this hotel. Cleaning service was done properly every morning. The location is a plus. The view of my room was good. There is not AC but actually it's not needed since temperature was 12-15°C. In addition, the breakfast buffet had many and different options every day like rice with vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, bread, fruits, great coffee, juice, tea, etc. Pool is available for all guests, just don't forget to use a swimming cap.

Very noisy all night on Saturday, loud music until 7am in the neighbourhood. Noisy swimming pool bar on Sunday evening with loud music and screams, many rooms from which you hear everything. Booked two double Deluxe rooms (bigger room), but they gave us one small single-bed room and one three-single-beds room. We had to complain to get the right room, which we only got on the second day. Rooms equipped with the bare minimum. Bed sheets did not seem very clean. We were even wondering if one room didn’t get the bed sheets changed… Positive aspect: location and staff doing their best despite the low quality of the hotel.

Do not go there!||Booked a larger and more luxurious room, they gave us the smallest room. Had to sleep the first night there, then got the right room but with a view on a wall… although the booking was with a view… no “sorry”, no discount, just had to deal with it.||Room equipped with the bare minimum: no battery in the safe, nothing to hang clothes, no fridge, nothing for coffee or tea, no floor towel or small towels, etc.||Room and beds not clean. Not sure they changed the bed.||The NOISIEST place I have ever slept at, louder than party hostels. |First night: music all night until 7am (even with earplugs I can hear the music). Second night: music and loud screams from the hotel swimming pool and other rooms. Third night: music, screams, and moving furniture until 11pm, people screaming at night, loud music from 5:45am, etc. You got the point, IMPOSSIBLE to rest.||Only positive point: the staff is very nice

It’s a good place to stay, convinient. Room service is very good and font desk people is too gentle. And good food and drinks.

Nice rooms, common areas are too crowded and they need more maintenance and control regarding smells and running around children. Neverthlesss, Asley and Diego made me feel like a princess. Unfortunately, all colombian food is horrible including the one in the hotel.

Room is a little dated but AC and hot water/pressure was great. Located in a very central spot in the city. A short walk away from various attractions. Did not see at the restaurant but the prices were reasonable.
