Hotel Grand Park

This hotel has an amazing indoor swimming pool with Bar and Restaurant service next to the pool. In the evening there is a party atmosphere with music and lights which is very attractive for adults and childrens. Recently they have been improving there breakfast buffet by offering a new variety of dishes, which is a very positive point. They have high chairs and cribs for toddlers.

Paid for the day pass to use the pool, gym and sauna. The hotel doesn’t provide towels and requires you to wear a swimming hat to use the pool. Gym is smaller than advertised and day passes were oversold. Would only recommend to families as it was mainly kids

If you’re looking for a day pass I don’t recommend. Service is appalling. We came for a spa day and left more stressed by it. Pool is nice but it’s more a family vibe full of kids.

We thought about going to the heated pool for the day, and we went to get a coffee at the hotel café. Delicious croissant stuffed with ice cream.

Really enjoyed the stay in this hotel ,Buffet style breakfast has good options for the price,place is super clean and staff is very Friendly, security 24 hrs , Walking distance to lots of activities including the Serró the Monserrate and meeting point for tours, they have a curve for all Ride Platforms in a safe area such as Uber or InDrive which is pretty nice , Ramp for your luggage as well and a heated pool that opens until 10 pm with a Bar, the only two things that personally didn’t like was not having an A/C and the Showers do run out of hot water in the morning but if they don’t affect you than this is the perfect place for you to stay.

My experience was great at this hotel. Cleaning service was done properly every morning. The location is a plus. The view of my room was good. There is not AC but actually it's not needed since temperature was 12-15°C. In addition, the breakfast buffet had many and different options every day like rice with vegetables, scrambled eggs, sausages, yogurt, bread, fruits, great coffee, juice, tea, etc. Pool is available for all guests, just don't forget to use a swimming cap.

Very noisy all night on Saturday, loud music until 7am in the neighbourhood. Noisy swimming pool bar on Sunday evening with loud music and screams, many rooms from which you hear everything. Booked two double Deluxe rooms (bigger room), but they gave us one small single-bed room and one three-single-beds room. We had to complain to get the right room, which we only got on the second day. Rooms equipped with the bare minimum. Bed sheets did not seem very clean. We were even wondering if one room didn’t get the bed sheets changed… Positive aspect: location and staff doing their best despite the low quality of the hotel.
