No backup for electricity failure. Front office doesn’t attend the call at night. At least in summer, it’s not a good option to stay here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. The Wi-Fi connection was extremely unreliable, making it difficult to get any work done or even stream basic content. The food quality was subpar—meals often arrived cold, lacked flavor, and the variety was very limited. Hygiene standards were also not up to the mark. The room was not thoroughly cleaned before my arrival, and I noticed dirty linens and a poorly maintained bathroom. Additionally, there were issues with water supply—both in terms of pressure and consistency. Unfortunately, these shortcomings overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay. I hope management addresses these concerns promptly to improve guest satisfaction in the future.

What do you expect when you arrive at a guest house/hotel after hours of travelling? That the hotel staff would welcome you with a smile and have a pleasant attitude. When we arrived at Hotel Grand, the receptionist acted like he was doing me a favor. He acted like he was letting me live there without any charges. It's your job, goddammit. Do it properly. For God's sake, train your staff. At reception you will feel like you have to get out of there as soon as possible.

Disappointing Experience I had a very bad experience at Hotel Grand. The door wouldn’t open with the touch card key, so we had to go to reception and wait for a housekeeper to unlock it. The water was extremely cold as there was no geyser. The hotel is very old, overpriced, and lacks basic facilities. Definitely not worth the money. Would not recommend.
