Hotel Grand

I stayed there for 5 days. In my room inside my fridge there were already some drinks. Since it’s inside my room and no one said its separated I thought it is an extra add on with the room rent. At the end when I was checking out they charged me very double and extra amount. I told them that no one told me that those snacks not included with room rent but he was silent clearly scamming people. I do not recommend them 🙏🏻

I stayed there at the hotel when I fly from United Kingdom and stayed there for over a week and half great staff great service good food at Thier restaurant and badar was a very great help and advised on were to visit in the city would recommend this hotel and I will be revisting again in near future

I recently stayed at the Grand Hotel for two nights and had a good experience overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, I missed the complimentary breakfast on the first morning because it ended at 10 am. When I asked the staff if they could serve breakfast now, they said they couldn’t accommodate this request. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and would recommend the Grand Hotel for its quality and service.

This hotel is located at University Road. The hotel is very easy to locate. They have a car park facility. Lift is available for moving up and down to different floors. The rooms have hot tubs. Rooms are well furnished. Mattresses are a bit old but comfortable. Rooms have fridges where you can store fridge items. Breakfast is included in room rent. Breakfast is served till 10am after that you have to pay for it. Staff is very polite. The cars are mofed by the staff. Rooms can be booked through telephone. You can enjoy there once you visit.

My first visit to Peshawar and i like this hotel. Hotel staff was good..Price is reasonable with breakfast included. Room was okay, provide basic amenity. TV picture not so clear. You may order food from room service. Ordered tea as well and tea was so good and tasty. Location was good.

I can't say anything about rooms as I attended a one day meeting at this hotel. The overall ambience is good. It's clean and tidy. I liked it...

The room is very nice and clean. The washroom is also up to the mark. The location of the hotel is easily accessible. Laundry service is fine too. But the restaurant isn't good enough. I was quite excited for the complimentary breakfast. But it was very disappointing. There was no variety. Only omelette and curry were there. And the tea was absolutely horrendous. Tasteless and watery. We had to do breakfast outside.
