Very nice hotel. Good location. It is green and calm around the hotel. The staff and service are excellent. I've never experienced such friendly service before. Reception pays attention on details. For instance, we ordered food delivery. They met courier, prepare plated and cutlery and brought it all together to our room. They also suggested some drinks. It feels like you are at home. Thank you very much!

We came late in the evening, and haven’t booked in advance. Lady at reception kindly showed us several room options, she was very patient and helpful. Rooms were available in different budget, and we choose a double room “Chardonnay” with king size bad and sofa for our daughter. We slept well, but air conditioning was a bit freezing. Breakfast was tasty:) Thank you Grape Hotel!

Let's not kid anyone here: we picked the hotel based on its restaurant, and I think so do many people.||The hotel itself was very nice and lovely, the building is really nice, and the rooms are quiet and comfortable. ||From a service perspective, the hotel did its absolute best to deal with our rather unique requests which came as last minute as could be, due to some not very comfortable surprise the day of booking somewhere else in the country. To the hotel staff: thanks again for your help there, and we again deeply apologise for the trouble. ||We hope to come visit you once again, this time without bringing any bad surprise.

friendly service oriented but need some refurbishing. From check in till check out super friendly staff. No question was too much. Only the rooms are quite some dated. The bed sheets are single persons and the pillows massive, which gives you neck-pain. The bathroom had a bath with shower. But the shower gives 10 sec warm water, 10 sec cold water, and again again again. Also strange shower head which you have to hold in your hand while showering, if you don’t want a flood in your room. Breakfast is excellent! Ask for your own type off egg, or any other wish, and they make it for you

A small hotel - a dozen or so rooms - located in a small garden. Very friendly and helpful service. Each room is different and named after a vineyard (my single was Napa). As expected, choice of wines at the bar was impressive. Location is quiet, but not very close to the city centre. I travelled on business, but I think a pair might find this hotel cosy and attractive.

This is a fabulous hotel with a terrific restaurant and a very impressive wine collection. On a quiet, tree-lined street, it is located very close to beautiful parks and gardens as well as the zoo and other attractions. Only a short tram ride away from old town and other attractions, we appreciated the quietness of the location. The staff could not have been kinder or more helpful. Our stay was so pleasant and we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Wroclaw. The rooms are tasteful and very clean and the hotel is a lovely converted manor house, so there is lots of character.

This is an outstanding hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who is staying in Wroclaw. The hotel is a renovated manor house with a wide selection of wines (including local wines available) and a wine theme. The location was ideal for us—steps from the zoo and from gardens, on a quiet tree-lined streets. Everything about our stay was wonderful, from the extremely friendly and helpful staff to the delicious breakfast. We were fortunate enough to eat dinner here, too, and it was superb—traditional flavors with a creative twist and thoughtful wine suggestions. It was one of the best meals we had in Poland.

I spent a weekend at Grape Hotel in december and I can only recommend it from he bottom of my heart. First of all the location: It is a beautiful old villa situated in a calm street, but very close to the center. The next tram station is 2 min by foot and it takes you about 10 min to the center. The area is absolutely calm, you can sleep like a baby. We stayed in the MOSEL room which is a very very nice and big room. The interieur, furniture etc is high class, at the same time the atmosphere is very homely and warm, not like a anonymous luxury hotel. Another plus: The Spa is opened 24 h! Above all I must send my love to the staff. Always friendly and warm, always helpful. I felt like that during my stay and I got the ultimate proof, when I forgot some of my clothes at the hotel and the staff did everything to send it back, despite some difficulties (parcel got lost). Thank you again for that. And I wish everyone going there a wonderful stay.
