I was treated by my girlfriend to putt-Putt and brunch here today The service was impeccable the drinks were delicious I would particularly recommend their play on a Moscow mule I can't remember the name off the top of my head but it was incredible. Mini golf was very fun and had a great time doing it the holes were mildly challenging and had a story behind each turn recommend for a date night or just for something to do with another person you enjoy being around! I ordered the French toast and she ordered the two eggs with salmon and home fries!

Unique, fun experience! The whole place is designed to look and feel like a historic hotel (sometimes with a "ghost" walking around and chatting up patrons.) If its busy, they will seat you so you can eat and drink while you wait; then, take you drink for 13 holes throughout the "hotel." There are peepholes scattered throughout.

Unique 13 hole mini golf suited to both families and adults. Its a great place to bring out of town guests. We came on a Saturday around 1pm and waited 1 hour to play which was unfortunate, but this place is quite popular.

This is a really unique mini golf course and I love the idea! Especially to repurpose unused space. I felt the execution lacked in some aspects though. The holes themselves were pretty basic except for hole 12 which was a standout. Additionally, the course is very short, only 13 holes compared to the usual 12. The price is pretty high for how short the course is. The holes are not spaced very well so often people ahead had to stand on the hole at the end and cause a backup. The carpet was very interesting and I loved the aesthetic, however the ball doesn’t roll or bounce great on the carpeted floor and wall. I recommend this as a unique experience for anyone to see, however it is not a destination worth returning to without some changes to the course.

Finally got in on our 3rd try, usually there’s an hour+ wait but we got there right when they opened so there was no wait and no one on the course. Has the standard challenges of an indoor course - sometimes you’re backed up against a wall, limited space between holes (not a problem since no one else was on the course but could be an issue when crowded), but the theme/layout is super unique and the carpet adds a challenge. They call it a 13-hole course but really it’s 12 with the 13th being a 1 shot trick hole for a chance to win a t-shirt.

Such a wonderful place for a date night That is laid back and yet a lot of fun. We got a soda as we waited for only a few minutes in the lounge until we were called back for our time to play. It was very pleasant, and we enjoyed how they spaced guest times so that no one felt rushed at all. We were able to get around using my rollator with no issues. We will be back :)

My family and I had a great time here! We came on Saturday morning and we opted to just do golf. It really wasn't too busy. We only had to let one smaller party pass us once. I loved the uniqueness and vibe of this place. My one complaint is the cold brew I ordered was around $4-5 dollars and it was in the tiniest glass ever (my guess is around 6-7oz). In addition, it was filled halfway with ice. No refills of course. The drink was very delicious but I couldn't believe the size.

Super creative concept. Good price point, we came here for brunch on Sunday with a group of 4 at 10:30 reservation. After eating, we didn't have to wait to golf. Tons of fun, the course is really creative and cute. Perfect group activity. As we left though it looked like there was quite a line.

We attended a brunch with included golfing for a weekend excursion. This is such a fun faux back in time experience. It's really like living in an art installation with hidden peoples that show you art and little illusion scapes throughout the mini golf course. It's really fun as a couples activity or would be fun with a group. Brunch was also excellent and I would recommend enjoying your time by booking one of the earlier brunch slots if available and enjoy the full experience with less crowds.

I have been wanting to try this place since it opened and finally got the opportunity too last night for date night! Friday Night the dinner section packed so when we checked in they said we had an hour wait so we promptly took seats at the bar for a drink and appetizer. Once you walk in I felt transported back to a "vintage era" from the decor down to the staff dress code. All the staff was friendly and helpful Few things to remember -You are allowed to take your drinks onto the course -13 holes w/ last one you make you can win a shirt! -Pricing $16 per player. 21 + after 5 -Walk-ins Welcome with reservation only for weekend Brunch Saturdays and Sundays 10-12 pm Each room had its on these will little windows that show secret places, I was seriously amazed at all the attention to details for each part of the course and would definitely do again! I took a few pictures of the different rooms please see below. Oh and to add another little spark it's rumors of ghosts visits!:) Oh I ordered the Smashed potatoes which were perfectly seasoned in a beet puree but with the dimly lit area it looked like they were played in ketchup I would recommend altering the presentation a little but that's it!

Okay, I LOVED this place. I first saw it on TikTok when I was scrolling around for things to do in Richmond, and my husband and I (both mini golf lovers) knew we had to check it out. The vintage 1920s/30s vibe is totally on point. It feels like stepping into a stylish, old-world hotel in another era. When you "check in," the staff is dressed in bellhop blazers (so fun), and your scorecard is actually a paper luggage tag. From there, you go through the course, which is themed like the interior of a hotel (lobby, hallways, rooms, etc.). There are 13 holes. My husband commented that because the "greens" are carpeted, it's a little different than a putting green and can be more challenging. I didn't mind it though, and I think that's part of the charm. One of the coolest parts: on the final hole (called the Hellmouth), if you make a hole-in-one, you earn a free special T-shirt. My husband actually did it! They also have a variety of shirts for sale with fun vintage designs, so I picked one up. They also have a bar and food. We ate elsewhere beforehand, so we just stayed after our game for drinks at the bar. It's a great touch to make it more of a full date-night experience. Because it's indoors, it's perfect rain or shine. No worries about weather ruining your evening. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Greene for a really fun and unique date night. If you like mini golf + immersive atmospheres + cocktails, this one's a winner.

Such a great idea and fun place for friends or a date night! Showed up on a Thursday night around 7pm and had to wait an hour to start the game. However, in the meantime, we sat at a table and ordered drinks and meat and cheese platter. Not sure if the kitchen was busy or not, but it did take a long time for the platter to arrive and within a few minutes, they said our game was ready to start. Great little 13 hole course and options to order drinks as well when you're playing the course. We were a group of 4 and by chance myself and another friend happened to hit a hole in one at the last hole and got some free T-shirts, which was a cool surprise. Definitely make sure( as they suggest ) already to have a reservation for the weekend brunch as it will be very busy.

I have played every miniature golf course in Richmond. Hotel Green is a great little gem and definitely the nicest magic golf experience you'll have. Perfect spot for a date night or a night out with a group of friends. Drinks are pretty good and the golf is themed in a fun way. It's definitely the priceyist miniature golf you'll ever play.

Such a fun place! We truly enjoyed our experience! Unique atmosphere and concept, and the food was delicious! Very friendly staff and a great service. This was a popular place too, got busy really quickly! Perfect location on a hot day!

What we enjoy about Hotel Greene: They have an ambassador hour where they have a new country every few months and for $20 you can get a plate of themes appetizers and a round of golf - the biggest appeal to that is you get a 'passport' and a stamp from each country you go to and there's rewards when you reach 6 and 12 stamps. The golfing is fun for sure and unique. What we don't love: They need to put some thought into how to help people flow through golf easier. There doesn't seem to be any organization behind getting people seated to eat and getting people golfing. There were a lot of people waiting when we were there last time and we waited a long time before being able to order food which of course made everyone else waiting for a table have to wait any longer. I wish they were able to change up the holes every now and then. We have played there 4 times and it's all the same each time. Also, even though the ambassador hour is a good deal and worth doing for the rewards - the food isn't always amazing.

We had a super fun time. The place is unique and has a great atmosphere. The staff was awesome. The cocktails were as well. We will return for certain.

What a fun place to go with friends! I went here with a group from work for a team building stress reliever after a 3 day intense training. When I tell you this was so much fun... we started with some light hors devours and drinks by the bar, I had a drink called Sebastopol sunset , a very pretty sweet drink topped by a beautiful flower. This place is set up in a restored hotel. The lobby menu provided us with meat and cheese plates, a crab on toast and shredded pork on toast, carrots, green beans, crackers, hummus on toast... basically all kinds of goodies. This was such a cute concept and a perfect place to have fun with friends. Who would have thought to set up a mini golf game inside an old hotel??? Crazy right? I know.. I know.. but it was perfect. There was like 13 holes, and each one gets harder as you go. The last hole was special and super hard, where you had to hit the back through the wall, and up a ramp ... if you get it you win an exclusive t-shirt. Welp... none of us made it so .. no shirt. But.. we had fun trying.

Attended a private event held at Hotel Greene recently for the holidays. The decor was giving Alpine lodge and the themed cocktails and food were highlights. The staff during the event were friendly and helpful and really made it a great experience. The only thing that was difficult to navigate is the close quarters of the mini golf course. The start of one was often right next to the end of another so it made things a little difficult to navigate. Because we all knew each other, we could joke and tell each other to move but I do wonder if this makes for awkward moments when the course is open for regular business. It's also a shame that the street parking around it is a 2 hour cap, though I don't fault the business for this. I ended up parking in a lot down the street. Overall good experience and would be happy to attend an event here again in the future.

I took my boyfriend here for his birthday brunch and oh my gosh it was so fun (they gave him a cute little goodie bag with a happy birthday post card if you ask)! Their brunch deal is awesome it's $25 for a meal + a round of golf (you eat first and then the waiter checks in whenever you're ready to play). The menu was pretty limited but the food was all really yummy and the drinks are pretty good too. The actual mini golf course was actually so cool too, it's not too long but the hotel theme is really interesting and fun to walk through. Highly recommend coming here for whatever occasion or just for fun, but they only take reservations during their brunch hours on saturdays/sundays!

Had friends in town and we were looking for some different activities to share. Booked brunch at Hotel Greene which was great because it included our time on the mini golf course. The food and drinks were excellent and served by fa friendly staff. They did not rush us into the course. The play was hysterical and we had a BLAST! Will return. Great experience

The food and drinks are mediocre at best, but the mini golf course and the overall atmosphere are so awesome. My husband and I came here for an anniversary daytime date and we had such a great time.

This was a suggestion for a get together with close friends. We're all over 60 years old. I can't comment on the food, because we didn't order anything to eat. This is the most unique mini-golf that I've ever been to! There's a really great fictional backstory to the hotel, that's definitely worth reading, on their website. It's a fun story! Hotel Greene is inside the old John Marshall Hotel, in Richmond, which was built in 1929, and was one of the grand hotels of it's age. One of my friends told me her parents had their wedding reception there many decades ago. The hotel was closed in 2004, and later converted to upscale apartments in 2011. Hotel Greene was born in 2019. The miniature golf has 13 holes and takes about 45 minutes. Keep in mind that after 5 pm Hotel Greene is 21+ ONLY. Do you need reservations? They are walk-in only, except for brunch hours on Saturday and Sunday (10am-2pm). You can go to their website to make reservations. If you do not want to eat brunch, you can still reserve and opt out on arrival, which is what we did. The actual playing is a TON of fun! In one of the holes, you're hitting the ball down a hallway and trying to bank the golf ball into an open hotel room. On the 13th hole, if you can get a hole-in-one, you get a t-shirt. It's NOT easy! The staff told me they give away anywhere from zero to 4 shirts a day. I do have some complaints! We did during the summer. This area is NOT air conditioned well, and got unbelievably hot. I can't believe they would not take care of this! Also, some areas are VERY dark, some spotlights are out, and again, it's surprising that they don't spend a few dollars to replace the bulbs, and actually install additional lighting. My other issue was the servers who were bringing us drinks. I've never seen more unhappy people. These young women looked like being there was THE last place they wanted to be. My opinion is that if you don't like the job, quit, otherwise be pleasant and smile because you're the face of the company and are paid to help ensure the customers will return. On the flip side, the folks at the front desk were incredibly helpful, smiling, friendly, helpful, and professional! As of the date of this review, a round of mini-golf cost $16. Edited to add: I forgot to add that there is street parking but be VERY careful where you park. Pay attention to the signs because I thought I parked in a legitimate space, but ended up with a $60 parking ticket!

I've been wanting to try Hotel Green for some time. We planned to enjoy happy hour and play puppets, but the communication regarding puppet availability was unclear, and the host could have managed it better. We decided to stay and order cocktails and appetizers, which were all delicious. We'll give Hotel Green another shot, possibly going right when they open to ensure there's availability for two couples to play. I rated it four stars instead of five because the staff was somewhat unfriendly and the service wasn't great.

Enjoyed the Thursday Date night offer at Hotel Greene. Great deal, for $55 you have 3 plates to share, glass of wine or beer and a game of minigolf. They had a special selection of wines due to a wine tasting, while they were interesting they were not impressive. And it was a shame they didn't offer an actual red in this Thursday's offering. We ordered the bread and crudités platter, wings and pizza. Quite good and filling! We were surprised as we expected the portions to be smaller for that price. The course was super fun and all in all a great evening out!

Unique and fun date night. Really cool vibe. Strong/tasty cocktails. We didnt eat there but may check that out next time. We'll definitely be back.

It wad cute in there i liked the mini golf part and the hostesses were very nice. so if you are going just for the mini golf i would recommend. but the food wasn't very good and took way too long to come out. I ordered a small dessert because they told us it would be an hour wait for golf and then 15 minutes later they started taking people back who had gotten there after us. They did that until we finished the food which took over 30 minutes to come out. it was dry and not good at all.

My family and I went for my birthday last night and everything here was amazing! They have 13 holes! If you make the last one you get a free T-shirt! We had an hour and fifteen minute wait! So my fam and I just ended up eating there while we waited! We had the wings(7/10), French bread pizza(7/10), turkey club(10/10) and the cookie plate(10/10)!!! Originally we were told that the wings and turkey subs weren't available, but the server came back and told us we can order it! I think they made everything fresh! We also had a root beer float(6/10), hibiscus lemonade (10/10), local heartthrob(7/10), fall line eggnog(10/10)! The course itself was obviously themed as a hotel! And it was so cute! I will 100% be back again!

Amazing mini golf with a unique twist! This is a fun spin on the typical mini golf offerings, providing a fun elevated and mature experience. This was my second time at Hotel Greene and I had an absolute blast, the decor was themed for the winter which was super fun. Every round of golf gets a unique postcard that appears to change seasonally which is a fun souvenir. The bar had some unique drinks that were delicious and reasonably priced. They also had a few drink and snack specials which would be great for a date night. The golf course is 12 holes themed after a hotel, I will say that the course can feel a bit redundant if you've already done it once. It is much more fun playing the golf course with a new group if you're going to do it more than once. It was a bit busy even on a weekday but our wait was no longer than 15 minutes which gave us time to peruse the menu and order drinks, you can bring your drink with you while golfing as they have perches and coasters everywhere. We were told you could also order from the course as servers would walk around, however we did not see anyone, so unsure how that works. But the bartenders and "concierges" at the front were extremly nice and accomodating. Overall, this is a fun spot to hang out, try some of their menu offerings or to play a round of golf with a few friends or romantic partner.

Everything the hospitality here was really top tier, every staff member here was very pleasant the people of Virginia are so friendly and welcoming. The Thursday night special for a date night was definitely a deal you get a could have 3 food options to share for 2 the food was definitely enough and taste fresh and came out hot. The turkey club and salad was my fave. The garlic French bread pizza was also delicious the French bread had a nice crunch light on the garlic and the cheese had a nice pull to it. The wings were ok just a bit salty for my liking but still good. The sparkling red rose amazing and chilled. I highly recommend the ambiance has a vintage hotel spooky look that I enjoyed very much plenty of photo ops. Great date night. There's parking nearby for $8.

I love the feeling when you first walk into the Hotel Greene. Takes you back in time a bit. The staff is super friendly and attentive. They offer drinks and light appetizers and sweets. After you order a drink you can make your way to the putt course ! Very vintage and eerie yet fun vibe on the course ! Nothing else compares to this in Richmond ! Perfect for a friends outing or date night!

A little pricey, only 13 holes. The last hole is impossible to score a hole on one. If you like nostalgia, this is for you. I don't think I need to go back.

I love Hotel Greene! It's a great place to go play mini golf "inside a hotel". They themed the entire area as if you are in a hotel, but you are playing mini golf. When you walk in, they have a coat rack area, some seating, and straight ahead a spot to "check in". My friends and I did not get to mini golf but we got a bunch of fun mocktails because their mocktail menu was quite extensive! Off the regular mocktail menu we got the viennese elixir and hibiscus lemonade - both of which were delicious. I would have to say the star of the show is was the swizzles and twizzles - if you like a sweet drink, this is a MUST, so pineapple-y and just perfect. I highly recommend checking out Hotel Greene as they have tons of food options (including brunch) and drink options, which are all amazing. The service and ambiance are also amazing! They do have golf + food options available as well. Just mini golf is $16/pp. They have ambassador hour which is $20/pp where you can mini golf and get an appetizer sampler plate. There is also a brunch deal for $25/pp for a round of mini golf + a meal - this is available on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm (reservations are required for these times!) Finally if you are on a date, they have a date night special for $55 (per duo) where you can get mini golf + two plates paired with a glass of wine/beer. Hope you check it out!

A fun and unique experience! Indoor putt putt that was giving Wes Anderson's Grand Budapest Hotel vibes. They have A lot of fun specials but we went to the weekend brunch which included a round as well items from the brunch menu. Highly recommend as a fun and easy activity - a cool Richmond gem to take visitors to!

Fun time! Good drinks and great time! Stopped in while visiting my brother in law and it was nice!

So much fun! Came here for my birthday and enjoyed every second! The pictures online don't really do it justice as it's more about the "vibes" inside. Everything is amazingly decorated. It feels like you'd tapped back in time into a moody eclectic hotel. Drinks were tasty and the course was pretty much empty. Only thing I can say is to really watch your step because the carpet really does a good job at hiding some of the dips and steps lol!

I am so happy I did Hotel Greene with the brunch and mini golf! I always thought just the mini golf was expensive. Brunch and mini golf special is offered on Saturday and Sunday. It is reservation only. What a deal and an experience it is on the weekend! Brunch included a selection of a main entrée and a coffee or tea. I added a breakfast mimosa. I enjoyed a veggie omelet, fruit, potatoes, and a coffee. When we finished our meal we were guided to our "tee time". We had no wait to begin mini golf. I was surprised we were able to carry drinks throughout golfing and a server came to us while playing to order drinks then delivered them to us. The mini golf was challenging. As an avid mini golf player, this "course" was nothing like I have experience before. It was fun and was themed to "hotel"! The price of brunch and mini golf combo was only $10 more than JUST the regular price of mini golf. I highly recommend making a reservation to have a weekend brunch and mini golf experience! If you are local to Richmond this is something you must do at least once.

BLUF: This place is amazing! I'm coming back every time I'm in Richmond! Experience (5/5): $16/person for 13 holes. This place used to be a hotel that they turned into a 13 hole putt-putt course. It's 1 level, but it's so cool & fun. I think we were here for about an hour or so. At hole 13, you have to get the ball in the painting's mouth. If you miss, the ball goes away & the game is done. If you make it, you get a t-shirt that no one can buy! The holes are very small, but it's putt-putt, so don't expect a more than 15'. There are some obstacles at each hole to make it a little more interesting. There was only one con when I went (this isn't against the establishment, so this doesn't affect the rating). When we went, there was a massive party ahead of us. I think we counted 8 people. They were wasted, yelling, and holding up the entire course. The benefit from that: we got to play each hole like 3 times while we waited for them to pick themselves off the floor and get to the next hole. Drinks & Food (5/5): The drinks were very festive when we went! I also had French Bread Pizza Chorizo & Basil ($11); it's basically a baguette bread cut in half with cheese on it. I didn't see any chorizo on it, but I did find the basil. Service (5/5): Service in the lobby, on the course, and at the bar was fantastic. When you get there, you put a card down for the party & all charges get added to the card. Makes it feel like an all-inclusive resort... then you get hit with the hill at the end HAHA. But it was ok! We only racked up the bill to $100 for a party of 2 (with only 1 person drinking). One of my favorite parts was that you can order drinks while playing! They have railing & small wall tables to set your drinks down while playing. Ambiance (4/5): Each hole had it's own vibe, but I wish there were a little more obstacles & stuff going on. TLDR: A MUST when going to Richmond!

We had a good time playing golf throughout the hotel. It took about an hour or so and we had 2 groups. We did not try the food or drinks. Also, keep in mind a lot of the street parking requires payment & some areas have free parking but somehow I paid & got a ticket..they ended up waiving the ticket with proof

We grabbed bar seating first thing on a Sunday morning without reservations and all enjoyed the food, conversation with bar keep, and had fun with the golf course. Very cool place!

Love hotel Greene. Been here a couple times and always get good drinks and food. It's a fun theme and date night. But I will say we ordered the "bar snack", we asked the waitress she described it as olives, croutons and pickled veg (whatever the kitchen has) wouldn't recommend. Included olives, super tough croutons and raw radishes (unpickled) (no dip). I'd recommend trying other things on the menu. They can definitely do better than that.

Mini golf was very fun but a bit short, and the appetizer platter was great, and for like $4 with the mini golf round??? That's awesome. Would recommend for a fun date, probably not a place you can re-visit frequently however.

Started a night on the town with this place, and it was a great start! We went with 8 in our party, and they couldn't have done better! The food was decent (snacky) and the golf (and building) was so cool!

Had a date night with the girlfriend and is definitely one of Richmond's hidden gems! Such a cool place to go out and have a good time. The chicken pot pie was amazing for the record and the mini golf was one of a kind!

Hotel Greene was definitely an experience. I lived above it when it was being built out a few years ago but never stopped in until earlier this month. They don't take reservations at night, and our party of 3 walked in at 7 pm ahead of a 9 pm dinner reservation down the street. We added our names to the list and then were shown to one of those cushions that wraps around a pole, as they were pretty busy. I was excited to see the Alpine transformation, but unfortunately it wasn't anything special and only meant some basic decor changes in the lobby area. We each had a drink while we waited - I had the Transit Visa gin drink, and it was very well crafted and also just a pretty drink in general. Unfortunately it wasn't until 8:35 that it was our turn, so we asked if we could come back after dinner. Not a problem, we were told, and they could see if they could give us a bump in line since we waited so long. We had dinner and arrived back about an hour later. I casually mentioned that we had just been there when the greeter guy ID'd us, to which he didn't respond. Not a big deal - I can show you my ID from the 1900s twice. What got weird, however, was when I asked if I could put my to-go bag from dinner with my coat on the coat rack. He replied that he hadn't planned to ask me what was in the bag, that they serve food, therefore I shouldn't have brought it in, and he couldn't guarantee that someone wouldn't take it if I put it with my coat on the rack. I was like, well..they knew we were coming back from dinner, I'll take my chances and it's not like I planned to eat it on the golf course. Then, he needed to know exactly what the contents were in the bag. He looked SO mad at me for having leftovers. Like...what? Fortunately, there wasn't a line when we got past him, so we each ordered drinks again - I had the A Lost Evening (good but Transit Visa was better) and we started the course. I was terrible, as I hadn't mini golfed in several years, but it was a lot of fun. The course itself was well thought out, and they did a lot with a small space. We didn't have anyone golfing behind us, and I'm thankful for that, as I probably would've felt a bit rushed...and, like I said, I was terrible. Other than the greeter, all the staff members were super friendly and welcoming. The price to play is a tad high but the atmosphere makes up for it.

Hotel Greene is an extremely unique experience in RVA. You can go mini golfing inside a "hotel." Every corner is a perfect Yelp or Instagram post waiting to happen. I love all the mini art installments in the course that feel like fun easter eggs. Whenever I have a friend in town, I make sure to take them here. They have really cool date night specials and other fun deals. Check for more info on their website. I'm a sucker for anything themed, and they go all out with the hotel theme here. I love their baggage tag scorecards and hotel uniform dressed employees. If you're doing a walk-in, the wait can be a bit, but they have cocktails and food. They have a great cocktail menu! You can take your drinks with you while you golf. Hotel Greene has a huge Wes Anderson vibe from the courses, to the phenomenal art by Leslie Herman, to the wistful postcards with melancholic messages. If you are able to make the last hole, you win a free t-shirt. It's a really trendy graphic tee that I still hope to win some day. I love this spot and highly recommend checking it out at least once.

A long overdue review. This is such a fun, quirky beautiful concept with a hotel disguised as a mini golf course or a golf course disguised as a hotel. ;-) It most certainly is NOT a hotel. But it certainly does look like one from the front. I wonder if any non suspecting individual has actually ran through those doors to book a room late at night tired and sleepy-eyed after a long drive out of town. Haha You step into a time warp of a 1920s style faux hotel. Check in is at the front desk and you are greeted by "hotel" staff. Once you're settled take a seat in the lobby. One can choose to sit and chat or order some cocktails, mock tails or some culinary delights. If you haven't finished your drink before your called to putt, fear not. You are able to take your liquid whimsies with you on the course and order more. I did attempt to order a second drink but the hotel staff never came back with that second order of Hibiscus Lemonade. Maybe he was an apparition that had transported from the portal of the Overlook Hotel. Once your group is called, located to the left of the front desk is a small open luggage encasing a heap of various colored golf balls. Pick your ball and your putter and you're well on your way journeying through this vintage 1920s "hotel" with various nooks and crannies. As you meander from hole to hole explore with curiosity of what awaits you at the next corner. Feel free to be a voyeur and by that I mean feel free to peek through the peep holes to see what's on the other side legally. Haha..your wonder increases as your mind processes what exactly lurks behind these doors. What are the stories of these hotel guests? Why was that chair flipped over? Although it can send off vibes of the Overlook Hotel with the visuals, the energetic fun music will quickly bring you back to reality that you're really just in a cool installation playing mini golf. I had a great time and fortunately we were spaced enough that the group in front of us and behind us didn't create a back up or topple up situation. It's definitely a place where big kids can play. It's 21+ after 5pm. The only sad thing is I wish they had more than one course and more than 13 holes. It would be pretty fun if they turned some of the pipes into part of the course and even make the bathroom sink turn into one of the holes ;-)

Great experience!! Loved the theme of the putt putt course and that we could take our drinks with us from hole to hole.

Love this place. Such a cool concept. It looks like a hotel with checkin and everything, but the entire thing is a putt putt golf place. We came earlier in the day and there was a two hour wait so we left to go eat and then came back later. It was an hour and a half wait by that time but it went by quickly. We sat at a table and ordered drinks and the chips and French onion dip appetizer. It was yummy, but it could have come with more dip. I'm a heavy dipper I guess so I needed some more. We got called up to go golfing and it was really cool. Some of the holes were in the hotel rooms with beds and everything. They even had a bar on the course too so you could get drinks down there. Def a fun experience.

Came in for brunch. Service was great and also food was great and play a few holes after eating looking foreward to the next time

100% recommend Hotel Greene -- the perfect spot for date night, a work outing, or with family or friends. They have an absolutely amazing ambiance with scenery that takes you back to the 20s. The staff is more like a cast, because their uniform is basically a costume to match the theme of the old hotel, and they're always in character. From accents to greetings, and everything in between, you feel like you stepped into a real hotel from way back when. The host stand even resembles a front/check-in desk at a hotel! It's so cool. The cocktails are exquisite. They offer small bites as well, although I didn't partake in any other than dessert during my visit. I also visited during their Halloween season this year in which they closed the mini golf and instead had a murder mystery walk-through with some of the characters. It was so fun to find clues and after solving the mystery, we received a custom Hotel Greene puzzle with a New Year's theme which was a nice touch! It was their first time doing the murder mystery for Halloween, so there were a couple of loopholes in the story that kept the answer from being as clear as it should've been (because some things that were stated contradicted the answer) but I'm sure they will work out the kinks for next year and I would definitely be inclined to visit again!

Great and fun drink selection! Enjoyed a mule and sparkling wine while we waited for play putt-putt. Waitress even came up to us as we played to take another order.

I was soooo excited when I stumbled upon Hotel Greene on Yelp back in March. At the time, Hotel Greene was closed for the season due to COVID but would reopen again in April. I reached out via email to lock in a reservation for a party of 4, and the managers were super nice and accommodating. Fast forward to April, we are in Richmond and "checked in" Hotel Greene at 5pm for our mini-golf session. We were so excited to explore and mini-golf inside this awesome and haunted looking hotel decorated to look like it's from the 1920s. After we "checked in", we were asked to sit at a table, where we could order food and drinks. Since we had dinner reservations in 2 hours, we didn't really want food and were not required to get food. We placed some drink orders with our server and the front desk got us started with our golf clubs and balls. Walking and mini-golfing thru Hotel Greene was soooo fun. It was such a cool place and I loved the ambiance. The hour flew by, and we were sad it was over. Throughout it all, we took so many pictures and goofed off so much. I highly recommend Hotel Greene to everyone. I can't wait to come back to Richmond so I can revisit Hotel Greene. Service was great. Our server came to look for us a few times to ask if we wanted more drinks.
