One of the nicest hotels I've stayed. Very comfortably and tastefully decorated, it has quality and attention to detail in every area. The staff are helpful and the breakfast quality was excellent. I hope I come back to Rome, and I won't be looking at any other accommodation. We did take advantage of a great rate when we paid quite a few months before our stay but it is reasonably priced for its quality. They even received and held a package for me that wouldn't have reached home before our trip started, can't say enough good about this hotel.

This hotel is a gem. Lovely breakfast with great coffee, fresh fruit and delicious pastries and rolls and other options. Great location, a 2 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and other attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions and obtaining a taxi. The room was very quiet even in a busy city like Rome. The linens and pillows were good quality. The shower had good water pressure. Great place to stay after a busy day sightseeing.

My wife as usual plans our vacations and chose Hotel Gregoriana. It's close to everything, shopping food, the Spanish Steps etc. What made this vacation so memorable was Fabrizio, Sandro and Sonia at the hotel! Fabrizio gave us a list of restaurants and would recommend which one to go to. We went to one and its was the most memorable encounter I've had so far in all our travels. We met the head of the Order of Malta, John T Dunlap and an up and coming young man at the Order at Restaurant 34 and the environment was electric. This was all because of Fabrizio! Sandro and Sonia made us feel like we were home! At the complimentary breakfast we would actually have conversations with the other people at the hotel. This is the ambience of Hotel Gregoriana! It's clean, classy, old world new world charm. If we needed anything the hotel was on it! When we go back to Rome we will be staying here again for sure!

Excellent stay! Check-in was efficient yet friendly, and the room was larger than anticipated! The air conditioning worked very well (we were there in August), plenty of hot water in the shower and the view from the rooftop was beautiful. The location is great because it’s on a quieter street but very close to the Spanish Steps and many restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here at the start of our 2 week italian trip. Nice hotel. Very clean and lots of space cupboard space in the rooms. Lovely little dining room and nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. It's was so hot in Rome but the hotel was always lovely and cold! When we left, a waiter and the reception man helped us with our heavy suitcases.

Yelp
This a delightful family owned hotel near the Spanish Steps. The staff was warm and friendly and spoke English very well. The room was cozy and quaint for my two nights in Rome. The free continental breakfast consisted of pastries, cheese, meats and beverages. The location was perfect. You're less than a 10 minute walk from the Spagna red line stop on the Metro. You can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Vatican City would be a nice 45 minute walk. If shopping is your thing, you're minutes away from Via Condotti. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for a return trip to Rome.
