Hotel Gregoriana

The hotel is very clean and our room was well-appointed. There is an elevator in this small hotel. Be prepared to manage your own luggage, though. This is a very small hotel without a lot of staff. Toiletries were a step up from most places and the shower was fantastic. Bedding was luxurious. The breakfast was nice. Bread and cheeses were delicious. Coffee, too. Location was excellent. Definitely make reservations for Sofia’s. Amazing and a quick walk from the hotel.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very close to Spanish Steps, but quiet. Weather was perfect for sleeping with windows open and no problem with noise. I am diabetic and concerned breakfast would only be pastries, which were great. But it included proteins I needed like yogurt, cheese & ham. The service was wonderful, I couldn't have been happier with our stay.

This was near so much and the front desk night person was SO helpful and kind. The breakfast was good, but it wasn't a lot of food, so just expect that. It was a choice of yogurt, coffee/cappuccino, orange juice, croissants, breads and spreads, cheese, salami, ham, fruit, corn flakes and muesli. You can pay extra if you want eggs. I would stay here again. Super nice staff members.

What a wonderful place. We had the suite. Multiple rooms to sit and sleep. We also had a private balcony. Suite was very clean. Staff was friendly and very helpful with all our questions. Food was just perfect for our first day in Rome. We would definitely recommend. Beautiful place.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gregoriana and can't recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk from the Spanish Steps, making it easy to explore the best of Rome on foot. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked away on a quiet street, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of sightseeing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. They even allowed me to check in early, which was a huge help after a long journey. Breakfast was another highlight—delicious, fresh, and served in a charming setting. The combination of excellent service, a prime location, and thoughtful touches made my stay truly enjoyable. I would definitely return on my next trip to Rome!

The 2 gentleman who manage this hotel were exceptional. They helped us and went the extra mile when we were late for our shuttle and stored our luggage for us. It was also very clean and accommodating! Thank you!!! We recommend this hotel!

Room, staff, breakfast, location--all exceptional! Wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again......well done, Hotel Gregoriana! So many locations within a 15 min walk--Spanish Steps just 5 min away, and then down the steps to Piazza di Spagna, or to the gardens around Villa Medici!

It’s the perfect base to explore all the major attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel is impeccable, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The staff are incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile, and they go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. A special mention must go to the owner, who is not only kind but also exceptionally thoughtful. His warm hospitality added a personal touch to our stay and made it unforgettable. This a delightful family owned hotel near the Spanish Steps. The staff was warm and friendly and spoke English very well. The room was cozy and quaint for my two nights in Rome. The free continental breakfast consisted of pastries, cheese, meats and beverages. The location was perfect. You're less than a 10 minute walk from the Spagna red line stop on the Metro. You can easily walk to the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. Vatican City would be a nice 45 minute walk. If shopping is your thing, you're minutes away from Via Condotti. I would definitely stay at this hotel again for a return trip to Rome.
