The staff was ok. After a long road and couple of nights in other hotels we were glad thay speek English :) But.. first: we traveled with our 6 months old babygirl. So when I booked the hotel and after when I sent a special e-mail with a request to place in a room a bed for the baby(twise!!!), nobody answered. In the night, when we arrived - tired and exhausted, thay said that they haven't red neither the note at the booking, neither the e-mail with my request. But as a apollogise we got a free parking. ||Second: We paid for hotel with credit card. After couple of days they called me to say that something is wrong with my credit card and thay haven't received any payment. We also checked that the information about my card is correct and everything was fine there. Anyway - still dont know why thay didnt received the money. What made me angry?! They were so inpolite, rood and desperate after money, that they called on 22:00 o'clock!!! People who has a baby at home will understand what it means :) And inteligent people will understand why at this point I dont whant to go back there again even though the room and servis was fine.
