The positives include its good location, decent food quality, clean rooms with quality furniture/ bathroom etc. The negatives being the bad upkeep of the entrance area, debris lying around , poor hot water availability, nonexistence of travel desk. The staff is naive and hence lack the manners of the courtesy expected at a 3-star facility. The prices are little over the board almost of a 4-star hotel. The worst part of our stay was non availability of hot water in the bathroom in a winter season.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Not Worth the Price! I had a pathetic experience at this hotel. The room service is non-existent—you place an order, and they simply forget to deliver it. To make matters worse, the room telephone doesn’t even work, so there’s no way to follow up. The property itself is very old and poorly maintained, with zero upgrades to match the prices they’re charging. Speaking of prices, they’re charging a whopping ₹6000 for double occupancy, which is more expensive than Radisson, yet the service is nowhere close. To top it all off, they only provide TWO half-liter water bottles for the entire stay. That’s just ridiculous for the price they’re demanding. Avoid this hotel if you value your money and expect even basic hospitality. Not recommended at all!

Second stay in this hotel and it’s a nightmare. The only reason we choose this hotel is because of its location. Rooms are okay but not worth the price. There is mould in bathroom. The cherry on top was this is under renovation and they don’t have any regards for customers. There is high pitch grinding sound outside the room that will give you headache. The staffs response on that was it will stop at 5 PM. So you have to bear this sound for 4 hours. Also there will be a party in the evening so you just have an hour or so to rest before another high pitch sound start piercing your ear drums. Even Inns these days are better than this. Save yourself from getting headaches from all kind of nuisances be it the sounds and staffs complete disregard to hospitality.

A very bad experience from a "3-star" hotel that they boast about. Average rooms, and one of the worst washrooms I've ever seen. Flush and jet spray barely works, no exhaust in the washroom. Had minimal interaction with the staff, but even that was a horrible experience. |A friend needed to stay for 15 mins as we were heading out for dinner later. They charged extra money for that as well. |Electricity went out twice for a fair few minutes. I would not suggest to go here for any reason. I'd suggest Hotel Scarlet any day.

Hotel is good.but infrastructure is little old . Well it is very near to station.. hardly 5 min walk.. breakfast has many options.. service is good .. hotel provided me with early check in ..which i feel happy

I am staying aa of writing and this is the worst experience I ever had! Rooms were Dirty! Laziest staff ever and PATHETIC ROOM SERVICE! We had to change two rooms and situation was same. Nothing was good about this hotel from parking to stay and food.

So bad experience. The staff behavior was very rude with our family. No one was listening to our problems. TV and AC was not working. I only say it is not worth for money

The worst hotel room ever I recently stayed at this hotel,and it was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. First, TV in the room didn’t work at all.I reported it to the staff, but nothing was done to fix it. Second, and even worse, the bathroom was complete disaster. I took a shower, the entire bathroom would flood with water, making it almost impossible to use afterward.there was clearly a drainage issue, and it made my stay extremely UNCOMFORTABLE.
