Hotel Hacienda del Conde Meliá Collection Golf & Spa Adults Only

Hacienda del Conde offers a peaceful retreat in the quieter northern part of Tenerife, surrounded by dramatic landscapes and coastal views. The property itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that feel calm and elegant while offering impressive views across the surrounding golf course and coastline. The setting naturally lends itself to relaxation, making it an ideal place to slow down and enjoy the scenery. Service throughout the hotel was warm, professional, and discreet, exactly the level of hospitality expected from a luxury property. The food offering was particularly impressive. Each meal felt carefully prepared, with a strong selection of meats, fish, and cheeses, alongside a well-presented continental buffet. The overall dining experience consistently felt closer to fine dining than a typical hotel restaurant. The spa is also worth mentioning, offering a calm and restorative environment that complements the hotel’s tranquil atmosphere. Overall, Hacienda del Conde delivers a refined and relaxing stay with excellent food, attentive service, and a beautiful natural setting.

This was our third visit in three years and the quality is still aspirational. We caught the tail end of a major storm but after day 2 the weather was good. Our junior suite was at pool deck level with a great view - roughly like the picture alongside. Attention to detail in the hotel is impressive. We were on a half board package and the buffet dinners were always great, with a different partial theme every day - shellfish, Japanese, Italian, etc, but with a good variety of meats grilled to order and prepared hot and cold dishes on offer. We didn't feel the need to try the additional-cost a-la-carte and Italian restautants. As the dishes change substantially every evening I made sure I tried every dish I fancied and I put on a few kilos over the week!|The golf course survived the storm well and apart from evidence of over-use on the tees (it is well used) the course was in great condition and still offers a variety of challenges for golfers of all abilities. We used a buggy every day but played with other couples using trollies, and we saw some golfers carry their clubs. We heard that it gets really busy in the afternoons when the cruise ships deliver busloads of golfers for twilight golf.|We had use of the spa and it was great for relaxation and revitalisation after a strenuous round of golf. It is good to get this included in the package.|The hotel is adults-only and is a great example of luxury without bling and glitz. It offers relaxed comfort in a colonial-style setting that meets the needs of those prepared to pay a little more for the experience. |We booked everything in a single phone call to Jet2 holidays and got a good package with complimentary car - they don't do a coach transfer to this hotel. We would book with them again.

I spent one week at this five-star hotel and it was an amazing experience. The hotel is wonderful, with extremely friendly and professional staff. The rooms are very spacious, beautiful, and offer a stunning view, perfect to have a time for yourself:) The food was outstanding - every meal was a real pleasure, selection of meat, fish and cheeses was great. Everyone was kind and welcoming. Special thanks to the amazing chef Maria for her incredible cuisine. I truly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again :)

Great luxury resort with awesome rooms including walk-in closet. The rooms are clean and provide all relevant amenities. The food in the different restaurants was subpar and surprising considering that there is not really anything around. We ordered room service and while the burger was decent, the desserts were appalling. A microwaved cheesecake, covered with some jam to disguise the mess, a frozen brownie tasting of the plastic it was wrapped in with an even more plasticky ice cream on top was not what we expected. The staff and especially Javier (barkeeper) are very friendly and accommodating! The hotel is quite far away from everything but theoretically you can get everything you need directly there.

Our 3rd stay at this quality hotel was in January 2026. We have enjoyed all three. |The hotel is quiet and adults only. |We were on a bed and breakfast booking this time. There are two restaurants within walking distance, one at the Golf Club and one further down the road next to the ocean. So, with restaurants at the hotel as well, there is plenty of choice. |Breakfast is excellent and |parking on the road is easy.|We had a Junior Suite with a balcony with views to the sea across the golf course. We would recommend this rather than the basic rooms.|All of the staff are friendly and efficient. |Guests probably need a car to get here and to make the most of the surrounding area.....unless you are golfing on the great- looking course every day!|We had a really enjoyable stay.

I would give this hotel a 4.5 -4.6 Google allowed half stars. The only complaint was the AC in the room didn’t really cool. The hotel was quiet being adults only so we slept with our balcony doors open and the temperature was good. Food was great and attentive service at dinner. Breakfast service was lacking. I was always out of coffee and there was no one to help or no self service station. I would stay here again. Beautiful property and golf was great!

Situated on a stunning dramatic costline this 5*Hotel makes you feel away from the world. Beautiful rooms and overall a special attentions for any detalis around the hotel. Clean and very tidy. The Spa offers a very relaxing and conformable atmosphere. The staff are polite, friendly and really helpful. Lovely food and well presented continental buffet. Service attentive and quick. We couldn't choose any better place for our honeymoon. Highly recommended if you are looking for something very special. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My experience at Hotel Hacienda del Conde was quite disappointing, especially when it comes to the restaurant, which leaves a lot to be desired. The food was, without exaggeration, awful. Poorly prepared dishes, lacking flavor, some served cold, and with very careless presentation for a hotel of this category. The quality of the ingredients seemed low, and the price-quality ratio is completely disproportionate. At several moments it felt like eating at a low-level restaurant, not at a hotel that claims to offer luxury and exclusivity. But the worst part was not only the food — it was the service. The attention in the restaurant was poor and unprofessional. The managers — an Italian guy and his colleague — left much to be desired in terms of attitude and management. They seemed inattentive, not solution-oriented when we raised complaints, and their attitude bordered on indifference. At no point did we feel that they cared about the customer experience. It’s a shame, because the hotel facilities are not bad, but the dining experience completely ruins the stay. I would not return or recommend it, especially if you expect a minimum level of quality in restaurant service.
