Hotel Hale

Extremely happy with our decision to stay at Hotel Hale. The location is perfect to walk around bathhouse row. I was a little worried about parking but Pat and Sully helped us drop off and find a spot right across the street. Breakfast was wonderful and the house made pastries were on point. The soak was just what the doctor ordered. Will definitely be back!

Perfect location, lovely staff, delicious food and well-appointed rooms. Hotel Hale has all the charm of one of the oldest hotels on bathouse row, with all the amenities we expect when traveling. The mineral water bath and unlimited chilled drinking water were wonderful. Coffee service delivered to the room each morning was a pleasant way to start the day. Valet parking was easy to navigate and everyone was super helpful.

Fantastic location right on main strip one building from the visitor center. Breakfast every morning during the week and brunch on the weekends is included with your stay. Rooms are spacious with many modern amenities. This is a historic boutique hotel, has only 9 rooms, while certainly upscale, do not expect it to be the Ritz. The staff is overwhelming accommodating, your are supplied with refillable decanter of the hot springs water for your consumption, they chill it for you prior to giving it to you and you can place it in your mini fridge. The hot springs water is directly pumped into the bathtubs of each room. The shower, sink and toilet all have city water. Bathtubs are spacious and easily fit two average humans and fill rather quickly. Shower, sink and toilet are all of high quality. Two robes are also supplied. All supplied towels were soft and clean. The bed we had in the "Maurice" unit was comfortable with ample pillows. The wifi speed in the unit was fast and dedicated to those staying at the hotel. Definitely fast enough to stream. Satellite TV also included. Weekend nights can be loud as there is a bar and full dining room, however the grouds are typically gone by 9:30pm and the hotel becomes very quiet. To address some of the other reviews, yes there is a small orientation at check in. Maybe takes 15min total, covers when and where to go for breakfast, coffee delivery in the mornings...more on that later, and how to safely fill the tubs to avoid a wet mess and damage to a national park facility. Remember this is a national historical building in a national park....there are some additional rules and considerations. COFFEE: they do have a small Starbucks inside, as a hotel guest you get a pot of coffee, mugs and creamer delivered every morning at the time you designate. LOVE THIS! Parking is done off site, you can use their valet service or you can park about a 5-10min walk away depending on traffic in a city owned structure for roughly $10 per day...as after 6pm till 8am is free, Sunday is also free. There is an unloading area for hotel guests that places right near the main entrance of the hotel, it is located just almost directly in front of the visitor center, the walk is very short 1 to 2min max, that is also the point where they will valet you from, there is also a luggage cart if needed. Would stay again for sure!

We just had a two night stay at Hotel Hale and had a phenomenal experience! The staff are very communicative and were incredibly thorough walking us through the check-in process and touring the hotel and our room. The room was clean and well maintained and the soaking tub with hot springs water was perfect after a day of travel. The included brunch was superb and we highly recommend the bananas foster French toast and the spinach and feta quiche. We will definitely be booking the Hotel Hale again the next time we're in town!

My mother and I stayed at Hotel Hale in Hot Springs for our annual mother-daughter trip, and what a gem this place turned out to be. From the moment we arrived, Sully and Stephanie at the front desk made us feel completely at home—truly some of the kindest people we’ve encountered on our travels.|We stayed in the “Lamar” room and absolutely loved it. It was charming, thoughtfully designed, and blissfully quiet at night. The highlight for my mom was the bathtub filled with thermal spring water—she made sure to soak in it both nights we were there. For the novelty, we visited the Quapaw Bathhouse, but honestly, our private in-room bath was the better experience by far.|Breakfast was simple but delicious, and the cocktails were top-notch. I wish I could remember the bartender’s name—she was fantastic and added such a fun energy to the evening. Dinner, on the other hand, was a bit pricey for how average it was, and our server came off a little gruff. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.|One tip: definitely spring for the valet parking. Downtown Hot Springs can be chaotic, and having that taken care of made a huge difference.|All in all, Hotel Hale was a beautiful, cozy retreat and a perfect base for our trip. We’d absolutely stay again.

Great experience. Rally made the park experience. Provided the luxury and pamper of the hot spring right in your room. Took a mineral bath x2 daily. Not something you get at holiday in. Pat the owner made sure all our needs were met for our 3 nights. Hot spring with our staying here might have been a bummer.

I really loved everything about our stay. The staff quickly knew which room we were in and would bring us our breakfast we selected every morning (homemade quiche and fruit, etc). It was so beautiful. I loved being able to take a hot springs bath in my own room - amazing. The hotel sells salts and some bath bombs and things to make it even more fun :) Also loved all the tile throughout. Perfect location in bathhouse row. We also stayed in the hotel across the street, but if I came back, I would choose this one again. Parking is the trickiest thing. No free parking and I didn’t know where my car went, so there wasn’t access to get things I left in it (I’m sure they would have helped me if I asked).

Absolutely amazing the hotel, the staff, and food where truly beyond our expectations. The hot springs water in our room was one of the best parts. We loved being able to soak up the water. Highly recommend this place. Such a great piece of history truly blessed to be able to experience this.

Good "bed and breakfast," hotel. They called me on the phone to find out when I would be arriving. I had paid for valet parking. There is a small indent in the road about two buildings from the hotel that has room for three vehicles. That's where you go for valet parking. The valet came out with a luggage caddy to take my stuff in. While I was checking in, they put the luggage in my room. The room was pleasant and the bed firm. They had two chocolate chip cookies waiting. The front desk person showed us how to access the mineral hot spring water. The room had two robes, an iron, ironing board, television, table and chairs, and a fridge with a carafe of mineral water. Being able to take multiple mineral baths is the major benefit. We went down to the restaurant and enjoyed happy hour. Had a great spicy mango drink. We order the burger and the potato skins (or more like spears). Both were good. Next time, I would have probably stuck to the burger only next time since the portion was huge and there were some unique french fries. The staff was super friendly and talkative. The restaurant was pretty empty. The only negatives to the room were: The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (I saw hairs and one of the grab bars was loose) The smell of natural gas in the building. Obviously, this is a very old building and I'm sure the equipment leaks, but at night it became worse and worse. It wasn't until the morning that I figured out how to open the door to the outside. All in all a nice treat.

Heard about the Hotel Hale while visiting Hot Springs in 2022 and now had the opportunity to stay there. Oh boy, was it worth the wait! So old school, a definite white glove experience, including excellent service and attention to detail. On the day of my arrival, Heather called me mid-morning to ask my general ETA and give me tips on how to park "near" for off-loading luggage since the hotel is on the main street and has no direct car access. I wanted a room with seating so selected the "Libby" which has a cafe table plus 2 chairs. Loved this room, though mind you, it's street-side. Lots of light and I thought it was very quiet, even for May. Heather took me to my room and showed me how to carefully fill up the tub without burning myself. The water is SUPER HOT, and really, you can fill it with cool water and be totally rejuvenated. I later returned to the front desk and bought some bath salts w/CBD and was given a $25 gift certificate for the neighboring store where the salts were sold. The bath was divine, what else can I say? I stayed in the bath maybe a half hour and was a complete noodle afterwards. Heather also showed me the mineral water in a carafe (in the mini fridge), homemade cookies from Eden Bakery, homemade soap, as well as fresh robes, towels, etc. Breakfast is part of the room cost and served 8-9a, so before retiring, I handed in the my selected menu items. You have a choice of Bacon/Spinach or Spinach/Feta Quiche, Hard Boiled Egg, Greek Yogurt, Fresh Fruit, Muffin, and Juice...or you can have it all! You can also have a full carafe of coffee delivered to your room in the morning! With cream! The king bed was firm...YAY! plus you can control the thermostat to your liking. Upon check out, I asked where I could get BBQ to go. I was told to visit Stubby"s BBQ and happily relayed "The mayor sent me!" The hotel owner and mayor (one and the same) also does the valet car-parking ($25 - what a bargain). Everyone at the hotel was friendly and personable and f. I had the most fabulous time and can't wait to return!

We had dinner The Hale Bathhouse. Keith is still talking about how good his pork chop was. Who needs applesauce when you have a marvelous peach yumminess. The chef came out and talked with us and Robert our waiter was wonderfully attentive and yet not overly burdensome. Wonderful experience.

Hot Springs Arkansas is a must see town and National Park !! We chose ," The Hale Inn" on Central Ave. Our stay 5 nights . Anniversary and Mothers day 2023. The hotel has 9 rooms. We chose the room called , " The Hale " over 600sq ft , Decorated very nicely. Upscale linens on bed . HOT SPRINGS WATER PUMPS STRAIGHT TO A SOAKING TUB ! Mineral baths any time as many times as you like!!! The staff is amazing fantastic and attentive! Breakfast/brunch is including and is wonderful with a in-house chef and bakery . The restaurant offers a very nice menu selection . Specialty cocktails made by expert bartenders! The owners are welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is special. We would and WILL definitely return!!! This Historic Inn has earned a 10 star rating in our book!!! Just A LOVELY 5 day experience!!! Go go go !!! Book it ! You will not be disappointed!!!

Sign said open, door didn't open so we walked away then a gray haired gentleman came out the other door and instead of saying" come on in,we're open" he said in an aggressive manner " can I help you"? I said we wanted to come in for brunch but the door wasn't open, he the replied" well the open sign is on" ! I told him the door was still locked then he said I should have tried the other one. Thing is, proper etiquette is the go in the right door and other people come out the left so I told him if he was going to be a smartass, we'll pass and go somewhere else. You have 1 star cause I can't give no stars!

We purchased a small Hummingbird cake from the Eden bakery at this hotel. It looked very pleasing. It cost about $15. It was terrible. First, it was dry. Second, there was no banana flavor at all. Third, yikes.... there was no any kind of flavor. Just a kind of brown cake. We were passing by the Hotel the next day, and I stopped by just to make sure we were given the Hummingbird cake and not something else. Turns out per the cashier that the baker is vegan and doesn't taste anything. Oh my oh my! If that's truly the case, he needs to get recipes from someone who has tasted the recipe! And they were sorry, but no offer to make amends.

I'm sad to say I was less than impressed with my experience at Hotel Hale. We were pretty excited to spend a night here and had been debating prior to our arrival if we should change plans to extend our stay. Boy are we glad we did not. The cons: - we were both surprised that the bathtubs weren't a little roomier. For having the mineral bath be such a selling point of staying at the Hale we thought it'd be a nicer set up. - we were told the mineral water would come out very hot so we should fill the tub, let it set, and then bathe. After filling the tub and letting it set for a while we discovered that you could actually pipe in cold hot spring water. Seems like an oxymoron, that. And we really should've figured that out sooner, but we were going off the information provided. - the complimentary homemade cookies, while a nice touch, were both rather disgusting. - the breakfast was sub-par. The quiche was the best part but everything else was truly lacking. And despite having a juicer in the front with oranges in it, they do not offer fresh orange juice with breakfast. That's a weekend specialty only. The orange juice they serve during the week is cartoned and nothing special. - the rooms aren't sound proof. We heard the staff knocking on the other doors delivering coffee in the morning. - the antique architecture, while beautiful, didn't seem well maintained and gave off a worn down feel instead of an old time luxury feel. For the prices of the rooms we expected better upkeep. - the room we were in didn't have any privacy when it came to the windows. We had to keep the curtains drawn as we faced the main street and were only on the second floor. The pros: - we enjoyed the king bed and the exposed brick wall in our room. - we appreciated the access to fresh water and that we could refill our water on our own from the fridge downstairs. - the complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate option was a nice touch - but as for the hot chocolate taste it was sub-par.

Amazing experience. The hot spring mineral water bath was truly awesome. You have a chilled carafe of mineral water in a mini fridge waiting for you. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was great. Worth every penny. We will absolutely return.

I wish there were more stars to give this amazing boutique hotel. Located on bath house row, this is one of the only ones that has hot mineral water piped into the rooms. Built in the late 1800's and restored beautifully. From the front desk, to house keeping everyone was fantastic. Mineral water waiting in your refrigerator to the fresh baked cookies on the night stand, it is perfection. Fresh brewed coffee delivered to your room in the morning and then a delicious brunch downstairs. I can't speak highly enough of this gem. The owners are frequently on site making sure everything is exceptional! Book your stay today you won't regret it.

By historic, they must mean the quality of service because you don't get service like this anymore. Room was immaculate and front desk staff went over and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely be back.

First off, we were given no guidance or direction about valet parking until we called them upon arrival. If you expect to drive up to a "front door", you will be discombobulated. Secondly, it is disconcerting when I pay 5 star prices, only to feel awkward to walk upon most of the staff smoking outside the exterior door throughout our stay. While the owners take their time to make sure you don't overfill their bathtubs, they neglect to let you know you should request cleaning services if you stay multiple days....place a hanging tag the " correct way".... To get one's room cleaned...at almost 300.00 a night..,(their cleaning staff has a total of 9 rooms to clean). While a fresh baked cookie, in your room, and a tiny rubber duckie, near your bath...,should make you feel special, it is the bigger things that need attention to justify the expense. We ate at the restaurant Eden for our 41st wedding anniversary....and trust me, I mentioned that repeatedly..,.our waitress was also the bartender. Our service was mediocre! Additionally, I called and spoke to one of the owners about a reference for a place for mani/pedis...noting they could take their time responding to my request s...,and I never heard back from them. Yet, in numerous public ads, they profess to being able to set up appointments for a customer. Either walk the walk and talk the talk...or not. But, I paid over 700.00 for two nights of hotel service, and I regret my choice.

Adore this place. Two years ago I came in with my partner on a whim, and landed a walk-in reservation. This past visit to hot springs we decided to come back and stay two nights, we loved the first stay so much. This place has the loveliest and most genuine hotel staff. You feel like you're in a sweet little bed and breakfast, but with upscale room accommodations. Free brunch on weekends, coffee delivered to the room at your time of choosing, and endless hot mineral water straight from the springs to your room. It's fantastic.

I stayed at Hotel Hale one night in November for my Birthday on a trip with my mom. I came across Hotel Hale and saw how unique it was and I was super excited to stay here vs. a generic hotel. I am so glad I did! It was worth the extra money and the experience was fantastic! The customer service was great when making the reservation and every contact with staff during the stay was excellent. The property is small enough where they remember all of the guests by name and those small little details about you. I arrived a few minutes too early to check in but I was able to leave my luggage before going to walk around town. Check in was super easy and a member of the staff give you a quick tour of your room to show you how to work everything. There is fresh spring water in the room along with fresh baked cookies. My mom and I stayed in the Quapaw room which I believe is the only one with two beds in it which was perfect for us. The back door opened up to a wooded area. The use of valet was super simple and you only had to give the front desk a few minutes heads up so they can run down the road and grab your car. Breakfast in the morning was super yummy. Upon check in, you are provided a check list to indicate what items you would like for breakfast. I checked everything off and received everything. It was all fresh and delicious. The property is beautiful, super clean and walking distance to all of the stores, restaurants and spa downtown. You are a couple minute drive to the observation tower in Hot Springs. I highly recommend Hotel Hale and would absolutely stay there again if ever in Hot Springs!

The Hale is a unique & special boutique hotel. Unique because it's in one of the lovely, historic bath houses & has the natural hot springs thermal water piped right into your room's luxury tub. Special because of the excellent, attentive, friendly personal service provided by the proprietors & staff. With only 9 rooms, they make you feel welcome & cared for. In addition, the in house restaurant The Eden is excellent. Breakfast is included & wonderful. Also enjoyed cocktails & dinner. Hotel location is perfect for walking to sights, restaurants & shops. Don't be put off by lack of on-site parking. Pay for their valet service which is easy, convenient & well worth the reasonable price. My only criticism (why I deducted a star) is the room furnishings. They don't fit the atmosphere of the hotel & are not conducive to relaxing in the room -which you want to do after taking your thermal bath. Our room (the Libby) had a metal table with metal chairs -more suitable for a patio or cafe than a hotel room. Please replace with 2 comfortable chairs & side table. Mattress was good but close to needing replacing. Room could use a bit of color & nicer wall decor. We visit Hot Springs often & I would happily stay here again but with room upgrades I wouldn't ever consider staying anywhere else.

One of the best experiences we have ever had. We just got done hiking and we were not sure we were dressed appropriately but they didn't mind. The owner walked us back himself. He happens to be the mayor of Hot Springs. He was so kind. His staff was more than excellent. We were here for happy hour. We had a home made cream soda for kids and 2 cakes. Draft beer and a cocktail. Nothing disappointing! They treated us like family. We had the gooey butter cake and I cannot say enough about that dessert! The chocolate cake was also gooey and great! I love cake and beer together and these guys crushed it! I enjoy going to many different places but I would skip that and go back here. We are from out of town

We had a reservation for early May. I needed to reschedule it due to 3 kids activities I have no control over being scheduled during the time we had scheduled and was told we have to pay $35 per night to cancel or reschedule this reservation. They say each reservation is an individual reservation and we will be charged the $35 per night even if I rescheduled. That is not what the policy saysDon't stay here unless there is no possible way your plans could have to be changed.

I felt as if I walked into a speakeasy ... more like the renovated bathhouse area turned into a bar and tapas place. We had a wonderful host take us to the area and then drop us off to yet another fun employee (wait staff). For happy hour, I had the Ste Germaine bubbly (name?) and lots of icy cold mineral water. Tip: there is a metal door which leads to the steam room... you can ask to feel the steam briefly.

Incredible hotel, hospitality, and attention to detail. And thermal water right into your own bathtub! Highly recommend!

The cutest little locally owned boutique hotel! If you're into history, this little spot is a must stay. It is the oldest bath house on bath house row and some of the interior is original. There are 9 total rooms. It is the only hotel in the area that has the hot springs water pumped into it. Each room has a bath tub in it to enjoy the hot springs water. As I'm a huge bath fan, this was a major draw. The room we stayed in was decorated in all mid century modern furnishings. Complimentary breakfast was not just the average hotel buffet. Options are provided and the daily coffee room service (Starbucks coffee I think) was such a nice treat. While we were there, we never drove anywhere. But valet is the best option as parking is difficult. (The loading area in front of the Fordyce Bath house is where valet will meet you. Do call ahead so they are ready for you.) The customer service was impeccable. So much more personal than a chain hotel. The owner is the mayor of Hot Springs and on our day leaving, he actually brought our car around! How many hotels have you gone to where the mayor brings you your car? Absolutely recommend and will be visiting it (and the amazing restaurant) again soon.

I'm local. I had brunch in the restaurant at the Hale today. My favorite brunch is a smoked salmon Benedict, which is hard to find, so I was happy to see it on the menu. Big mistake! I'd like to say something nice about this meal, but I can't. The service was slow, and the food took forever, even though they weren't busy at all. The food arrived barely warm, and it was nothing like the smoked salmon Benedicts I've enjoyed in the past. The salmon, what there was of it, was soggy, mushy, and flavorless. I'd have sent it back and ordered something else, but my friend had limited time, and the food had already taken too long, so who knows how much longer another dish would have taken? I managed some of it. Won't be back. Stay there, fine, but downtown Hot Springs has many better places to eat, and most are cheaper.

Stayed one night and the geothermal mineral bath was pure bliss Staff is very friendly and accommodating

Made this reservation with the intent of going but a snafu with air reservations made it unrealistic. Found out and put in a cancellation request less than 24 hours later as an option to move our dates was evidently not able to be accommodated. We wanted to make sure to give them immediate notice so they wouldn't realistically be impacted and could rebook the room. Almost a month goes by and no confirmation of cancellation was provided. Called today to find out that they didn't cancel the reservation and are charging us $70 to do so- had they done it immediately, they wouldn't have been impacted. Sergio, the person we spoke with this time around, said it was at the direction of Pat and Ellen McCabe. We had originally intended on rebooking but this is truly poor customer service. Won't rebook, and cannot recommend.

Words can't express how wonderful this hotel is. The staff (especially Sergio) is fantastic. We stayed in the Fordyce room and ate at their restaurant several times. If I had to say anything bad it would be that their decadent baked goods aren't low calorie. I'm about to book a visit next year!

Disclaimer: I have not stayed or eaten here so take that into consideration. But, this place made me want too stay and eat here as soon as I walked in. This place immediately draws you in with their nicely lit entry, living plants on the walls, friendly staff, local speciality lotion that is to die for (my hands smelled amazing the rest of the day), and the building that reeks of history. This place is also centrally located along the strip. They as well have a hot springs cave inside that is just cool to gawk at. Next time I am in town I will make a reservation, because they were completely booked when we popped in around 5pm on a Saturday.

It's rare for me to say that I want to go back and visit just a specific hotel. Most of the time they are a place to sleep and I can take it or leave it. This place I am already dreaming of coming back and wondering when I can squeeze in a trip to visit. The staff are amazing. The people really make the place for sure! Loved having a great breakfast available daily and we drank a few gallons of the mineral water. The baths were awesome and the hotel is charming. I would say my only negative is that we ordered dinner one night (it was a last minute decision because everything else was closed/closing/long wait) and well it was just okay (3.75 stars out of 5). The charcuterie board was a 10 but the main course was only okay otherwise. I chose something simple after a long day. My burger wasn't seasoned which was disappointing. However they were having some staff issues so we were able to give them grace on it.

Quaint and luxurious at the same time! The staff were so welcoming and friendly. There are some special things I don't want to give away because it was such a nice surprise for me and my girlfriend but suffice to say this place is super special.

One of the best hotel stays we have had. From the service to the property itself, staying here made our visit to Hot Springs NP outstanding. The rooms are full of character and history, yet modern and comfortable. The staff was extremely attentive, helpful, and kind (whether we were calling to ask for the valet or having the morning coffee service delivered to our room). We are pretty thrifty but the hotel valet is 100% worth it since there is no parking lot and the free city parking is a few blocks away. Also, it was so fun to be able to take a bath in the room in the park's mineral waters (and the tub was huge and comfortable)! The hotel is part of Bathhouse Row so everything you want to see in the park is actually next door. Finally, breakfast was included and was also delicious (with fresh squuezed OJ).

I brought my mom for a girls weekend to celebrate her 70th birthday...we had the best time!!! The kind folks at Hotel Hale provided a comfy place to sleep and the brunch...OMG. The brunch is amazing! We also loved the soaking tub and purchased some soaking salts to take full advantage of the great tub! I can't wait for another trip back to Hotel Hale!

Where to begin ? I do a lot of research before I make a reservation at a hotel or restaurant. The work and reading reviews pays off . Hotel Hale embodies genuine hospitality and charm . I will be general here as I could write pages of accolades . Every person on staff was welcoming , kind , professional . All areas from the stairwell to rooms are immaculate . Service is top notch in the restaurant , valets , front desk and room service . We had two of three dinners in Eden , the hotel restaurant and wish we had chosen to have our third dinner there too. Meals were SO good and the servers were attentive and prompt . Our room was beautiful , mattress very comfortable , soaking tub over the moon luxury . WIFI fast and easy connection. The soap and lotions available in the lobby I liked so much I filled a bag for gifts and the coffee is really good too so I brought some for back home . Oh .. and the mineral water kept me hydrated and my husband and I both say best tasting water which we will remember when we get home ! We have absolutely not one negative to say about Hotel Hale . Best place we have ever stayed . We feel very fortunate and blessed to have stayed there .

Worth the Splurge! WORTH THE STAY!! My Husband and I were looking for a Hot Spring to relax but all the other bathhouses were booked. After walking the bathhouse row we found this charming hotel. Pat let us know the Hot Spring water was pumped into the personal tubs of each room. I must admit this place was outside of our normal hotel price range but after a day of hiking we took the plunge and it was worth it!! The staff was extremely friendly, kind and hospitable. They bring coffee to your room in the morning. You'll have a seat saved for brunch. Moreover, Pat was personable and made us feel like guests of honor. This gem of a hotel truly enhanced our Arkansas visit. If you're able to Splurge, I'd recommend the Stay!

Let's start with the kind folks who greet you, Ivy is a complete sweet heart, very thoughtful in every way. Brian was also very helpful. Beautiful holiday decorations in the reception area . All COVID-19 precautions were being followed, Ivy took us to our room, the Maurice, and completely explained the ins and outs , we were excited to experience the healing properties of the mineral water, super comfortable bed , soft linens, love the original squeaking floors, can't wait to stay here again, highly recommend

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! The entire hotel and lobby was extremely clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable- They even helped my husband to arrange to have a chocolate cake waiting on us in our room upon check in since it was my birthday (it was delicious!). The cookies left on our bedside tables were amazingly yummy. The tub with natural mineral water was really cool- the kids enjoyed the deep bathtub! Breakfast was a very nice touch and tasted amazing. This hotel pampers you. We received warm cookies at check in, cold mineral water, coffee delivered to our room in the morning, and a delicious breakfast in the lobby. The rooms are newly decorated and clean. We enjoyed our mineral water bath! The tub is new and the water seriously hot.

To say this was an AMAZING stay is under statement !! My husband & I travel a lot & it's not very often you find a hidden gem like this. Everything about the stay was perfect starting with the personal service given by the owners to the amazing bartender (by far the best drinks in the state of Arkansas ) the very attentive staff goes above & beyond to make the stay unforgettable !! We stayed in the Maurice witch was a perfect room ! We will definitely be back!

I thought we would have a good experience based on the reviews I found beforehand, but our experience surpassed our expectations completely! First and foremost, the staff is AMAZING. Everyone was beyond friendly and always more than accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised to find out when we arrived that there is coffee/tea/soda service each morning brought to the room. There is a VERY yummy breakfast each weekday morning and a fabulous brunch in the restaurant on weekends. We ate in the restaurant on three different evenings - yes, it is that good. The drinks, apps, and entrees cannot be beat. Very unique selections and very generous portions to boot. The rooms are SO clean!!! We stayed in the Buckstaff, and it was just the right size for my husband and me. Huge closet, dresser with lots of drawers, and a table that made for a nice landing spot for goodies we brought back. The bed and pillows are the most comfortable we have ever had in a hotel. The soaking tub for the mineral bath in the room was crazy comfortable. What I found especially impressive is how often the owner (and mayor) and his wife are actually present to assist the staff. They clearly pitch in whenever and wherever they are needed - the teamwork shown was above and beyond. Right now, when staffing is a challenge in every industry, and when people are getting burnt out - that was very refreshing to see. It does seems too good to be true, but we stayed 4 days/5 nights and the experience was consistent throughout. I have a feeling they make everyone feel like family when there - it's obvious they enjoy hosting people and genuinely care about people, too. By the way, I have never written a review this long, but it was that good, and I still don't feel like I did our experience justice.

WOW amazing food, beautiful renovations, and amazing service! The food was fresh, elegant, and for an amazing price. The drinks are phenomenal, and I suggest getting a drink with their fresh squeezed oranges! Every food item we ordered was plated with care, and delicious. The steak fries are the best fries I've ever eaten! If you stay at their hotel, the owner leaves you homemade cookies. Yum! I applaud the owners, chefs, and staff for their excellence in service. Can't wait to come back and stay in one of their beautiful hotel rooms. -

This charming hotel is my favorite in Hot Springs. I can't wait to come back each time I am in town. The owners are friendly and remember past guests. The bar and food at the restaurant is incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathtubs in the rooms...I literally can't wait to get in a bath when I check in. Situated right in the middle of Bathhouse Row you can park the car for the weekend and not need it again until time to go home. Highly recommend this as a place to stay when you are in town!

Hale is a Boutique hotel on the main Hot Springs strip, worth looking into. Stay at the hotel for the food, unless you are in the mood for something leaving the hotel for food is a mistake for once. The chefs and the pastry chef (one of the owners) are off the chain. The attention to detail is second to none at Hale and at 300 ish a night you can't beat it for a quick, very nice getaway. The food is amazing! The service is great. And one of the neatest hotels I've seen. They really go out of the way to make sure that you get a great experience.

Loved Hotel Hale! Pat & the gang provided a family atmosphere and friendly service that you rarely see anymore. The Hale is located in the center of the action on Bathhouse Row - everything is literally just steps away. Highly recommended!

We went to get drinks here while walking around. Our server, Robert, was amazing at recommending tasteful drinks. The specials on happy hour were unique and refreshing. Will definitely be back!

My spouse and I spent three nights at Hotel Hale and were completely blown away by the excellent service, personal touch, fantastic accommodations (we stayed in the Lamar Room) and incredible food!! Pat and Ellen McCabe have created something very special in Hot Springs. We will definitely be back and I'd encourage everyone one else to enjoy some time there as well!! It's not every day that the Mayor of the city you are staying at works the valet service as well as delivers food! Not to mention the incredible drink Ellen prepared for my wife and I!!!

Best way to experience Hot Springs! Loved the historic hotel with modern amenities, excellent service and wonderful food. Soak in hot spring water bath while sipping cool spring water at your leisure. Great way for a family to experience Hot Springs! Thank you for the great stay.

This place is one of the finest, well managed hotels I've ever stayed in and I've been traveling for 30 years! The staff are all friendly, from the first phone call to the busboy that cleared our table. The girl at the reception desk was especially nice. The pillows were the most comfortable pillows we've ever slept on. We're going to purchase them! The food and wine selections are superb! My pork chop was so tender and flavorful I ate the whole thing! The mineral water in the tub is just over the top luxury and the breakfast brought to our rooms was a big surprise and so so good! I truly can't find one thing I'd change or one thing that could have been better. They maintained the old ambiance while ensuring the finest of modern luxuries. So grateful we found this place. We will definitely return!

Had an impromptu date with my wife here this morning! Everything on the menu looked great and the service was outstanding. My wife and I text our friends about this establishment as we were sitting there. We can't wait to return!

This is a fantastic hotel. They have customer service down to an art form, on top of great amenities. We stayed in the Buckstaff room and really enjoyed having the mineral water tub right in the room. Breakfast was delicious. Coffee service was awesome. Spring water was superb. I would definitely recommend Hotel Hale.

Brunch was amazing!! There are 6 different mimosas to choose from (I recommended that they start offering a flight!) and the food was very good.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by accident, when inquiring about thermal baths. First off, this 9 room boutique hotel is newly renovated and adorable. I will most definitely stay here when we come back. We were told about their quaint restaurant, and decided to eat there for dinner that evening. Great choice!! The space is beautiful with its vaulted glass skylight ceiling and "green wall". Nice bar attached to dining. Cozy, fresh, modern but maintains the rich history of the building. Appetizer: tuna crostinis- DELICIOUS! Drinks: hibiscus margarita- FABULOUS AND PRETTY. Entrees: filet with shrimp and roasted pork chop both with seasonal vegetables- both cooked to perfection! The chef takes his presentation very seriously which is always fun. It makes a typical night out for dinner extra special. Then we were served their homemade strawberry cake!! I so wish we could have finished it, because it we to die for. My recommendation is to go to hotel hale and just get that cake so it can be savored on its own. Check this place out! It's a good one.
