Room: very cold, left with a cold! Could not turn the AC stronger because it was too noisy Breakfast was in another hotel and I could never understand why the tomatoes were not washed , the sink was like the staff not all to use! P.S : interior photos are from the hotel where we had the breakfast

This is a great hotel with a lot of charm.|The views of the town and distant mountains are lovely.|The breakfast is very good, it’s quite simple but perfect start to the day. Great bread, lovely cheese and meat, tasty pastry’s. Extremely good orange juice and coffee. Fresh fruit. The breakfast staff are very lovely.|Check in is at a different hotel but it was exceptional. Simone could not have been better. She gave us restaurant recommendations and every one was out of this world. Do ask her for advice as she knows Begur back to front and is a great resource for planning a perfect stay!|The only niggle is that whilst you know it’s a period / character property I didn’t like the fact the shower and basin are in the room and not partitioned off. Not great for privacy, and there was a drains smell in the room.

My husband and I stayed in the superior suite for 2x nights in May and had a lovely weekend in Begur & surrounding area. The hotel is super unique and charming with lovely tiling and design features that play into its asian theme. Breakfast and coffee were very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are big and comfy. You have to check in at their sister hotel up the street which is a bit confusing when you receive your confirmation but it's literally 10 steps away so it was really no trouble. Would definitely go back. A really special little place.

We were in Begur for a wedding close by. Enjoyed the town with its charming narrow streets, shops and restaurants but most of all enjoyed the oasis that is Hotel Hanoi, the smallest of three hotels in the 'Group' and close to center of town. Only nine rooms, more of a bed and breakfast. Lovely old house, very tasteful and appointed rooms, good aircon and wi-fi. Excellent breakfast on the patio, and always coffee, croissants available ... and newspapers every day, including one in English. One lady takes care of everything and she is a delight.||||The other nearest hotel, Le Petit Convent, (100 yards) has a restaurant and very helpful staff as well.||||We'll be back.

We payed 75 € per night in October for a double room including breakfast. For this price we were really happy! It’s a proper hotel, in the center of Begur, very close to all the restaurants. The have a very nice slightly Asian design throughout the whole hotel. The reception is in another hotel just around the corner, the service at the desk was very nice.

Everything was AWESOME at Hotel Hanoi. I arrived after a very long hike and was met by a friendly woman at the door. Without a common language she let me know I needed to come with her to another location where they handle the hotels reception. It was just a half block away and she escorted me there. I was checked in and given my instruction and keys and went back to the hotel. It is so quaint and I was absolutely delighted when I opened the door of my room. It was old but still well appointed and super quiet and comfortable. One of my favorite rooms on a 13 hotel trip! Coffee and tea and pastries were available 24 hours down stairs. Great stay. Loved it!

A very well restored and decorated antique mansion in the town village. Rooms are bright and comfortable. The shared areas relaxing. Very good breakfast and free coffee and tea all day long. We’ve only seen the breakfast lady who was lovely and had the whole place to ourselves most of the time

Nice place with chilled out vibe. We had airy bright room with balcony. It also has downstairs patio, small terrace and roof terrace. Inside there are couple of small lounges for guests to use. Self service breakfast was good with range of meats, cheeses, coffees and juices. Reception is in another street but didnt cause us any problem. Parking in town car park down hill.
