Best experience! New design, rooms very big and clean. The lady from reception very nice - help us a lot!

Nice hotel. Room was bigger then I expected. Looked very nice. Breakfast was good, not special but good. Rather business travel than visit with family.

Clean rooms with new furniture, quiet area, nice helpful staff. It was a pity we stopped only for one night. Large, comfy restaurant for breakfast.

My partner and I stayed in this hotel in a superior double room in August 2024 for 4 nights. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable but the bathroom was quite outdated. It was separated from the room with a glass door only, thus not providing any privacy for those wishing to use the toilet or the shower. We had breakfast included in the price and it was rather dull for four subsequent mornings. We would have loved to see more healthier options such as muesli and fresh fruits. During our visit there were no cups for tea or cappuccino, but there were soup bowls offered for this purpose. I hope they have been replaced in the meantime. The location is good, the downtown is easily accessible on feet. Parking was not an issue for us – usually there was a spot available on the street in front of the building,

The hotel is located close to the center and is modern, the rooms are fine, what bothered me is that there is no bathroom. The sink is in the room with the floor partly tiled and partly carpeted. The toilet is built into the shower, so when you shower everything is wet. The door is milky and you have no privacy because it is noisy and as I said the glass is milky so you can see them. The breakfast is okay for a 4-star hotel.

Beds and blankets are clean, room is big enough for 2 person, but you can feel the rooms are desperate for renovations, bathroom is old and out dated, they tried to keep the rooms clean but they clearly didn't spend enough budget. You have some dirt on curtains and windows. The breakfast is not good, specially the breads, everything smells and looks like expired, I don't know why but it was the same on another hotel in this town. They still have lots of work to do to catch-up to west Europe standards. Staff are helpful and welcoming.

I can not say a bad word about this hotel, we have stayed here many times. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The food is always good and nicely priced, and the service is always outstanding. There is just one thing I would recommend, it would be that there are milk portions in the restaurant, or maybe in room for those who would like to have a tea or coffee in their room.

The hotel has perfect location, in the heart of Kecskemét., for 2 minutes from the Theatre, for 5 minutes from the Bus station.|The rooms was large and nice, clean in every day, very comfortable with elegant style and modern design. And the food - the breakfast and the lunch- was fantastic; very tasty and lots of varieties... The manager and the staff of the restaurant was very attentive and friendly.|We have celebrated the wedding of my daughter and we really had wonderful days in the hotel. |The receptionist Ferenc was friendly, very kind and helpful, he managed everything /check in, requests, check out / very fast.|Highly recommended, we definitely would like to come back again.
