Hotel Harsha

Room was putrid, Dirty bedding, black mould on shower curtain, dust everywhere, not sure when last they cleaned the toilet with a brush. The towel was stained an smelled funny, the room itself smelled of mould and mildew. Bare uncovered tea bag on counter, dirty cups provided. I arrived just after 11pm for check-in as the Thirupati darshan took up my whole day, so there wasn't any time to complain, I was too exhausted and it was too late to drive around looking for another place, I did leave a complaint with Make-My-Trip, who I booked through, got a measly excuse for compensation, I had to spray the bed with sanitizer and perfume, cover the pillow with my shawl and then sleep for a few hours. Thank God I only had to stay in the room a couple hours. It was absolute torture. I couldn't change accommodations. They refused my driver access to the property, not even to use the restrooms, forcing him to sleep in the car. Awful awful experience! I have pictures as proof if anyone needs.

The hotel is at a very busy road and construction is going on for metro flyover bridge. So,noise may irritate some! But for me the busy road and constant traffic was good viewing. Just ten minutes away from Nampally railway station. Opposite the railway station are many eatries and on the other side of the hotel too. Room was really comfortable. Very clean towels and sheets. The family room had a TV and fridge.||Reception desk was polite and helpful. Within the hotel itself there is a decent restaurant.Vegetarian Buffet Breakfast is complimentary.Lunch and dinner also available, I would surely recommend for family and lone traveller...It has something for everybody. The hotel can change the reception furniture and upholstery though. Its worn out .Thats all. Cant say the same about rooms and service.IT'S REALLY GOOD. Thank you.

The Hotel in general is great.. the staff is quite helpful as well, Just the receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all.. I was here with my group of 18 people in July 2017 and loved my stay for 3 days but we were all put off by the man who was supposed to be helping us at the front door. please look into this as this position must be filled by your most kind staff member. all in all i would love to be back at this Hotel.

Oyo Townhouse Hyderabad located at an Excellent place on main road with Good connectivity of transportation for anyone who stays here.|But we are not happy with the quality of the facility they provide. Room service is very poor and they are not giving water more than 500ml per day. Rooms stay included breakfast but they don't serve good quality food as well as they are not maintain hygiene standards. Quality of food is pathetic we avoided to have breakfast due to this unhygienic food. They don't even serve tea properly and we inform receptionist but he could not have answers of this pathetic issue as they are helpless and can't manage. |We are not recommending this hotel to stay.

I had been to Hyderabad for my personal reason. Stayed in this hotel. Rates for rooms are ok. His hotel is very near to market and ooms are so clean and neat. Room service is well maintained. All the staff are very good.

I stayed this hotel from 06th May to 10th May along with my family. Rooms are cleaned and spacious. Hotel Staffs also good.But the restarant was very very worst and no tast.even tea also not good.So we had tea and foods from other hotels. Restarant staffs particularly room service phone attempt person was very rude.restaurant is the main set back and spoiled hotel goodwill.|

Other than reception everything is fine. Need to concentrate more on reception and the entry form. We were put into lot of trouble at the reception during check out because the receptionist filled the form and the time of entry was entered wrongly by the receptionist. The form was not shown to us and finally the receptionist forced us to pay for an extra day. We went through a lot of trouble to make the receptionist understand. Apart from the reception the rooms and the services are very good.

value for money hotel, in the center of the city, a little old, but very cooperative staffs, especially front desk. car parking is ok. breakfast is below average. rooms are big and spacious.
