Really nice hotel, overall a good experience with the location, area and staff. If you will take the MTR, better to exit in N1 / N2 then take a left, that exit is nearer. The balcony on 10F was under construction when we stayed there. There are bars within the area but the noise was not too bad.

Simply Amazing and Fantastic Location The room is perfectly Clean, free coffee and theres a water dispenser each floor, Daily house keeping. Location is amazing. In the heart of Tsim Sha Shui. Walking distance to Avenue of star so many tourist attraction near by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and good value of money definitely will stay again here.

Loved it here! The star feature of this small hotel is really its location. You’re in TST and walking distance to everything you need. Getting around is so easy with all the transport options and you’re so close to K11 and several other malls. The hotel is contemporary and has a sleek look. The building has security so it feels safe going home in the evening. The rooms are small though so it’s best for couples and if you’re not bringing a lot of things. I liked the small roof deck overlooking the street and fresh water at the lobby and on every floor. I’d go back, if I had another solo or duo trip.

You get what You pay for. If You have other similar option in the same price range its probably better. Well located and clean but thats all. VERY noisy AC and cleaning people early morning. Noisy area. But the most infuriating was just forgotting something in the room but for some reason needed 30 minutes to Check like 3 registry with i dont Know how many people to maybe be able to let You know if they found it. So had to leave it ti catch my plane. Nonsense

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the MTR, which made traveling around easy. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries.The cleanliness could use a bit of improvement. There was some dust and a few stray hairs on the floor which have been overlooked. The room was still comfortable, but perhaps a little more attention to detail would make it perfect.Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel for its excellent location and the warm hospitality from the staff.

Very spacious room for Hong Kong. It was pretty clean, cleaning and amenities were provided every day. What drove me mad was that there were two lights above the bed that no matter where i looked could not be turned off so I had to sleep with an eye mask. They let me leave my luggage before and after checking out the hotel so I could explore more.

Great accessible location and 5 min walk to Avenue of the Stars. Great guest services. Rooms are typically small (as is for lots of similar priced hotels) but functional. Good enough for those traveling solo or for business. You may hear people laughing and showering from other rooms because of wall insulation (as may be expected in smaller hotels), but did not bother me as much. Rooms are kept clean on a daily basis (with room cleaning spaced every few days for those who may be staying for a week or more). I am quite particular with bathroom tiles as this is a hit and miss for a lot of hotels (from 5 star to 2 star hotels), and this hotel makes sure it is clean (no moldy grout!). Quite impressive. While services are stellar, to say the least, point of improvement would be a bit more regular dusting and vaccumming of ceiling and air vents, including walls, as dust balls are quite visible in some parts. TV is not smart tv and will only have local channels, which should not be too much of a bother because there is so much of Hong Kong to experience.

The room is relatively small and not enough space to pack your luggage. No chair and table in the room so not ideal if you want to eat something or working in the room. Cleanliness is below standard. Basically all corners where are not directly in your sight are full of dust or stains (e.g upper part of TV and rail for hangers, stain in the corner of water sink, stain on bed sheet). Please don't blame the housekeeping staff as it is rather reflecting their management's prority. But it is rather cheap and locate conveniently. And reception staff are courteous and friendly.
