Hotel Hart

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, just a short walk from the MTR, which made traveling around easy. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist with any queries.The cleanliness could use a bit of improvement. There was some dust and a few stray hairs on the floor which have been overlooked. The room was still comfortable, but perhaps a little more attention to detail would make it perfect.Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel for its excellent location and the warm hospitality from the staff.

Loved it here! The star feature of this small hotel is really its location. You’re in TST and walking distance to everything you need. Getting around is so easy with all the transport options and you’re so close to K11 and several other malls. The hotel is contemporary and has a sleek look. The building has security so it feels safe going home in the evening. The rooms are small though so it’s best for couples and if you’re not bringing a lot of things. I liked the small roof deck overlooking the street and fresh water at the lobby and on every floor. I’d go back, if I had another solo or duo trip.

Simply Amazing and Fantastic Location The room is perfectly Clean, free coffee and theres a water dispenser each floor, Daily house keeping. Location is amazing. In the heart of Tsim Sha Shui. Walking distance to Avenue of star so many tourist attraction near by. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended and good value of money definitely will stay again here.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and was impressed from the very beginning. There was an Indian staff member at the G floor who greeted me every time I entered or left the hotel — such a warm welcome. The hotel is very clean, and I slept comfortably without hearing any noise from outside. Security is excellent; you need a keycard to access the floor where your room is. The housekeeping lady was also wonderful — she cleaned the room thoroughly, welcomed me with a smile, and changed the towels every day. On the day I checked out, an Indian staff member kindly helped me with my luggage and even walked me all the way to the bus stop for the airport, making sure I didn’t get lost. I truly appreciated his kindness. If I have the chance, I’ll definitely come back and stay here again.

Hotel Hart – Stylish and Convenient, but a Bit Tight on Space Hotel Hart is a decent option if you’re looking for a well-located place to stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to MTR stations and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops, making it very convenient for getting around and exploring the city. The room is beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic, but it does feel a bit cramped, especially if you’re staying with large luggage or for more than a couple of nights. That said, it has the essentials and is comfortable enough for short stays. Overall, Hotel Hart is a good pick if location and style are your priorities, but space might be something to consider depending on your travel needs.

Room 3109, stinks of urine. It’s not the cleaners fault as it was clean but due to a problem they have in this room it constantly stinks in the toilet area. I’ve stayed here before but a different room and everything was fine. The location is excellent if staying on Kowloon side, near to MTR, Kowloon Park, which is an oasis in a city of concrete and glass. Bars and restaurants a penny nearby as well. I’d stay again but not in room 3109! Sort it out please.

Great value hotel in Hong Kong!I had to book last minute and was looking at reviews but decided to book anyway because of the location! At the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and very near 2 MRT stations: TST and East TST. Also just beside a nice mall, so everything you need is a stone throw away. Pubs and night life is a thing in the area too, but not to worry. Despite being in a busy location, sleeping wasn't a problem as noises are reduced.Rooms are spacious enough, I think even for two people - it's actually bigger than a normal HK hotel rooms. Toilet doesn't have a bidet but I think that's standard in this city. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. Beds were clean and comfy. No complaints here! :)Location is really a great selling point. It's located in a building which also has clubs and restaurants and around it are pubs and shops that open until late night. There's a mall nearby if you want to do some shopping. Avenue of Stars is a few minutes walk away, a pier going to Macau is also in walking distance. Lastly, it's a few minutes away from TST and East TST stations. Bus stations are also nearby.Loved how helpful the staff was when I left my key inside and got locked out or when I need an adaptor - HK has a different socket.Overall giving this hotel 5/5 stars! Highly recommended and will stay here if I visit HK again. :)

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and well-maintained. It’s also conveniently located near the MTR station, which made it easy to get around the city.
