Hotel Hart

Good: clean, safe, good location, helpful, friendly staff Not so good: room was small, (but that's Hong Kong for you); some noise from pipes when neighbours run water; loud alarm bell at 3 AM one night, I think from the elevator. It just rang for a few seconds, but it was very loud. Generally it was quiet, though. Overall it was good. We were pleased and would recommend this hotel. After reading many nightmare reviews about Hong Kong hotels, with super long waits for elevators and very sketchy buildings, we were relieved that this is not one of those. It's not a luxury hotel, but it's a good basic, safe value.

The location is very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the central shopping mall. The room is small, so the air conditioner blows directly onto your head. Cleanliness is good. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay in the room. You can hear people shouting from the night bars under the window.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We were initially placed in room 1001, which was extremely small, we couldn’t open our luggage. This might have been acceptable if we had paid a budget rate. We accepted the room size, but when we checked the bed, there was visible blood stains on the pillowcase and strands of hair on the bed. It was absolutely disgusting. We were then moved to another room on level 2. While this room was slightly larger, the shower ceiling had visible green mould, the walls were so thin we could clearly hear the neighbouring room, and the room was still not clean. There were bobby pins and hair ties left on the floor. We were eventually moved to a third room, which was better, however the staff were not accommodating and appeared frustrated by having to assist us. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing given the price we paid.

Great location, walking distance to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR which makes most place accessible. There's K mart, 7-11, bars and finger food stores nearby which open till late making it convenient. Room service was great. They even fold my dirty laundry for me. Service was OK as well. Room is small, but I think it's normal for HK standards. For the price to size ratio it is quite expensive, but the location is makes it worthwhile. Basic amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, WiFi, and hairdryer are provided. Would recommend.

Rooms were very small but clean. They clean it everyday. Quick service from the personnel. There are bars downstairs so I do not know the level of safety, but there are key cards. We didnt have any mishaps but just to think about. Great location, its almost near restaurants, bars and subway.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates. And I requested as soon as possible if we can at least change the date. I only had to amend by a day — instead of 5-6, just 4-5 as I’ve mixed up my flights. I’m only in HK for an 11 pm - 2 pm layover. ||Great customer service would have been replying to my messages first. Asking the situation and assessed from there. They could have at least offered a fine or price adjustment and increased what I had to pay for. Or insisted I book again first the correct dates before agreeing to cancel my original booking.||Agoda specifically indicates that the hotel can grant your cancellation request even when it is supposed to be non-cancellable. ||I know it’s my fault for booking the wrong dates. But as a business in a SERVICE industry, there should be at least some form of service done, like replying and offering options. Even if they said no, I would have appreciated a proper, human response from them.||STAY AWAY. If they can’t even be considerate about this (honestly, they could have just asked me to pay extra and I would have been ok with it versus wasting the money I’ve already spent), imagine the actual service you’ll receive staying in the hotel.

Room was really cleans. Decent size. Very good service. The guy at G floor really helpful. I’m trying to reach to the airport. (Front door man on 19 January 2026 around 11 AM.) Friendly staff and good service. Good location and a lot of food around the hotel. Def comeback and stay at this hotel next time.

It is located almost middle of Tsim Sa Chui station and I think it's worth staying here. Very good house keeping services and the interior is quite nice and clean. Also the desk staffs are very polite. I would have to recommend this hotel if you are searching for cheap but nice ones.
