The staff and the owner are all very friendly and accommodating. The owner even gave us drink on the house for our last night. The unlimited breakfast are well balanced and something to look forward to every morning. The dinner which is €15 and is worth it with unlimited soup, salads, dessert with fruits and a choice of main meal that was a massive portion. The location is walking distance from the 3 of the most beautiful beaches in montenegro( Queen’s beach, milocer beach and the Sveti stefan beach. Our room was massive with a very nice view of the sea.

Breakfast is pretty good, staff work hard to refill food and beverages. It's not a 4* hotel, it's more a 3* by European standards. Cleaners come every morning. We stayed in a double room with no balcony. Views were lovely but all smells from cooking or smoking would come through a ventilation from next door rooms that had balconies and kitchenettes. The AC wasn't that strong and we couldn't open our window because of traffic noise as hotel is on the main road. So location wasn't great, you must have a car to get to the restaurants, chemist's in Budva. Public beach nearby very small and overcrowded. Walking is not easy, lots of stairs up and down. Garage charges 10 euros a day for parking but you can find parking around the hotel.

We booked a suite for the week. It was a nice size, but it was quite shabby. The wallpaper is slightly peeling off the walls, the carpets are stained throughout. Everything is in desperate need of modernisation. We did not have hot water for the entirety of our stay and we were not offered any kind of discount as a result. We complained three times and only once did somebody come to try and rectify the problem which didn’t work. The breakfast is quite limited. What I would say is that the staff are very polite and very helpful. The location is cut off from a lot of the main things that are going on, and if I was going to Montenegro again, I would probably stay more in central Budva. This hotel has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it didn’t reach any of it throughout our stay.

I stayed here at the beggining of July 2017. Such a nice hotel.💓 They have a restaurant downstairs with very good food. 15 €/meal. Great staff, always willing to accomodate you and help you in any way they can. They helped with taxi , good price for beach umbrellas and beds. 😊 tthe pool is a bit dirty, but i love the sea so i didn't stay by the pool. The internet was awful, but this is everywhere in Montenegro. Room was clean with a big balcony and great view. You can walk up to Sveti Stefan in 20 min, see a lovely park where you can run in the morning. You have lovely views on the path to Sveti Stefan. Beach was clean and on the right side it was almost empty...I loved my stay and i highly reccomend this hotel.

Stayed for two weeks August 2018. Really enjoyed our selves. Rooms ok, AC fine. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Lovely walk to Sveti Stefan. Once swimming pool sorted would visit again Breakfast on the terrace most mornings very nice Be careful crossing the road tho as we found that was the best way to get to Przno. Thank you all for a lovely stay. Wine and chocolates you presented us with on leaving very enjoyable

We booked this hotel as part of a holiday package deal through what we thought was a reputable travel company.||||After traveling to the hotel earlier this year, I do not understand how Tripadvisor gives this hotel a 4* rating. Given most reviews seem to be nothing but negative, my own included, something seems hugely amiss. ||||Be clear nothing you see in the hotel website or on the Jet2 website is close to resembling the reality of what this hotel actually offers. ||||I don't have the time or the patience to write each of the issues, but feel free to have a look at the photos. Please note, one of the photos features a large part of a rendered wall... this was the "mountain view."||||The accommodation, falls far short from any 4* hotel I have ever stayed in. There is nothing that can be used to compare the reality of what is actually awaiting patrons to this hotel.||||The only saving grace, thankfully, was that the area this shambles is in, is indescribably beautiful. My partner and I would encourage anyone to go to Montenegro. The scenery is utterly jaw dropping and worth the lengthy journey alone (some brochures say 2-3hrs from Dubrovnik airport- double it!). I love travelling, and genuinely don't think that I have been anywhere more beautiful then Montenegro. We will return one day. But given we value our health, we will avoid this hotel at all costs. I urge anyone reading this post, prior to booking, to do the same!

Only 4 people including ourselves staying this week so hotel was quiet. Only knew this as when we arrived for breakfast there was no buffet out. We were asked what we wanted though and anything could be prepared. Pool on roof was full of green algae water and wooden surrounds were rotten. So couldnt use it. Great view across bay from balcony across busy main coastal road but didn't stop us sitting out every night we were there 3 nights. Fabulous sunsets every night. Underground car park with spaces for ? 9 cars. Room was huge and generally clean but attention to detail could have been better- ?food splashed on wall in bedroom. In bathroom soap holder hanging off wall in shower cubicle but was repaired straight away when reported. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Pros: good sandy beach with small pebbles, the main thing is to stay as close as possible to the cliffs or near the tavernas for free or 30-40€ for a couple of sunbeds and an umbrella, good location (from here to all attractions of Montenegro no more than 40km by car), plenty of free parking slots around the hotel, close to the Voli shop, good sea view from the 3rd floor, friendly and useless staff. Cons: You have to wait a few minutes for hot water (e.g. 15 minutes or 3 days in our case), the rooms are quite shabby, in apartment 102 the stove did not work, the sliding wardrobe didn’t work (it is just broken, the hotel staff have repaired it 3 times in 8 days), the fridge over-freezes food (even in eco mode), there is a hole in the wall that is not covered from the street, the lighting is poor white color, never once in 8 days were the dishes not washed and the drains not cleaned (they are always clogged), unpleasant odour from the hole under the sink, wifi works intermittently (especially during thunderstorms), and under the windows is the main road along the coast, the pool is closed from mid of August, to go to the sea it is about 10 minutes uphill with steps, in the hotel or room there is no dryer for swimming costumes, there is not even a fishing line or hooks for it. The last one - the kitchen room is not equipped with a vent hood and the second room with air conditioning. On the 7th day of our stay in the hotel, the staff presented a bottle of cheap wine and apologized for any inconvenience. Neutral: Breakfast for 8 days did not spoil you with any variety (super limited), work until 10:30 instead of 11:00 as stated in the welcome brochure, always the same dishes, sometimes it was noticed that yesterday's products were served again in the morning, coffee only from auto-drip coffee machine or espresso for 2€, boiling water was always not enough for making tea, without a car you can do nothing here. Conclusion: this is a 3* from the old foundation.
