In short, everything was incredible. From the moment we arrived, the service was on a very high level: they helped us with our luggage, escorted us to the room, and the staff was always smiling and genuinely helpful. After staying in other hotels, this place truly feels like paradise. We are from Russia, so we have something to compare with. The hotel restaurant completely solves the food question - you don’t need to go anywhere else. There are great options both for vegans and for those who love good, hearty food (that’s us). Honestly, we liked the restaurant even more than many standalone places. The location is also very convenient - about a 10-minute walk to the ski lift. Definitely a place we would love to come back to.

Had a wonderful stay at Heevan Retreat, Gulmarg. The location is excellent—very close to the Gondola, which makes sightseeing and activities super convenient. The rooms were comfortable, the property is well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful. Special thanks to Javid (F&B Manager) who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive throughout our stay. He made sure everything was taken care of and really enhanced our experience with his warm hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Gulmarg and looking for a comfortable stay with great service.

We stayed at the hotel for one day, and our overall experience was very good. The staff was cooperative and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were awesome, with great taste and quality. The location is also very convenient, as it is within walking distance from the gondola. Overall, a pleasant stay and highly recommended.

Amazing hospitality and food at Dilkusha restaurant. They really put up a good buffet. We were there for 1 nights and menu was exceptional. The staff brought warm food right to table especially the tandoori rotisserie. The bathrooms were clean and loved the service. Everyone was very attentive. Thank you Javed bhai

Stayed at this property for 3 nights on new years. The location is good. Its approx 2 kms frm the Gulmarg market junction and 5 mins walk to the Gondola. Rooms are comfy, centrally heated and luxurious. ( though I got a back side facing room which was a turn off ). Requested for a front facing room but they never got back. Breakfast and Dinner was quite nice minus the traditional kashmiri mehmaan nawazi. There was a drunk guy who banged our room door and created a rukus at 3:00 am on new years night but unfortunately not a single staff or security guy was present to take charge of the situation. Felt a bit unsafe with family at that point of time. This is a straight forward property - just pay and stay. Overall had a nice experience but there is a lot of scope for improvement. All the best !!!

Amazing Experience at Heaven Retreat Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Heaven Retreat Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The food was fresh and tasty with a good variety of options. The location is perfect — close to the main market and major attractions, yet peaceful enough to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The overall ambiance truly lives up to the name “Heaven Retreat.” A special thanks to Kuljeet Singh works as security supervisor for his warm hospitality and helpful nature — he truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I would definitely love to come back again!

From the movement i arrived,the hotel staff make me feel well come particularly,|The housekeeping team has consistently maintained excellent cleanliness standards across guest rooms and public areas.
