I booked a room in this hotel at booking.com and I messaged the hotel multiple times to confirm whether I can check in somehow after the official check in hours (which are strict!) and never got any type of reply. I cancelled my stay due to this since I don’t want to deal with a hotel that fails to respond to the customers for weeks. I was being proactive and polite asking way in advance(2 months) seeing strict check in hours but it didn’t matter after all cause the hotel wouldn‘t bother to reply…after all that I cancelled my stay and booked something else…

We were well looked after at this small, family-run hotel, which is ideally situated a few minutes' walk from the town centre. Helga and Franz welcomed us with a glass of wine, and were always on hand and able to answer any questions that we had about the local area. There was no half-board option, but the extensive breakfast buffet was a great way to set ourselves up for the day. There was, however, a delicious schnitzel dinner on the Tuesday, which we really enjoyed.||Our room was clean and spacious, and the balcony was a lovely, sunny spot to relax on when we got back from whatever long hike we'd been doing each day.||Seefeld itself was a great base for the week, and we spent many hours hiking in the local area. We took advantage of the bus and train travel that was included as part of the tourist pass too, in order to explore a bit further.||It's many years since we had a holiday in the Austrian Tyrol, and I wish we hadn't left it so long. We certainly hope not to leave it so long next time!

This is one of the few places where there is a personal touch and attention to the guests. There was small chance of rain in the night and they covered my motorcycle as we didn't want to move bikes in the garage as there was a car there and we didn't want to bother. They offered us snaps in the evening The rooms are nice and have extra pillows per bed if you like to sleep on a higher one. The breakfast was nice with espresso! The owners went out to wave us when we were leaving! I totally recommend this pace!

We have stayed at Franz and Helga's Hotel before Covid and this was our first trip since the pandemic. We were not disappointed! A genuinely warm welcome, a comfortable room and attentive hosts throughout our stay. Although the Hotel Helga does not now provide half-board, Helga did prepare and cook one of the most fulfilling dinners on the Tuesday evening of the week we stayed. She is an excellent cook and worthy of the title Chef!|Seefeld is a gorgeous village in the Austrian Tyrol and for the walker or sightseer a paradise. Oh! and be sure to use the Austrian railways when you stay. A joy!!!

Absolutely fabulous family run hotel, where nothing is too much trouble for the lovely warm and welcoming owners Franz & Helga. On arrival we were met by our hosts who greeted us with glass of wine and from that moment on everything was just perfect.||We look forward to returning (hopefully soon) - highly recommended!

Warm welcome at this lovely small and friendly Hotel. All very clean , plenty of breakfast and advice from our hosts. Previously we have always stayed half board when visiting the Tyrol. However staying on a B& B basis was not a problem…plenty of choice in the town centre 5 mins walk away.|Our host cooked us all a 3 course meal for guests on one evening which was also excellent and we were treated to schnapps on a couple of occasions.|Highly recommend and being small and friendly was a great way to meet new people and share our experiences.|Sorry to leave!

Very nice family run hotel where you can feel as a welcomed guest. Rooms are spotlessly clean, baths are large and comfortable, breakfast is divorce and plentiful. The town's center with shops and restaurants is in walking distance. Definitely a good place to stay.

Our second visit this year, the first with Inghams the second independently as part of a tour around Europe. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Spotlessly clean rooms, excellent food and lovely owners and staff. Seefeld is a lovely town with lots to do and see.
