Hotel Helios

The hotel itself is nice but somewhat lacking in atmosphere which is a shame as we felt it could offer a lot more along side its illustrious neighbour . The pool area is very uniform and lacks character , the background music is somewhat lacking , we still have not decided if it is music or a microphone under the water 🤣 sunbeds are packed in like sardines and towel wars starts early . Food we found to be just say warm at times but this is to be expected under buffet style dining, if we stayed again we would not choose the food option .|Rooms are quiet and comfortable, and cleaned daily ,shower doors leaked onto floor and fridge leaked also , the balconies are spacious with plastic chair and table. Evening entertainment did not live upto much either.|We slept well and enjoyed the lovely weather , I would recommend the Helios but room only.

We had a beautiful stay at the Helios hotel . The rooms are so clean, the staff can’t do enough for you . The food is five star with a selection for everyone taste. Julia the customer service representative was so helpful and friendly to people.|Thanks you Mercedes for a great stay and the hard work you do with your staff. Another fabulous stay at the Helios Benidorm. They never fail to impress. Beautiful, clean hotel. Friendly and professional staff. A nice personal touch for our anniversary celebration. From the moment we arrived at Helios Hotel in Benidorm, we knew we’d chosen the perfect place for our anniversary return trip. The hotel itself is spotless – everything is so clean and beautifully maintained – and the whole atmosphere is professional, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. An oasis of calm and relaxation - when you want to escape the party vibes of Benidorm on the doorstep!||What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the amazing staff. Isabel went above and beyond to help my partner arrange a gorgeous surprise of flowers and a complementary bottle of fizz in our room, which made our anniversary feel so special. Angela was fantastic too, helping us with a courtesy room when we needed it, making everything so easy and stress-free.||The wonderful Angels truly made magic happen by arranging a celebration meal for us at a local restaurant with the most breathtaking views – it was such a memorable evening, and one we’ll treasure forever. And every day, Jessica greeted us with coffee and the warmest smile. Her kindness and friendliness brightened our days and set the tone for the perfect holiday.||Every single one of these staff members is an absolute credit to Helios Hotel – they deserve all the recognition (and a raise!). They didn’t just provide excellent service; they created moments that made our trip unforgettable.||Thank you, Helios Hotel – we can’t wait to come back!

This was our second visit to this hotel. We love everything about it - great location - 5 min walk to the beach. It is round the corner from the market and right in the centre of the bars of the New Town and yet the hotel is quiet. The hotel is spotlessly clean and has a luxurious feel to it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area is large and lovely. Even though the hotel allows people to reserve beds, we always got a bed at any time of day. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and they can't do enough for you. The restaurant is large and kept super clean and the staff are all happy and smiling - especially Diego who waits to welcome you with a word and a smile. Definitely the only hotel for us in Benidorm.

I didn't know where to start. The room is beautiful and clean and has a panoramic view. The pool is amazing. The breakfast is more than amazing, fruits and food, everything you could want you can find there. The reception is amazing. In terms of the location of the hotel, for me it is strategic, close to a free parking lot in the city center. The area is very noisy, but the location of the hotel is great, far from the hustle and bustle of the city and at the same time very close to the amusement parks and etc. I am a person who only likes to relax, I don't care about amusement parks haha ​​😁. The important thing is that my stay was only for two days, but honestly it is one of the most beautiful hotels I have spent nights in in Spain. Thank you, I liked the hotel more than the whole area ❤️❤️❤️

My family and i stayed at hotel Helios last week. From reception staff and all staff. Very friendly, helpful. Hotel exceptionally clean, food fantastic choice. Rooms brilliant. It was quiet, in a good area. Thank you everyone at the hotel , for a fantastic stay.

First of all - incredible service. Every single person is so polite, kind and hospitable. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily, food is very delicious and overall the atmosphere is lovely. I cannot recommend it enough! ❤️

If you have young children,you cant in my opinion come to a better hotel,there is a kids pool which is compleatly shaded by a canopy,near to the pool is a very safe little park for them to play in, my 3 year daughter is autistic and in most places im for ever apologising and chasing her about,but the place is so safe and with so much to keep her ocupied i actually got to sit down and relax myself for once the entertainment in the evening was also excellent The rooms are clean and bedding changed every other day The food was ok, as most hotels got a bit repetative after aweek,the only bad point about the hotel is the deserts I have never ever seen such bad deserts anywere,it really was all slop , i mean soggy pink blamonch,green blamonch and now again sloppy jelly,in the two weeks, there was not one cake,i love deserts but every day I hopefully walked to desert counter,an walked away empty handed. As this was the only bad point though,however much it annoyed me i would come back here,i
