Helios Lloret de Mar

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024 and were very satisfied with everything — the service, the hospitality of the staff, the welcome drink, and more. Based on that positive experience, we decided to return in 2025. At first, our experience did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, but we were truly impressed by how quickly and professionally the management handled the situation. The very next day, we were invited to the reception, where the staff sincerely apologized and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a premium room. This thoughtful gesture completely changed our impression of the stay. The new room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Throughout our stay, the service was attentive and warm. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, the restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty and fresh food, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was calm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the relaxing pool area and the friendly attitude of the employees, who were always ready to help with a smile. What impressed us the most was the genuine care for guests shown by the management. It is clear that they value their visitors and want everyone to leave with good memories. Thanks to their efforts, our holiday turned out to be wonderful. We are leaving with warm feelings, gratitude, and the desire to come back again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️|We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with fresh options every day. The location was perfect — close to main attractions but still peaceful. Every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. I highly recommend it and would definitely come back!

Had a great stay. Hotel is modern and clean and very close to the beach. The hotel provides a welcome drink upon arrival. Maria at the front desk is always willing to help with a smile and very welcoming. Breakfast was always delicious and there was a variety to chose from. Nice pool and spa. (Massage was great, didnt get the girls name at the spa)The cleaning staff was also very polite and always left the room spotless (provided coffee and water each day which was very nice.They also helped me store my bags after checking out and they also provided us with water and chips after checking out which was a nice touch. The only flaw was paying extra each time while using my card. Overall experience was great.

Really nice hotel! Super clean and the food was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful – they even gave me a new room key for free when I lost mine. Only thing is it can get a bit noisy sometimes, but overall I had a great stay.

Very nice hotel with excellent service. At a top location, surrounded with bars, supermarkets, fast food restaurants - everything that you need during vacation. Food is great & diverse (breakfast + dinner), rooms are very cozy, hygiene is at high level. Pool & yoga included into facility, it doesn’t have a gym. Nearest beach is located approximately 200-300 meters.

The hotel location is superb, in the city center, and the beach is only 100m away. The food is absolutely amazing - especially during dinner. Everyone is very nice, neat, professional and makes sure that you enjoy your stay. Rooms are kept extremely clean, pillows are very very comfortable and we slept like babies. If you are looking for a stay in Lloret De Mar, look no further than Helios.

For our family, it was a perfect week at Hellios Hotel. I believe this is the first hotel we've stayed at that truly anticipated our family's needs. We were accommodated in a spacious room with a view of the pool, thus avoiding the noise from traffic. The beds were large and comfortable, the linens were changed daily, the cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff was exceptional. The food was very diverse, with options to suit all tastes. We especially appreciated being welcomed with a bottle of champagne, a juice for our child, and a lovely message. Upon departure, since we had some time to wait for our transportation, we decided to buy two coffees, but they were offered to us on the house. For some, it might seem like a small gesture, but we truly appreciated it. We will gladly return to this hotel. Greetings from Romania.

We had a great stay at Hotel Helios in Lloret de Mar! The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the location is perfect — just a short walk from the beach and the main attractions.
