Helios Lloret de Mar

The rooms are comfortable. The service is outstanding in all departments. Enjoyed the pool and yoga session. I can’t say enough good about the food. The breakfast was a buffet with a wide choice. The dinner was also a buffet with amazing choices. I especially liked the fish that was prepared fresh while you wait. Definitely a very good experience from start to finish

We stayed at this hotel in June 2024 and were very satisfied with everything — the service, the hospitality of the staff, the welcome drink, and more. Based on that positive experience, we decided to return in 2025. At first, our experience did not go as smoothly as we had hoped, but we were truly impressed by how quickly and professionally the management handled the situation. The very next day, we were invited to the reception, where the staff sincerely apologized and offered us a complimentary upgrade to a premium room. This thoughtful gesture completely changed our impression of the stay. The new room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. Throughout our stay, the service was attentive and warm. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, the restaurant offered a wide variety of tasty and fresh food, and the overall atmosphere at the hotel was calm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the relaxing pool area and the friendly attitude of the employees, who were always ready to help with a smile. What impressed us the most was the genuine care for guests shown by the management. It is clear that they value their visitors and want everyone to leave with good memories. Thanks to their efforts, our holiday turned out to be wonderful. We are leaving with warm feelings, gratitude, and the desire to come back again.

The location is In the main area with Bars cafes on the street. It is excellent for the Bus Station + to walk to the shops and the beach. It is approx 40 mins from Girona Airport. There are buses or Taxis. From Girona ( worth visiting) you can also get trains from there . You can get the fast Bus to Barcelona from L'lorett but , you should book that . Also there area Buses to take you up the coast , Tosse Del Mar is worth visiting. Cafes shops small bay, Old Castle and town high up lots of steps but very fascinating. One of Monty Don's Gardens of Spain is a bus ride away from L'oret but, it' has quite a lot of steps. L'lorett The town has a lot of streets and many shops and is really worth exploring if you like shopping. Leave room in your bag or suitcase for shopping!! There is also a huge market on a Tuesday on the road going out of L'lorett I'm not sure if this goes on in the winter but, I imagine it would as it's very busy. Fantastic fruit and veg . |The Hotel is always clean ( I have stayed here twice) . The reception staff are excellent and very helpful. |The Dinning room is downstairs ( with a stanner chair for anyone with walking difficulties) . The buffet style food is ample and offers a wide range of choices. There are chefs who cook a few bits to order + oversees the food generally. The staff in the dining room are very helpful. There is a swimming pool. The spa area for sauna etc , is additionally charged. You can pay a deposit for pool beach towels which is refundable.|This is a central location hotel in a busy area . I stayed Oct 8th/15th 2025 . |Highlight of this trip was The Salvador Dali museum in Fuegeris ( I went by bus and train).... Worth going book tickets ahead if you can as it's VERY BUSY . It has quite a lot of steps, you need a minimum of two hours in here . |The town was a pleasure to walk around, fascinating, typically Spanish ( although a lot of french is spoken here). Very reasonable to have coffee and eat lunch .|My reason for staying again in Lloret de Mar is it's a very good location to see the area on my Map, has a good bus service and links to other places. There are organised coach trips to many things if you prefer. |Tip. For Barcelona Book the open top bus from the bus station in Lloret de Mar. .. book anything like the church or cathedral in advance queues are huge . You cannot see Barcelona in a day . But the open top bus gives you a great idea of it. ( You really need 4/5 days there). |Enjoy.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel the service was exceptional from start to finish. The daily breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of continental and hot options, along with sweet treats, fresh fruit, and made-to-order pancakes, omelets, and eggs prepared right in front of you.||The rooms were spacious, modern, and cleaned daily, with additional amenities provided promptly upon request. The hospitality and customer service were outstanding, especially from the manager, José, who went above and beyond to make our stay truly special.||The spa facilities were excellent as well, with private access for our small family a wonderful touch. The hotel was consistently clean, tidy, and welcoming throughout our visit.||A big thank you to José and all the staff for making our experience so memorable!

Perfect hotel! The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were given a free room upgrade, everything was clean and well maintained. The food was varied and delicious. The location was excellent, and our room faced the pool – we didn’t hear any noise at night.

Nice rooms, although the fridge was not connected and no drinking water was provided upon arrival. The pool was great, and you even get a free cocktail at the bar! There were also excellent massage offers at a modest price. The location is very central, with both motorbike and car parking spots nearby. Overall, a very good stay and definitely recommended when visiting Lloret de Mar.

Perfect hotel, perfect Staff! Me and my mom ordered breakfast and dinner and the food was impeccable! The staff practically swept away our plates as soon as we finished to make room for more:)) The hotel Is a 5 min walk from the beach, and on the way is the best crepes everrrrr! And also a mini Spar! Staff was also eager to please our every request. All from giving us towels when we needed, a parasol for the beach, and even packed us lunch and left us dinner when we returned late from our adventures! One small thing is that if you are a very light sleeper the street noise may wake you, given that lloret has an active night life. Buy for me, the noice was just soothing:) All in all, it was a perfect trip! Hope to visit Lloret again soon!

This is a nice hotel. Room not so much. Dirty floors small bathroom. You can even party whit the local inside your rooms. You can even ear everything that happen inside or outside. Smell from bathroom. The good party staff is amazing nice bar and really nice spa and pool. Food I didn’t try to price.
