Hotel Helios Lloret de Mar

Hotel is very close to the beach also to restaurants or public bus stations. |Personal was very helpful, they solved all our wishes immediately. |Instead of standard rooms we got rooms with pool view, welcome drink wan ready for us at the room. ||The place is quite quiet, but during the season here can be more noisy. ||Big thanks from our side is for the kitchen and all staff around it. We are at GLUTEN FREE DIET and we had a fullboard service. I really recommend this hotel if you need some diet support. Every day there were a lot of products we could eat, local staff were very helpful. Kitchen here was really amazing. |The swimming pool was big and covered, so the swimming was perfect also in days with cloudy or cold weather. |You can enjoy a beautiful time in this hotel.

Overall a very good stay. We stayed here for 5 nights. The rooms were clean, well looked after & had everything you would need, including a safe. The balconies are large & you are provided with towels, etc. We did find the beds & pillows to be a little uncomfortable, but some would find them comfortable, depends on taste! The pool is lovely, it was covered when we were there by a glass roof & it has two tiers of sun loungers on different levels. The sun isn't always something the whole area gets all day given the proximity of other buildings. Location wise, you are on the strip so certainly there is noise on certain evenings, but I brought ear plugs and slept without any issue. Flip side to this, you are in the heart of Lloret de Mar so is certainly advantageous in that sense, as the beach is less than 2 minutes away. The food, we only had breakfast but it was brilliant each morning

Service went above and beyond to make sure our stay was nice. For example, they provided my girlfriend and I a complimentary bottle of champagne upon checking in and they also gave one on her birthday, which she was extremely grateful for. The rooms were large and bedding/pillows were comfy. Balcony was spacious and even with the rarity of rain, it is well protected. Overall amazing experience and will return.

Since we arrived yesterday the staff have been so welcoming and very attentive. Joseph on the bar has made the most amazing cocktails and really gone above and beyond to make one of our friends birthday special. The beat of the best sevice, thank you Joseph! The rooms are lovely, modern, clean and the breakfast is plentiful in choice.

This is a nice hotel with a grand size pool. But at night it's far too noisy out in n the Street it was very hard to Sleep, but it does have nice Facilities such as a walk in shower and I deduct one star as I couldn't get English subtitles on the TV. But the food is pretty good otherwise.

Amazing staff. I had a room next to a loud couple and the next day they changed my room and were very apologetic and kind. |The breakfasts are also epic. |Clean rooms comfy beds. |It’s in the heart of the town so can be a little loud but the hotel itself and the staff who work here are excellent

We really enjoyed our stay at Helios Hotel. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was very handy for shops and the bus station. The staff were friendly, and the service at breakfast and dinner was fantastic, especially the manager Gianni who was really helpful and nice.

The overall experience in this hotel was great! It is located in central area surrounded by restaurants, bars, clubs, shops where you can access everything on foot! The beach is only 100 meters away. The staff is very communicative and professional, especially the manager Gianni who was available to help us with anything…Thank you Gianni :)
