Average hotel, location ok; Very good breakfast, but small bathrooms with modern utilities. Room itself is good but very soft matrasses! You can ask the reception for a hard board underneath.

I really want to say thank you to staff members at this hotel. They were very helpful and responded very kindly to our requests. The hotel is in a convenient part of Stockholm and this was great for the reasons why we were in Stockholm during this time. The standard room looked nice on images but in reality, it is not really nice and convenient. It did not give us a sense of comfort. There drawers for hanging and putting clothes just do not make sense, size wise and at the end we had our clothes in suitcases all the time. The room also has few plugs and really badly designed side tables. Hotels lately provide shelter but no comfort. They do not provide things that could make staying in convenient. Yet, this hotel is actually expensive.

Can't fault the hotel at all. The room was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was plentiful and huge variety! Location for us was spot on as you can walk everywhere from here.

Great ambience - very beautifully and diversely furnished rooms. Professional staff. Convenient location. Not my first stay and will continue to do so. The only remark this time was the very weak internet in the corner room. But that only happened once in five visits.

Everything was great during our stay. Staff was really friendly and sweet. The only thing that lowers the service rating is the staff at breakfast. They looked busy and not really friendly.

I stayed at Hellsten for a week in a single room. The room was very nice with a balcony and everything was clean. I could even stream on the tv in my room. The breakfast was very good. And everyone was really nice and helpfull. Also the Location of the Hotel ist great. You can reach the airport, the city centre and the old town very easily.

We had an amazing stay at Hotel Hellsten! The breakfast was high quality, and the staff were incredibly friendly – especially the blonde girl and the man with somewhat greying hair at reception (sadly, we didn’t catch their names). I had arranged a romantic surprise for my partner before our arrival, and the service was excellent – quick responses via email and everything handled perfectly. The location is great: close to the metro for easy access to Gamla Stan, and in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Our room was charming, with a very comfortable bed and a well-kept (if slightly compact) bathroom. The only minor downside was the lack of proper darkening blinds. With the early summer sunrise around 3:30 AM, it was hard to sleep in – especially since we’re not fans of sleep masks. But that’s a personal preference, not a major issue. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay again!
